Product Description
The deep pink petals of the Aster alpinus 'Pinkie' surround sunny yellow centres above deciduous green foliage. This stunning perennial is easy to grow, where these clump-forming flowers reach a mature height of 15cm and form a low carpet of colour at the front of garden borders or rockeries. The eye-catching pink blooms flower from July through to October. Plant individually or alongside a contrasting Aster alpinus to add more depth to the garden display.

Growing at a glance…
Plant from March-May for summer varieties, and from September for autumn flowering varieties. Position somewhere semi-shaded, like under a tree or shrub. Dig a generous hole to house the root, adding some grit to the bottom of the hole to aid drainage. Add the module to the hole and fill the edges with soil, firming it down so it's nice and snug. Water well once planted, ensuring their soil stays moist - especially through prolonged drought. Leave to set seed once they've finished flowering or cut them right back if you don't want them to do this.
