A deceitful, untrustworthy seller. A book described as 'Like New' arrived with multiple deep knife cuts and further extensive damage to the front and rear of the cover. Package was not opened in transit / was received sealed. Item cost: $88.52 plus $5.61 shipping. Do not trust this seller.

Deceitful might be a strong word for an honest human mistake. We're not sure how this happened - as you can see by our photos, those knife cuts were not there when we shipped the item. We only had one copy in stock. Regardless, you were offered a refund if you returned the item. You have not yet done so.

The book was in beautiful shape, despite being listed as “used acceptable”, I.e., with some wear. It arrived on time with a reasonable amount of packaging that kept it safe but wasn’t so much that there was waste.
