Just the rare times when rounds were interrupted when something was found that wasn't normal What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It was like a family atmosphere. Not only did we get along with each other as co-workers, but got to know really nice employees of the company. Great opportunity

This job is great. I have met many people and learned new things. I would not have known of the site I work if it weren’t for this job. If you have a strong work ethic and great people skills this is a great job.

They will take advantage of the people in the area that need work. Pay bare minimum to get roles filled and then expect you to go above a beyond for no incentive. Don't recommend you working here if you have good work ethic.

less busy , nun entertaining

security was a job for me not a life time thing or career . i would say i enjoyed it and learned a lot, but i was very boring at times and it wasn't something for me, but overall not to bad

work culture is fine. not many sites or much overtime. pay is horrible & so is management.. there are better companies out there.. keep looking don't settle.

Pay sucks and management sucks too

You'll never grow with the company and you'll never get awarded for anything too. 5 years I put I to the company just fir them to overlook everything. The holiday pay is a joke as well.

Horrible work environment

Barely any staff, set schedule of 8am-4pm 3 days and 8am-8pm 2 days. No life outside of work. Not worth the cheap pay either. Management is always changing and has communication problems.

pay and benefits were good. working environment was good. supervisors were mostly good. one of the schedulers wasn’t really up to the job but they replaced him after a few months and it was fine again

Okay workplace

It’s an okay job. Easy money but the environment can be toxic. Not good PTO and sick days. They usually choose customer over employees but overall it’s an okay job.

What is the best part of working at the company?It was a paying job. From day 3, I begged for more hours. Very boring place to work and health insurance is to expensive.

A typical day at work is sitting most of the shift and playing on your phone or laptop, occasionally getting up to scan a car out, or driving around the fence line / parking lot for 8hrs. This is a perfect job for a lazy person. I've seen guards that just sit and don't do anything for the entire shift and supervisors don't seem to care. Yes I still work there, for now, it's a paycheck. I don't have any health benefits because I heard that it was $100 per week, way to expensive, especially when you're only making $16/hr. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Alot of sitting, playing on your phone or laptop.

Cons

health insurance for just yourself is $100/week

It was like riding a roller coaster daily each week there gonna be something different to do or changes .

What is the best part of working at the company?Getting paid but only if you’re getting paid on time and the correct wage. Horrible and Toxic

Horrible, management is shady and rude all the time. They do a good job on making everyone feel worthless and expendable. No holidays, benefits, raises, or sick time. The client staff is disrespectful and rude to you as well. If I could undo my application here and get my time back I 100% would.

Not worth the time and your energy

What is the best part of working at the company?Honestly if it wasn't due for the fact everyone need money, this company is the worst. They don't pay well and keep you of work for weeks to point almost a month passes by with no work but yet you can't work with any other company make your money. And there managers that suppose find location gor you work at sucks. They don't honestly they don't. not a reliable security job company

They do not have good communication skills and the HR person does not respond I would not work for this company! Pay is low and not helpful when trying to get time off if you mother is dying on hospice.

Exciting place to work for with advancement oppertunities

Basically a good 8hr, 40 hr a week job. I learned a lot about clients and staff safety, including using CCC monitoring systems, police reports etc... Management was fair, culture diverse and the most enjoyable part of job was knowing someone did their best to keep clients and staff safe.

No one hovering over you

Its an ok job. Management is good. The pay is alright unless you’re doing a turn around job at the plant. Its weekly pay. Opportunities to make more money

Low Job Security & Shaky Hours

Easy work but getting a good site/contract is near impossible. management picks and chooses who goes where not caring what that can put you in personally.

Unprofessionalism is rampant

In the beginning I was committed to the doing the job that I was hired to do. However I would soon find out how unprofessional the people I worked with were. At the site, people were arriving late and not taking the job seriously. Pay should not determine the level of effort one gives especially when you agreed to the salary. New hires were taking time off less than a month into the job which put workers like me at an disadvantage. I was expected to remain on post beyond my scheduled hours due to the tardiness of those relieving me. The company itself was not the problem as it was the people hired to work the contract I was placed at.
