Celebrating its third year at the Anthony Wayne Recreation Area, the Supercross Cup has earned a reputation as one of the best cycle races in the country. It is expected to draw more than 1,000 racers and spectators to Rockland County.
During the event, riders from beginners to professional compete for 30 to 60 minutes on a 2-mile circuit that forces them to ride, run, climb and leap over nature and man-made barriers.
In addition to exciting race action viewed from an arms length distance, racers and spectators alike will have plenty of tasty options to keep fueled up with a variety of food trucks onsite all weekend.
Competitors are reminded that race registration is now open at: www.bikereg.com/supercross
Admission is free for spectators. The recreation area is at Palisades Interstate Parkway, Exit 17, Stony Point.
