About HabiStat Tortoise Food Meadow Mix
HabiStat Tortoise Food has been formulated with all natural ingredients, including Alfalfa (lucerne), Spirulina, and Calcium carbonate offering various nutritional benefits: Alfalfa - high in fibre, iron, magnesium, vitamin A, C, E, and multiple B vitamins, Alfalfa provides important nutrients for Tortoises. Spirulina - a safe and natural source of essential vitamins and minerals such as beta-carotene, vitamin E, magnesium, zinc, copper, iron, and B complex vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin). These are essential for blood/cell health, nerve, brain, eye function, and even appetite, digestion, and energy levels. Calcium Carbonate - a natural form of Calcium essential for maintaining bone and shell strength and overall health in tortoises. Suitable for European, Russian, and most other tortoises, HabiStat Tortoise Food is a calcium rich, high fibre, low protein diet. Designed to be palatable for Tortoises due to the presence of colours and scents, such as natural grasses and banana, which Tortoises are naturally attracted to. Moisten with warm water for 1 minute to further help with palatability.

Can be used wet or dry - Some Tortoises prefer to be offered this food dry, whilst other prefer it wet. Feed your tortoise the way it prefers.
