This certified sustainable, native yeast-fermented Chenin Blanc hails from the Western Cape region of South Africa and was made by world renowned Master Sommelier Tinashe Nyamudoka, a native of Zimbabwe with an incredible personal history, having paved the way for black wine entrepreneurs in Africa. Grown on iron-rich red soils in the Breedekloof Valley, this is clean and super classic, showing Chenin's signature waxy texture, honeyed citrus fruit, bosc pear notes, and zesty acidity. This was raised in a combination of neutral oak, stainless steel and concrete.
