Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool set to close for 5 Months at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort

Heads up if your planning a trip to Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, as the Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pools will be closing for a multi-month refurbishment.

Walt Disney world have announced that Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts will be closed from January to May 2025 as they undergo routine maintenance.

Disney have advised that guests staying at the resorts during this time may see and hear refurbishment work during daytime hours, but there will be no audible refurbishment work conducted overnight.

Recreation activities that typically take place at Stormalong Bay will be relocated throughout the resort for Guests to enjoy during their stay.

Guests will be be able to use the Tidal, Admiral, and Dunes Cove leisure pools while Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool are closed.
