Deborah Lippmann Wicked Game
Words simply cannot express the beauty of this particular shade. As many of you would know, this is a duochrome. The color is so mesmerizing on your nails, especially when the sun hits it. One of Deborah Lippmann’s best, Wicked Game. Warning: picture heavy post!
The main color is purple and it is a duochrome. But one can clearly see, even when not in sunlight, that it’s not just any ordinary duochrome shade. Tilt a bit and you see splashes of green…but wait, is that blue? Tilt it again and you see the blue clearer. And again…..silverish almost, wait! I see purplish pink! It’s an amazing shade that its true color is so hard to capture by my camera no matter how hard I try. Formula is on the thin side, but not watery at all. Application was a breeze. Drying time was incredibly fast for me. Shown is 3 thin coats with no top coat.
This is on wicked shade. See how the color changes? Another coat would’ve taken care of the VNL in the direct sunlight pictures. I loved swatching this one. It’s so mesmerizing. It’s not really just a duochrome. Is there such a thing as multichrome? If so, this would definitely be it.
This shade is available on Deborah Lippmann’s website and at other retailers such as Nordstrom.
