Gonocephalus grandis is the largest and most spectacular member of its genus. It is native to SE Asia. The adult males have large crests on their neck and back, and are green on top and blue-with-yellow-spots on the sides. Adult females are similarly colored but lack the large crests. Juveniles are shades of brown, black, and white.
