  • Drove negative sentiment down by 43 percentage points across inbound social media comments (2020)

  • Oversaw a 29% year-over-year increase in organic search traffic to the EF Educational Tours blog with the implementation of a revised SEO-led editorial strategy (2019 to 2020)

  • Responsible for growing the EF Education First brand in North America via editorial content as well as organic and paid social media activity.
