They will pair you with another group but not tell you that when you book, it's a surprise till you show up. We went and had 2 other guys with us the first night, caught nothing. Did get to come back a few nights later and had 5 people join then. Caught one shark but the other group got to reel it in and do everything. Waste of money and 2 nights at PCB. Don't recommend at all.

My wife and I had been talking with Matt and Dakota off and on for week or so before our trip. They told us to text around 11am on Sep 18. I texted the guys that day so they could tell me where to meet. They are very quick to respond. We were to meet them at Public Beach Access #2 at 6pm. We arrived a bit early and sure enough the guys were there already. They told us we were going to change locations since there was lots of algae in the water there. Our new spot would be the St Andrew’s State Park Pier on the Gulf Side. We followed them to the pier and unloaded our stuff. We came prepared with a chair, cooler of drinks and food since we were planning on fishing off the beach until midnight. We left most of the stuff in the car. There were to be 4 of us total fishing in our party that night. They explained if they hooked a big shark, everyone would have to help reel it in. The guys were very professional in that they set out 4 different poles with 4 different baits. They used a kayak to take the bait out several hundred yards from the pier. Unfortunately for us, we did not get a bite. That is why it is called fishing and not catching. Towards the end of the night, they explained to us if we don’t catch a shark, we get another trip for free. We are planning another trip in 2018 so we will definitely hook up with the guys to go fishing again with them. Would have given 4 stars if we had caught a shark. Maybe next time!!!

This trip is a scam, I messaged him Sunday he said he could get my family in Monday or Wednesday. I scheduled Monday sent my payment of $424 for 4 guys to fish. Was told to show at 5 fish until 11. We showed up to the beach where there was one shark pole out for 400 the whole time. I get it it’s fishing, but for 400 we should get more than one pole to put out. Supposedly if you don’t catch anything you get another trip free just schedule it. Well we make it the 6 hours nothing, the guy Jaden who was there tells us to message Matt the guy running the business to let him know we were owed a free trip. I messaged Matt he let him know Jaden said we didn’t catch nothing so we were owe a trip his responds two hours later asking when didn’t we leave why didn’t we stay longer this and that. That they caught a shark, that’s cool but I was told 5-11 I didn’t know it was 5 to when they call it or i wouldn’t have brought my pregnant wife with me. He then tells me no problem I have a trip let him know 3 weeks in advance as if I live on the beach. But before the $430 was sent it was Monday or Wednesday. I just wouldn’t give your business here it’s all a for money not good business. Then to be called a “fu*king joke” wasn’t professional

I guess the pattern is if you catch you leave a great review and if not a poor one. But, thats lame, it's called fishing not catching! You know when you sign up there is no guarantee. That being said we CAUGHT! It was great fun, our guide was friendly and worked hard to make sure we had a good experience. I would definitely recommend using these guys and we will probably be looking to go again next year.

Very disappointed with these guys.No sharks caught , big lack of effort during the evening. They paired us with another group and doubled their profits.They offer a second night out if no sharks are caught free of charge, but this will never happen as they will claim they are completely booked. I thought I would double check their policy by having a friend inquire about a trip. Much to my surprise they had a completely open schedule. These guys are scammers re posting old photos to their Facebook page making out the are always catching sharks. They posted photos the day after our trip making out they caught fish. This is the worst review I have ever given to a business so I don't take it lightly.

My friend and I booked a shark fishing trip with Off the Beach Shark Fishing and had an awesome time! These guys are so great to work with and a lot of fun! We are not avid fishermen and these guys were there every step of the way and answered all our silly questions. We both felt very comfortable and safe fishing for sharks. They really know their stuff when it comes to shark fishing. If you are thinking of trying some shark fishing, I highly recommend these guys. The price is extremely reasonable and worth every penny. We did catch a shark and had so much fun we booked a second trip! You won't be disappointed here!

Really enjoyed the convenience of fishing for sharks on the beach. Caught a 6 ft bull-shark while relaxing on the beach appreciating the beautiful PCB sunset! This is a great family experience for all ages. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and safely was his 1st priority. This was a memorable experience we will not soon forget!!!

Garbage , wish I never went with these guys. Lazy and no sharks or fish. If you would like to waste your time and money go out with these guys!

Same as the other review set out there all night caught nothing promised we would get another trip they knew were leaving Saturday then told us their only opening was Saturday night Lol! good way to get out of keeping your end of the deal. $300 and 5 hours wasted on this trip!!! Will never pay young kids for a job again I will only work with professional companies from now on.

After reading reviews, I noticed if you caught a shark it was a great experience and if you didn’t catch a shark it wasn’t fun.
We didn’t catch a shark, but had a great time! Our guide Jaden did his best to try to get us a monster, but all we could reel in were tiny ones. (They have a year voucher if you don’t catch a shark over 5 feet.)
If you don’t have a good experience with these guys, it’s because you’re not trying. Take your beach stuff, take a cooler, share your snacks with your guides! We had a beautiful sunset and a night full of fishing. And if you’re not too careful, you may just learn a thing or two!
