Abstract

发明概述
本发明部分涉及新的清洁用组合物及其制备方法。具体地说,在某些实施方案中提供包含丙烯酸酯共聚物、烷氧基化甲基葡糖苷多元醇和表面活性剂的组合物。本发明另一实施方案涉及制备清洁用组合物的方法。
发明详述
在某些实施方案中,本发明涉及清洁用组合物,所述组合物为结构化液体,提供改善的泡沫性能、优良的皮肤感觉和/或良好的分配粘度/流变分布和悬浮其它添加剂的能力。在某些实施方案中,本发明组合物为非乳液清洁用组合物。
在某些实施方案中,本发明涉及包含至少一种烷氧基化甲基葡糖苷多元醇和至少一种丙烯酸酯共聚物的清洁用组合物。优选地,甲基葡糖苷用环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷进行烷氧基化。
本发明的一个实施方案提供包含烷氧基化甲基葡糖苷多元醇、丙烯酸酯共聚物和至少一种表面活性剂的组合物。在本发明的某些实施方案中,表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂。在本发明的某些实施方案中,表面活性剂包括两性表面活性剂。在本发明的某些实施方案中,组合物包含阴离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂。

在本发明的某些实施方案中,烷氧基化甲基葡糖苷多元醇优选以组合物总重量的约0.05%-约6%、约0.1%-约4%或约0.2-约2%(全部以组合物总重量计)的量存在。
在某些实施方案中,烷氧基化甲基葡糖苷多元醇为用环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷烷氧基化的甲基葡糖苷。在某些实施方案中,可采用乙氧基化葡糖苷多元醇和丙氧基化葡糖苷多元醇的混合物。优选地,乙氧基化和/或丙氧基化甲基葡糖苷以组合物总重量的约0.05%-约6%、约0.1%-约4%或约0.2%-约2%(全部以组合物总重量计)的量存在。

适合的两性表面活性剂可包括但不限于甜菜碱表面活性剂。适合的两性表面活性剂的实例包括但不限于烷基甜菜碱、烷基酰氨基甜菜碱、烷基磺基甜菜碱(alkyl sulfobetaines)、烷基磺基甜菜碱(alkylsultaines)和烷基酰氨基磺基甜菜碱。烷基和酰基通常优选包含约8-约18个碳原子。

下述实施例进一步证明本发明。实施例用于举例说明而不打算限制本发明范围。在实施例中,与本申请其它部分一样,式中的n和m等数值、分子量和乙氧基化度或丙氧基化度都采用平均值。除非另外指明,温度单位为℃。各组分的量可基于所描述标准采用重量百分数表示;若没有描述其它标准,则推断采用组合物总重量(activebasis)。各化学组分名称包括列于CTFA International CosmeticIngredient Dictionary(Cosmetics,Toiletry and Fragrance Association,Inc.,7th ed.1997)中的那些。
制备组合物的一般方法
使用实施例中列出的成分类型和量,在环境温度(约20-25℃)下,通过在配有中心涡轮搅拌器的容器中将DMDM乙内酰脲加入水中制备产物。然后向水相中加入丙烯酸酯共聚物并混合。将月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠加入混合物中,然后在25℃下用氢氧化钠中和至pH6.5-7.5。然后加入椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱并混合。依次加入其它成分并混合至均匀。加入柠檬酸调节pH至约6.4-7.2。加入氯化钠调节粘度至约4300厘泊(cps),其中制剂粘度为2500-5500cps,通过Brookfield DV II+粘度计采用#5锭子在20RPM和25℃下测量。

步骤:
两种产品进行两个方面的测试:连续单一手洗方面和并列分配性方面。
第1部分-手洗评价:每位测试人员使用每一种产品洗手,进行2次试验。测试人员采用他们的正常习惯分配产品,然后用产品洗手(水温约37℃+/-1℃)并评价产品。每位测试人员按照均衡/随机的呈现次序评价所有产品。测试人员回答关于产品分配性和手洗性能的一系列问题。
第2部分-分配性评价:在完成手洗部分研究后,测试人员对2种产品的分配性能进行评价(随机呈现)。测试人员将每种产品泵至碟中两次评价分配性能。指导测试人员正常泵出产品,待泵复原(数至10),然后再次泵出产品。每种产品重复该步骤。测试人员回答关于每种产品之间的分配性能的一系列问题。
受验者:
79名洗手皂液使用者参与研究。
含有Glucams与不含Glucams的珠光洗手皂液对比结果
第I部分:手洗和分配性(见表6)
不含Glucams的珠光洗手皂液被评定为比较含有Glucams的珠光洗手皂液具有较少的肥皂泡。
第II部分:仅有分配性(见表5)
不含Glucams的珠光洗手皂液被评定为比较含有Glucams的珠光洗手皂液在分配时更为粘稠。

实施例6
泡沫评价测试-量筒震荡试验
采用机械式量筒震荡方法评价洗手皂液产品的泡沫性能。该方法使用硬水、合成皮脂和Gaum Foam Machine(得自Gaum,Inc.,Robbinsville,New Jersey)。
硬水的制备:向2000毫升容量瓶中加入40克氯化镁和45克氯化钙,并加入去离子水至刻度线。这会得到25,000ppm水硬度。向2000毫升容量瓶中加入20毫升25,000ppm硬水溶液并加入去离子水至刻度线制备得到250ppm硬水。
合成皮脂的制备:
通过在约71℃下将下列成分熔融在一起同时用刮刀搅拌制备合成皮脂。

采用以上实施例1和2的组合物进行泡沫高度测试。将15克洗手皂液加入到84克250ppm硬水和1克合成皮脂中。将40克MgCl2·6H2O和45克CaCl2·2H2O混合并稀释至250ppm制备得到所述硬水。然后将试验混合物伴随适度搅拌进行加热并缓慢加热至40.5℃。将这种分散体小心地倒入600毫升带有塑料充水管的刻度量筒中。然后将量筒置于垂直旋转仪的中心并以30rpm的恒定速度旋转。量筒的环形混合作用和量筒内注水管的自由下落作用产生泡沫并可通过量筒壁上的刻度测得泡沫高度。8个完整回转后测得瞬时泡沫高度,另外的12个完整回转(共计20个回转)后测得最大泡沫高度。这时还可测得排液时间。排液时间定义为从完成20个回转时至100毫升表面液体排出时测得的时间。排液时间是泡沫的润湿性和稳定性的量度。

泡沫评价测试结果表明含有Glucams的珠光洗手皂液具有较大的瞬时泡沫高度和最大泡沫高度。排液时间较少表明泡沫更稳定。

Claims (18)

1.一种清洁用组合物,所述组合物包含:
占组合物总重量0.1%-12%的丙烯酸酯共聚物,
占清洁用组合物总重量的0.1-4%的烷氧基化甲基葡糖苷醚,其中该烷氧基化甲基葡糖苷醚选自乙氧基化甲基葡糖苷醚、丙氧基化甲基葡糖苷醚及其混合物,和
表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂包含至少一种选自占组合物总重量3%-25%的阴离子表面活性剂和占组合物总重量0.05%-15%的两性表面活性剂的表面活性剂,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂选自烷基硫酸盐、乙氧基化烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基烯基磺酸盐、烷基丁二酸盐、烷基磺基丁二酸盐、烷基乙氧基磺基丁二酸盐、酰基和烷基谷氨酸盐、烷基磷酸盐、烷基醚羧酸盐、烷基羟乙基磺酸盐和酰基酰胺,并且所述两性表面活性剂为甜菜碱表面活性剂。
2.权利要求1的组合物,所述组合物进一步包含碱性中和剂。
3.权利要求1的组合物,其中阴离子表面活性剂以组合物总重量的5%-18%的量存在。
4.权利要求1的组合物,其中两性表面活性剂以组合物总重量的0.5%-10%的量存在。
5.权利要求1的组合物,其中两性表面活性剂选自烷基甜菜碱、烷基酰氨基甜菜碱、烷基磺基甜菜碱、烷基酰氨基磺基甜菜碱及其混合物。
6.权利要求1的组合物,其中两性表面活性剂包含具有8-18个碳原子的烷基和/或酰基。
7.权利要求1的组合物,其中烷氧基化甲基葡糖苷醚以组合物总重量的0.2%-2%的量存在。
8.权利要求1的组合物,其中烷氧基化甲基葡糖苷醚的平均烷氧基化度为8-22。
9.权利要求1的组合物,其中烷氧基化甲基葡糖苷醚选自甲基葡糖聚氧乙烯(10)醚、甲基葡糖聚氧乙烯(20)醚、甲基葡糖聚氧丙烯(10)醚、甲基葡糖聚氧丙烯(20)醚及其混合物。
10.权利要求1的组合物,其中丙烯酸酯共聚物以组合物总重量的0.5%-8%的量存在。
11.权利要求2的组合物,其中碱性中和剂以组合物总重量的0.01%-5%的量存在。
12.权利要求1的组合物,所述组合物进一步包含有效量的一种或多种选自色料、香料、抗菌剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、珠粒、遮光剂和珠光剂的物质。
13.权利要求12的组合物,所述珠光剂选自云母和闪光物。
14.权利要求12的组合物,其中珠粒含有选自香料、剥落剂、保湿剂及其混合物的物质。
15.权利要求12的组合物,其中珠粒包含牛油树脂。
16.权利要求1的清洁用组合物,所述组合物包含:
(a)占组合物总重量3%-25%的阴离子表面活性剂,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂选自烷基硫酸盐、乙氧基化烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基烯基磺酸盐、烷基丁二酸盐、烷基磺基丁二酸盐、烷基乙氧基磺基丁二酸盐、酰基和烷基谷氨酸盐、烷基磷酸盐、烷基醚羧酸盐、烷基羟乙基磺酸盐和酰基酰胺;
(b)占组合物总重量0.05%-15%的两性表面活性剂,其中所述两性表面活性剂为甜菜碱表面活性剂;
(c)占组合物总重量0.1%-12%的丙烯酸酯共聚物;
(d)占清洁用组合物总重量的0.1-4%的烷氧基化甲基葡糖苷醚,其中该烷氧基化甲基葡糖苷醚选自乙氧基化甲基葡糖苷醚、丙氧基化甲基葡糖苷醚及其混合物;
(e)碱性中和剂;和
(f)水。
17.权利要求16的清洁用组合物,其中碱性中和剂以组合物总重量的0.01%-5%的量存在。
18.一种制备权利要求16的清洁用组合物的方法,所述方法包括下述步骤:
a)将丙烯酸酯共聚物和水混合形成水相;
b)将阴离子表面活性剂加入到步骤a)的水相中形成混合物;
c)将碱性中和剂加入到步骤b)的混合物中形成中和物质;
d)将两性表面活性剂与步骤c)的中和物质混合;
e)将烷氧基化甲基葡糖苷醚加入到步骤d)的产物中形成清洁用组合物。
