A spine present behind orbit and another spine
behind the former just above the tympanum on each side of the
head. Body scales pointing backwards and upwards except those
in the flank region which may point downwards as well. An oblique
curved fold present in front of shoulder.
49-65 scales round the body at midbody. Supralabials: 9-12;
Infralabials: 9-13.
Olive brown above with dark transverse bands. Dark streaks radiate
from eye. A brown or yellowish dorsolateral streak present. Venter
dirty white.
