Sumann finished 28.1 seconds ahead of Vincent Defrasne of France, who also failed to miss a single target. Andreas Birnbacher of Germany was third, 49.3 seconds behind, and missed with one shot.
Sumann was the surprise winner of the 12.5 km pursuit on Saturday.
German Michael Greis finished back in 20th, enough to take him past Ole Einar Bjoerndalen of Norway overall, who did not take part. He is training for the World Championships in February.
Khvostenko won ahead of Kati Wilhelm of Germany, thanks to her higher accuracy with the rifle. Wilhelm misses three targets as she lost by 13.4 seconds.
In third place was local athlete Tadeja Brankovic, who suffered two penalties.
Swede Anna Carin Olofsson was leading the field, but made mistakes towards the end and suffered a poor final lap. She finished sixth.
Wilhelm is now leading the World Cup season for the first time this year. Olofsson is now six points behind her, while Linda Grubben lies third.
Grubben did not race in Pokljuka.
