Angry Indian Goddesses, is instrumental in getting the 39-year-old actor to India. “I met Robert when I was on a holiday in Los Angeles for three months with a friend, Jas Sagu. During that time, we grew close and he often spoke about wanting to visit our country,” she informs. So, on his first ever visit here, Hoffman will promote a music video
“Aag Ka Gola LA” directed by Arsala and features Jas and him. The

Santa Monica, once during a dinner break, Hoffman just strolled into a South Indian restaurant and ordered a paneer dosa. “He is open to experimenting and wants to savour every experience. I am going to make sure he has a great stay in India,” she says.

Hollywood actor Robert Hoffman aka Chase Collins from 2008 dance film -- Step Up 2: The Streets -- has come to India on a two-week visit. The actor has already reached Mumbai and will also be visiting Rajasthan with his friend Arshala Qureshi. Qureshi, who had co-written critically acclaimed film Angry Indian Goddesses, will be playing host. In an interview with Mirror, Arshala said that she will take Robert around the city and might introduce him to Bollywood actress. Arshala also revealed that she will be accompanying Robert to Rajasthan and will introduce him to Indian culture and heritage. Dev Patel
Oscar-nominated actor Dev Patel recently visited Mumbai in total secrecy in January this year. Mirror reported that Dev was in the city for a recce and research on his directorial debut -- a film which is set in modern-day India. His film is tentatively titled Monkey Man. Mithun's son Namashi was lucky to get a glimpse of Dev as he met him at a suburban restaurant.
Dev also came to Mumbai in 2016 during the shooting of his film Hotel Mumbai starring Armie Hammer, Nazanin Boniadi and Anupam Kher in pivotal roles.

Irish band U2's maiden performance in Mumbai
Irish band U2 created a magical experience for Mumbaikars and Bollywood stars in December 2019. U2's The Joshua Tree Concert in India was held at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai.
