Part of this embodiment also includes a tees holder, 2 card holders and a penholder located on the outside of the golf pouch for easy and fast access.
LIST OF FIGURES
As per the attached drawings that illustrate the embodiment of the invention, Figure 1 shows an external view in perspective of the said gold pouch. Figure 2 is a view from the back of the embodiment.
The numeral reference 13 designates the embodiment of the golf pouch. The golf pouch 13 is shaped similarly to a Sinch-high half cylinder and is essentially comprised of a main compartment 8 where glasses, golf balls and the like can be stored, rii~o card holders openings illustrated as 7 sa\to Consumer Products Corp. In this example, the embodiment uses strips of leather that are stitched together. Other ways to secure the strips of leather can be used such as glues, studs or the like.
Other materials can also be used for the embodiment of the golf pouch such as waterproof material e.g. nylon and the like. Items such as the penholder 2 and tees holder 5 can be of other material such as plastic or the like.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Fig. l shows the lid 3 of the golf pouch as a zippered flap where the front edge of the said lid 3 is secured by a zipper to the upper edge of the front wall i4 of the golf pouch.
A Velcro type, clips or the like methods of securing the front edge of the lid 3 to the upper edge of the front wall 14 of the golf pouch can be used instead of a zipper.
The back edge of the lid 3 of the golf pouch is secured to the upper edge of the golf pouch back support 15.
The lower edge of the front wail l4 is secured to the front edge of the bottom part 16 of the golf bag. Each of the rivo side edges of the front wall l4 is secured to its respective side edge of the back support 15 of the golf pouch.
The cards holder 1 illustrated w-ith opening 7 can be used to hold scoring cards, business cards, paper notes or the like. The cards holder 1 is positioned on the outside of the lid 3 of the golf pouch 13 and is secured on three of its edges (back and two sides) leaving the fourth edge (front) of the cards holder 1 unsecured, which creates the opening 7 where cards are inserted.
The penholder 2 is seated on top of the cardholder 1 in such matter that a pen or pencil is secured along the width of the golf pouch to allow ~ easy access. In this example, the penholder 2 is created by a strip of leather that is secured by stitches at both ends such that a wimple forms between the two secured ends.
The tees holder 5 is made in a similar fashion as the pen holder wfiere an elongated strip of leather is secured on the outside of the front wall 14 of the golf pouch such that a plurality of wimples form the shape of tee holders.
Fig.2 shows a view of the embodiment of the back of the golf bag 13.
A belt clip I I is secured to the back support IS of the golf pouch by a rivet 18 or the like. The belt clip can be made of plastic. metal or the like, and can be covered in leather or the like to avoid scratching the player's belt 10.
A hook 4 can be mounted on the belt clip 11 to facilitate easy and fast hook ups of the golf pouch 13 to carts, golf bag or the Like.
The numerical reference 12 designates the back re-enforcement of the golf pouch. The back re-enforcement 12 has multiple functions such as providing an additional support to increase the rigidity of the golf pouch when heavier items are carried in the main compartment 8, a support used to provide two pass-through belt supports 9, and an additional cards holder illustrated by the two openings 17. In this example, the back re-enforcement is an elongated strip of thick leather or the like that is secured bi~ stitches on its upper and low-~er edges to the back support 15 of the golf pouch. Tlae two sides of the golf pouch back support l2 are not secured and therefore remain open to create two openings 17 where cards or the like can slide in and out.
