Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de commande (1), conçu pour commander un dispositif d'affichage segmenté (2) et comprenant une première interface (11) pour un signal entrant (3), une unité de traitement (12), une unité d'amplification (13) et une seconde interface (14) pour des signaux sortants (4). Le signal entrant dans l'unité de traitement (12) est composé de premiers bits de données porteuses d'information (31) selon un format prédéfini. L'unité de traitement (12) est conçue pour transformer les bits de données (31) en deuxièmes bits de données porteuses d'information (32) qui correspondent aux segments appartenant aux dispositifs d'affichage segmenté (2). L'unité de traitement (12) sert également à commuter des premiers bits de données entrants (31) vers une position (15a) dans un tableau (15), cette position (15a) représentant un symbole graphique conçu pour être montré ou présenté par le dispositif d'affichage segmenté (2) et former ainsi des deuxièmes bits de données porteuses d'information (32) sur la base de ladite position (15). Cette invention concerne également différent dispositifs d'affichage segmenté conçus pour être commandés par le système de commande selon l'invention et présenter ainsi différents signaux ou symboles. Enfin, l'invention porte sur un système d'indication qui comprend à la fois le système de commande de la présente invention et un dispositif d'affichage segmenté.
