Kale with mettwurst

Preparation:
- Peel the onions and dice them finely.
- Peel, wash and finely dice the potatoes.
- Wash the kale and cut into fine strips.
- Put the butter oil into a pot, add the onions and sweat on medium heat.
- Add the kale and potatoes, and sweat briefly.
- Add the smoked sausages, mustard and vegetable stock. Cover and stew for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are done.
- Remove the smoked sausages, slice them thinly and add back to the kale.
- Season the kale with salt to taste. If needed, add oatmeal to slightly thicken the

2 Onions
2 tbsp Butter oil
1000 g Kale
1 tbsp Mustard
400 ml Vegetable stock
400 g Potatoes
3-4 Smoked sausages
Salt
Oatmeal (as thickener)
