背景技术
从例如EP 0 916 275中已知此类方法。在该示例中,内上部具有防水延伸部,内上部的端部与鞋内底的外缘通过该防水延伸部形成接合。此类密封非常复杂。
发明内容
在此方面,本发明的目的是进一步简化制鞋期间防水接缝的形成。
本发明的目的通过采用根据权利要求1的前序部分的方法来实现,其中:选择一种两侧都设有在室温下具有粘性的层的胶带,并且在将外上部、内上部以及鞋内底缝合在一起之前,利用胶带将外上部的下端结合并固定到内上部的下端。
在简单情况下,尤其是当所采用的胶带包括弹性材料时,因为胶带非常紧密地顺从缝合材料从而已形成防水接逢,所以甚至不需要进行随后的热处理以熔化胶带。当使用单丝作为缝合材料时尤其如此。
选择两侧都设有在室温下具有粘性的层的胶带,使得可以以非常简单的方式将要结合的鞋组件彼此固定,其中不需要在形成接缝之后去除固定材料。

Claims (3)

1.用于密封鞋的接缝的方法,所述鞋包括具有下端的外上部、具有下端的内上部、具有周缘的鞋内底以及鞋底,其中所述外上部的下端、内上部的下端以及鞋内底的外缘被缝合在一起,其特征在于,选择一种两侧都设有在室温下具有粘性的层的胶带,并且在将外上部、内上部以及鞋内底缝合在一起之前,利用胶带将外上部的下端结合并固定到内上部的下端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,选择包括加热会熔化的材料的胶带,并且在缝合之后,至少在接缝附近使胶带熔化,从而使由接缝形成的开口密封。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,利用高频辐射产生热量。
