TRADING TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Trading Terms 

Account holders receive 30 day terms from the date of invoice. Non account holders are required to pay prior to dispatch. Contact customer 

service for an account application form (credit references required). 

Credit Card Charges and EFT 

If we agree that you can pay by credit card or EFT, then where permitted by law, we reserve the right to levy a fee to cover these facilities. 

Returned Goods 

Goods are supplied by OAPL on a sale basis only. In the event of incorrect deliveries or damaged goods, the customer must notify OAPL as 

soon as possible after receipt of the goods. Prior approval must be gained before the return of any goods. Goods must be returned within 21 

days of the invoice date. OAPL is not responsible for the freight for returned goods. 

Special orders or non stock items will not be accepted for return under any circumstances. 

Freight 

Orders of less than $250 value will incur freight charges listed below. Orders of value greater than $250 (ex GST) will be shipped freight free, 

excluding capital equipment.

Prices are quoted excluding GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are accurate at the time of printing but are subject to change without notice. 

Product descriptions are accurate at the time of printing. Photographs or drawings of products are designed as a reference only; the actual 

product may differ to these. 

Backorders 

We will endeavour to keep customers informed of the progress of any backorders. 

Special Orders 

A 40% deposit is required for all non stock/Special orders prior to the order being placed. This is a non-refundable deposit. Non stock/special 

orders will not be accepted for return under any circumstances. 

Warranties 

We make no express or implied warranties in relation to the Goods or Services supplied by OAPL. OAPL warrants to materials and workmanship 

used in its products for a period not exceeding 90 days from date of purchase and in the course of normal wear & tear as determined by OAPL. 

To the extent of any warranty or liability imposed on OAPL by operation of law, OAPL liability arising from the provision of Goods or Services to 

you is limited to our choice of: 

i. The replacement of the Goods or the supply of equivalent goods; or 

ii. The repair of the Goods; or\ 

iii. Payment of the cost of having the Goods replaced; And / or 

iv. The supplying of the Services again, or 

v. The payment of the cost of having the Services supplied again. 

Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for any consequential or special loss that you suffer as a consequence of you entering into 

trade with us, even if you inform us that you may suffer such loss. 

Retention of Title 

Risk in the goods will pass to the purchaser upon delivery of the goods to the purchaser or release of the goods to the purchaser’s transport 

carrier. Despite delivery of goods, title to the goods specified on the invoice will remain vested in OAPL and will not pass to the purchaser until 

the purchaser has paid in full all amounts owing, in accordance with any invoice issued by OAPL in relation to such goods. 

Until full payment is made by the purchaser the purchaser takes possession of the goods as bailee of OAPL. Any proceeds of sale of the goods 

to a third party are held by the purchaser on trust for OAPL until full payment of the invoice is made. 

The purchaser grants to OAPL and its servants, agents, employees and contractors the right to enter onto the Purchaser’s premises and remove 

the goods should payment not be made according to the Terms of Trade. 

OAPL shall have all of the above rights notwithstanding that the purchaser defaults or commits an act of bankruptcy or a receiver is appointed 

of the purchaser’s business or the purchaser goes into liquidation. The purchaser acknowledges that the vendor has the right to resell any of 

the goods of which it has retaken possession. 

Privacy Policy 

We collect your personal information to process your Credit Application. This involves conducting the appropriate checks with credit reporting 

agencies, trade references nominated by you or selected by us, and guarantors of your obligations. For existing trade accounts we may also 

conduct appropriate checks on an ongoing basis and report bad debtors to the appropriate agency. 

We may also use your personal information to assist in providing the Goods and Services you have requested, and to improve our Goods and 

Services. We or any of our Australian related companies may be in touch to let you know about goods, services or promotions which may be of 

interest to you. We may also share your information with other people or organisations who assist us in providing our goods and services. 

We would like to share your information with these overseas related companies so that they can provide assistance in refining our Goods and 

Services, or contact you with special offers. If you would prefer us not to, please write to our Privacy Officer at 93 Webb Street, Fitzroy Vic

Governing Law 

These Trading Terms shall be governed by the laws of Victoria and subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

The Webly ankle braces are designed to limit inversion/eversion without restricting plantar or dorsiflexion. 

The Webly Regular is constructed of a heavy gauge ballistic nylon with neoprene tongue, whilst the Webly 

Lite consists of light-weight pack cloth with a NoSweat tongue for added flexibility. Both feature achilles

flexion. Through the shaped stirrup, shock applied to the heel is transferred to the upper portion of the 

brace away from the ankle. A solid shaped stirrup with bilateral ankle joints connect to two side pieces 

which anchor around the distal portion of the leg. 

Indications 

The hinged ankle brace can be used in the treatment of ankle injuries where oedema is present or for 

limitation of movement in the healing phase. Used as a preventative measure when returning to sport to 

provide support without limiting plantar flexion or dorsiflexion.

The AFTR and AFTR DC (dorsal closure) provide support and stabilization for the non-operative and postoperative 

treatment of many foot and ankle pathologies. Both braces include medial and lateral plastic stays

The 4030 SX is the latest model from PROMED. It features bold

Kassel 

This shoe features enough room inside, enabling the patient to 

wear a larger dressing if necessary. The firm outer material can be 

separated from the soft inner material and an opening can be cut 

to relieve pressure. The extra rigid rocker sole can be re-ground, 

enabling harmonious rolling off as well as immobilization and relief 

of a lesion by suppressing the flexion of the foot. The EVA insert (40 

shore A) has a thickness of 2cm in the forefoot area. Special pressure 

relief areas can be ground into the material. The cover material is 

suitable for diabetics. A Forefoot Protective cap is available as an 

optional accessory.
