I ordered this XXL and XL both was packaged in the same box but the XL arrived in peices. The boxes was bubble wrapped but individual ceramic catfish caves was not bubble wrapped inside their box items arrived on Wed its now a Saturday im still waiting for my refund to be issued they have excepted i need refunding just communication is extremely slow, i can't recommend this seller for communication but i can for fast dispatch and delivery, if you have an issues expect extremely slow assistance.

I purchaced this item going off the title and price thinking it was the whole package feeder included because of the misleading title. Also the price is the same price everyone else sells the full package for feeder included. I was sent 3 packets of seeds for Ā£13 When i mentioned the title was a bit misleading the person responded with "it clearly says this" sorry but refering to something as a KIT when its just a box of seeds is misleading no matter what you say.
