Title: Old Jerusalem.

One of Nieuhof's most notable works is his book entitled "An Embassy of the East India Company from the United Provinces to the Grand Tartar Cham Emperor of China", published in 1665.
This book documented his travels through Asia, especially his trip to China. as part of a Dutch diplomatic mission.
It featured vivid illustrations and maps, giving Europeans some of the earliest visual insights into the Chinese empire and its culture.

However, his travelogue and illustrations of his travels contain images of various cities and regions, including parts of Asia, including the images of Jerusalem later copied by Clamet in 1730 titeled de l'ancienne Jerusalem, Selon Villalpand.
Johan Nieuhof was a Dutch traveler, artist, and author who lived during the 17th century. He is best known for his extensive travels in the service of the Dutch East India Company (VOC) and for his contributions to the field of travel literature and cartography.
