Furthermore, the motor housing 8, comprising the electric motor members 22, 23, 24 is mechanically connected with three flexible mechanical elements 10, 11 and 12 made up, for example each by a "BOWDEN" cable. These "BOWDEN" cables are each made up by a steel cable slidably mounted in a guide sheath. Element 10 is constituted by a cable 101 and a sheath 102.
- the element 11 is constituted by a cable 111 and a sheath 112 and the element 12 is constituted by a cable 121 and a sheath 122.
- These elements 10, 11, 12 are respectively engaged in three sheath stop boxes 13, 14 and 15 and connected respectively to three driving pedals 16, 17 and 18. More specifically, the mechanical elements of the output of the electric motor members receive in fixation respectively the three cables 101, 111, 121 of the flexible actuating elements 10, 11, 12. To actuate the pedals, the mechanical output elements of the drive members electric act in traction on the cables of the flexible actuating elements.
- the control strip 1 is, for the driving school instructor, the equivalent of driving pedals 16, 17 and 18 for the student. Sinking or pressure sensors 2, 3 and 4 correspond respectively to the three driving pedals 16, 17 and 18.
- the strip 1 thus serves to control the vehicle 6 parallel to the action of the student.
- the lateral distance between sensors 2, 3 and 4 is appreciably equal to that separating the pedals 16, 17 and 18.
- the control panel 1 is only used rigid support to sensors 2, 3 and 4 and is itself supported, for example, by a support 5 which moves it away from the vehicle floor 6, in the most appropriate position for comfort of the instructor.
- Sensors 2, 3 and 4 are each capable of transmitting an electrical signal in function of the action of the foot on their surface. These sensors can, for example, be motion sensors, for example based on potentiometers, force sensors, pressure sensors, penetration sensors or position sensors. They are of known type. These sensors are protected by a plastic or elastic pad or rubber. Sensors 2, 3 and 4 are each capable of emitting a signal electric representative of the movement, position or force exerted by the foot of the monitor on their surface.

- the motor housing 8 is presented in FIG. 4. It comprises three geared motors controlled according to signals from sensors 2, 3 and 4 and controlling the position driving pedals 16, 17 and 18. It therefore receives the electrical conductors as input 7 and the power supply and controls, at the output, the position of three cables 101, 111, 121 of the flexible elements 10, 11 and 12.
- the power supply 9 is preferably constituted by the storage battery of the vehicle 6.
- the three flexible mechanical actuating elements 10, 11, and 12 engage respectively in three sheath stop boxes 13, 14 and 15.
- the three stop stop boxes sheath 13, 14 and 15 are located respectively in front of the pedals 16, 17 and 18 and are fixed on the vehicle floor 6.
- Each sheath stop box receives motor box 8, one of the elements 10, 11 or 12 comprising the outer sheath and the central cable and it spring only the central cable which is mechanically linked to the underside of the corresponding pedal. In this way, a traction exerted on the central cable by one of the geared motors causes one of the pipe pedals 16, 17 to depress or 18.
- the driving pedals 16, 17 and 18 are those of the original vehicle.
- Each sheath stop box is pivotally mounted about an axis 20 on a base 13A for fixing to the floor 19 of the vehicle, facing and in front of the pedal corresponding.
- the sheath stop box has an internal channel 13B extending from a cable entry hole and its sheath to a cable exit hole which orifice is made in the front face of said housing, that is to say, that arranged next to the pedal.
- the cable and its sheath and the latter is blocked by its end in said channel, against a shoulder of the latter, for example.
- the opening for introducing the cable and its sheath is made in one of the side faces of the housing this face being perpendicular to the pivot axis.
- the internal channel 13B of the housing 13 develops along an arc of circumference of relatively large radius.
- the pivot axis 20 of the housing 13 is parallel to the pivot axis of the corresponding pedal and the geometric center of the outlet orifice belongs to the geometric plane in which the cable attachment evolves the pedal.
- the housing when the pedal is stressed in traction, can freely rotate and the cable orient itself according to the direction of the traction force on the pedal, which limits wear by friction on the edge of the outlet orifice.
- the cable this arrangement will not be subjected to shearing forces at the orifice of exit.
- the cable of the flexible actuating element acts in traction on the corresponding pedal.
- the cable of the flexible actuating element by its free end, is fixed to the vehicle floor, behind the corresponding pedal, and the latter receives fixing a ring 38 sheath stop crossed by the cable, in which is blocked the end of the sheath of the flexible element.
- the flexible actuating element between the organ actuation motor and the corresponding pedal, is arranged along a path having at least one curve and the said element is mounted in the vehicle so as to be able to move around freely. So when the corresponding electric motor member acts in traction on the cable, the curve formed by the flexible element can be reduced, this which forces the sheath to push on the pedal.
- the driving school instructor has a strip 1 to control the three pedals narrow width with three buffers.
- the pedal depressing instruction is directly proportional to the pressure exerted by the monitor's foot on the pad corresponding to the original pedal.
- the sensor 2 is functionally associated with the driving pedal 16 with the element flexible actuator 10.
- the sensor 3 is functionally associated with the foot pedal line 17 and the flexible actuating element 11.
- the sensor 4 is functionally associated to the driving pedal 18 and to the flexible actuating element 12.
- the flexible actuating elements 10, 11 and 12 are associated mechanically respectively to the three sheath stop boxes 13, 14, 15.
- FIG. 2 In Figure 2 are shown a sheath stop housing 13 having an axis pivot 20, a flexible actuating element 10, the floor 19 of the vehicle 6 and a driving pedal 16 connected to an axis of rotation 21. It is understood that the tension of the cable of the flexible actuating element 10 causes the descent of the driving pedal 16 towards the pivot axis 20.
- FIG. 3 represents a top view of the same elements as Figure 2 and therefore does not require further explanation.
- the motor housing 8 comprises three electric motor members 22, 23, and 24, three position sensors 34, 35 and 36 and an electrical circuit 37 connected to all the elements the device according to the invention.
