The aim of the invention is to improve the properties of paper sanitary wipes, toilet paper, tampons and the like in order that they can be used as auxiliary sanitary material by persons suffering from various disorders of the anal region. A paper sanitary material in the form of a wipe, toilet paper or a tampon is impregnated with a solution of a complex composition in an amount of 100-200% of the mass of the paper and is dried. The amount of active substances in 1 m2 of a single layer of sanitary material after impregnation and drying is as follows (in grams): 0.001-2.0 Anaesthesin; 0.001-2.0 novocaine hydrochloride; 0.001-3.0 menthol.
