Thenofrmal positions'of the slides 32 is illustrated in Fig. 3 ofthe drawing in which the perforations 3|y are cut oil.V Simultaneously with the motion of the sleeves 24 to their extended positions the slides will be correspondingly moved and the periorations 33 aligned with the perforations 3l simultaneous `with the alignment of the perforations 28 withA the perforations 23.
