● Belongs to the botanical mint family Lamiaceae
● Also known as Moldavian Balm or Turkish Melissa
● The name comes from the shape of the blue-purple flower, which resembles a dragon with its mouth wide open - very pleasant, cozy aroma spectrum of lemon-orange-honey
● Increasingly popular as an ingredient in tea blends
