Like others Roqueforts, Organic Roquefort Papillon is made in Aveyron in the South of France. Roquefort Papillon is certainly one of the most famous cheeses in the world...
Description : organic Roquefort Papillon is made from ewe milk. It obtained the A.B label (which is a french organic food label). Ewes whose milk is used to produce this Roquefort, only feed in pature without fertilisers and are cured, in case of illness, only by phytotherapy.
Tips : a must on your board cheese ! You can also use Roquefort to accompany your meals such as salads, soufflés, sauces, pasta...
Wines : red wine (Bordeaux), syrupy white wine (Montbazillac or Sauternes) or even Porto.
Raw, whole sheep's milk from organic farming, salt, rennet, lactic and ripening ferments, Penicillium Roqueforti.
