本发明另一方面提供含非膦酸酯螯合剂的组合物的用途,其中该用途包括如下步骤:

该组合物的使用优选在膦酸酯螯合剂存在的情况下使用,该膦酸酯螯合剂在水性介质中的存在量为0.005-0.2g/L。
本发明的详细描述
R1至R5的侧基可以在不减低非膦酸酯螯合剂功效的情况下任选被取代,特别是R1至R5可以是任选被胺或羧酸,例如R3=CH2C(NH2)CO2H取代。
优选的R5选自下列基团:H、酮类基团、C1-C10烷基、苯基和萘基。优选的R1、R2和R4独立的选自:甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基、苯基、萘基、甲氧基、乙氧基、氢、磺酸、羧酸或其盐、酮基、酯基和酰胺基团;
R3独立的选自:甲基、乙基、丙基、苯基、萘基和氢。
优选R1=R2=R5=H和R4是CH3或C2H5,R3是选自下列基团:CH3、C2H5、C3H7和C2H4COOM,其中M是H、碱金属或碱土金属。最优选R3是CH3。
优选的非膦酸酯螯合剂(X=N)是3-羟基-1,2-二甲基-4-吡啶酮。
当上述定义的螯合剂,第一螯合剂,和0.001-5wt%优选0.05-1wt%另外的螯合剂一起使用时可取得很好的效果,另外的螯合剂不同于第一螯合剂。膦酸酯螯合剂是作为优选的另外的螯合剂,特别是以Dequest商品名销售的那些,更优选2060-2069,2010-2019,2040-2049。
第一螯合剂优选地在高pH值粉末中以酸性颗粒形式贮存。在这方面,含有第一螯合剂的颗粒包含选自:助颗粒剂(cogranulent)、粘结剂和涂料的成分,其中该成分为酸性成分。
平衡(balance)载体和附加成分
组合物除了非膦酸酯螯合剂和表面活性剂外还含有平衡载体和附加成分使组合物达到100wt%。
这些可以是,例如,助洗剂,泡沫剂,遮光染料,抗泡沫剂,溶剂,荧光增白剂,漂白剂,和酶。优选组合物含有0.0001至0.1wt%的遮光染料,0.01至1wt%的酶和0.1至1wt%的香料。这些组分的使用和含量使得该组合物根据经济、环境因素和组合物用途来发挥作用。
组合物含有表面活性剂和任选的其他常规洗涤剂成分,该组合物可以含有酶的洗涤剂组合物,该酶的洗涤剂组合物含有基于洗涤剂组合物总重量的0.1至50wt%的一种或多种表面活性剂。这种表面活性剂体系可以进而包括0至95wt%的一种或多种阴离子表面活性剂和5至100wt%的一种或多种的非离子表面活性剂。表面活性剂系统可以另外包含两性或两性离子洗涤剂化合物,但这种由于其成本相对较高一般是不理想的。根据本发明的酶的洗涤剂组合物通常会被用来作为在水中约0.05至2重量%的稀释液。
组合物含有2至60wt%的表面活性剂,优选10至30wt%。一般来说,表面活性剂体系的非离子和阴离子表面活性剂可以选择下列描述的表面活性剂:″表面活性剂″第1卷由施瓦茨&佩里,Interscience 1949年撰写,第2卷由施瓦茨,佩里& Berch,Interscience 1958年撰写,由Manufacturing Confectioners Company出版的现行版″McCutcheon′s Emulsifiers and Detergents″或在″Tenside-Taschenbuch″,H,Stache,2nd Edn.,Carl Hauser Verlag,1981描述的那些。
可以使用的合适的非离子型洗涤剂化合物包括,特别是,具有疏水基团的化合物和活性氢原子,例如,脂肪醇,酸,酰胺或烷基酚与亚烷基氧化物,尤其是单独的或与环氧丙烷组合的环氧乙烷,的反应产物。具体的非离子型洗涤剂化合物是C6至C22烷基酚-环氧乙烷缩合物,一般5至25个EO,即每分子具有5至25个环氧乙烷单元,和脂肪族C8至C18的直链或支链的伯或仲醇与一般具有5-40个EO的环氧乙烷的缩合产物。
可以使用的合适的阴离子洗涤剂化合物通常是水溶性碱金属盐的有机硫酸盐和磺酸盐,具有约8-约22个碳原子的烷基,术语使用的烷基包括更高级酰基的烷基部分。合适的阴离子合成洗涤剂化合物的例子是烷基硫酸钠和烷基硫酸钾,特别是通过磺化高级C8-C18醇得到的那些,例如从牛脂或椰子油中制得的,烷基C9-C20苯磺酸钠和钾,特别是直链的仲烷基C10-C15苯磺酸钠;和烷基甘油醚硫酸钠,特别是衍生自牛脂或椰子油的高级醇和衍生自石油的合成醇的那些醚。优选的阴离子洗涤剂化合物是C11-C15烷基苯磺酸钠和C12-C18烷基磺酸钠,也适用的是例如在EP-A-328 177(Unilever)描述的那些表面活性剂,其结果显示抗盐析,在EP-A-070074中描述的烷基多苷表面活性剂,和烷基单苷。优选的表面活性剂体系是阴离子与非离子型洗涤剂的活性物质的混合物,特别是在EP-A-346995(Unilever)指出的阴离子和非离子表面活性剂的基团和实例。特别优选的表面活性剂体系是C16-C18伯醇硫酸碱金属盐与C12-C15伯醇3-7个EO乙氧基化物的混合物。
非离子表面活性剂的优选存在量为大于表面活性剂体系的10%,例如25至90重量%。阴离子表面活性剂的存在量例如可为表面活性剂体系的约5%至约40重量%。
阳离子化合物
当本发明用作织物调理剂时需要含有阳离子化合物。当用作织物调理剂时优选pH为3-5。
最优选的是季铵化合物。
这是有利的,如果季铵化合物是一种具有至少一个C12至C22烷基链的季铵化合物。
如果季铵化合物具有下列结构式,则是优选的:
其中R1是C12-C22烷基或烯基链;R2、R3和R4独立的选自C1-C4烷基链和X-是相容的阴离子。这种优选的化合物是季铵化合物十六烷基三甲基季铵溴化物。
本发明使用的第二种材料是具有上述结构的季铵,其中R1和R2独立的选自C12-C22烷基或烯基链;R3和R4独立的选自C1-C4烷基链和X-是相容的阴离子。
根据权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中(ii)阳离子材料与(iv)阴离子表面活性剂之间的比例为至少2∶1。
其他适合的季铵化合物被披露于EP 0239910(宝洁公司)。
优选阳离子与非离子表面活性剂的比值为1∶100至50∶50,更优选1∶50至20∶50。
阳离子化合物可以占组合物总重量的0.02wt%至20wt%。
优选阳离子化合物可占组合物总重量的0.05wt%至15wt%时,更优选0.2wt%至5wt%,更优选0.4wt%至2.5wt%。
如果该产品是一种液体,则阳离子表面活性剂的含量优选为占组合物总重量的0.05wt%至10wt%,更优选可占组合物总重量的0.2wt%至5wt%,特别优选占组合物总重量的0.4wt%至2.5wt%。
如果该产品是一种固体,则阳离子表面活性剂的含量优选为占组合物总重量的0.05wt%至15wt%,更优选占组合物总重量的0.2wt%至10wt%,特别优选占组合物总重量的0.9wt%至3.0wt%。
漂白物质
洗衣处理组合物可以包含漂白物质,该漂白物质例如可选自过硼酸盐和过碳酸盐。这些过氧物质通过使用活化剂可得到进一步增强,该活化剂例如为TAED或SNOBS。可替代的或此外,过渡金属催化剂可与过氧物质一起使用。过渡金属催化剂也可在过氧物质缺少的情况下使用,其漂白被称为通过大气氧,例如见WO02/48301。
光漂白剂,包括纯态(singlet)氧光漂白剂,可用于洗衣处理组合物。优选光漂白剂是维生素K3。
荧光增白剂
组合物最优选包含荧光增白剂(光增白剂)。荧光增白剂是众所周知的,许多这样的荧光增白剂可以商业化得到。通常,这种荧光增白剂供应和使用的形式是它们的碱金属盐,例如,钠盐。一种或多种荧光增白剂在洗衣处理组合物中的总含量一般是0.005至2wt%,更优选0.01至0.1wt%。优选的荧光增白剂是:二-苯乙烯联苯化合物,如Tinopal(商标)CBS-X,二-胺1,2-二苯乙烯二磺酸化合物,如Tinopal DMS纯Xtra和Blankophor(商标)HRH,和吡唑啉类化合物,如:Blankophor SN。优选的荧光增白剂是:2(4-苯乙烯-3-磺基苯基)-2H-napthol[1,2-d]trazole钠,4,4′-二([(4-苯胺-6-(N甲基-N-2羟乙基)氨基1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)]氨基)1,2-二苯乙烯-2-2′二磺酸二钠,4,4′-二([(4-苯胺-6-吗啉-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)]氨基)1,2-二苯乙烯-2-2′二磺酸二钠,和4,4′-二(2-sulfoslyryl)联苯基二钠。
实施例
实施例1
红茶饮料是通过放置1PG Tips角锥形茶叶袋在400毫升超纯沸水中5分钟产生的。然后将茶叶袋取出并允许饮料冷却到室温。将退浆非丝光处理的非荧光白色棉被单料子浸入该冷茶中并取出。该布在黑暗中干燥1天,然后用于实验。
被茶沾污的棉布在pH值为8.5的缓冲液中洗涤30分钟,该缓冲液含有0.1g/L下列表中列出的化合物。选择这些化合物以提供吡啶酮化合物与目前的含非磷螯合剂的对比。该液体和布的比例为50∶1。将布取出进行漂洗、干燥和测量相对于清洁布的ΔE值。不管该化合物在污物去除方面给出的是有益的还是负面的效果,都将利用以下方程量化:

2吡啶酮提供最好的益处。
实施例2
茶沾污的布按照实施例1的方式产生。茶沾污的布按照下列商业洗衣方式进行洗涤:Persil Performance(来自UK)、OMO MA(来自Brasil)和Persil液体浓缩物(来自UK)。Persil Performance是一种具有阴离子和非离子表面活性剂的基于沸石的产品,含有TAED/过碳酸盐的漂白系统。OMO MA是不含漂白剂、具有阴离子表面活性剂的基于三聚磷酸钠的产品。Persil液体浓缩物含有表面活性剂,它不含有漂白剂和与粉末相比具有一个较低的pH值。该洗涤在30℃进行30分钟,使用2.5g/L产品,液体和布的比例是35∶1,所有的布料都被沾污。洗涤后漂洗布料、干燥和将布料采用反射计进行测量,布料的污染表示为相对于未洗的干净白布的ΔE值。实验在添加不同水平的3-羟基-1,2-二甲基-4-吡啶酮(CAS No 30652-11-0)的情况下重复进行。
该ΔE的结果显示在下表中:

可以在所有的产品中看到添加3-羟基-1,2-二甲基-4-吡啶酮能增加去除茶污的效果,其通过ΔE减少值来显示。
实施例4
3-羟基-1,2-二甲基-4-吡啶酮在洗涤的pH缓冲溶液为8.5和10时增加了茶叶和酒污物的污物去除。
实施例5
污物按照实施例1形成。红酒污渍通过一种类似的方式形成,除了将布料浸入红酒(Australian,Shiraz Cabinet 2003)之外。该污物洗涤在30℃进行30分钟,使用4g/L的ECE参考洗涤剂,液体和布料的比例是50∶1,6℉H(钙∶镁2∶1)的水被用在该实验中。洗涤、漂洗并干燥后进行布料颜色的测量,并相对于干净白布用ΔE值表示。然后添加0.05g/L的下表列出的螯合剂重复进行试验。
ECE参考洗涤剂含有0.80%的膦基螯合剂Dequest 2066。Dequest 2016和Dequest 2060也是膦基螯合剂。Dequest 2060和Dequest 2066相类似,除了2060是膦酸,而2066是钠盐以外。

2、根据权利要求1的用途,其中R5选自下列基团:H、酮类基团、C1-C10烷基、苯基和萘基。
3、根据权利要求1或2的用途,其中R1、R2和R4独立的选自:甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基、苯基、萘基、甲氧基、乙氧基、氢、磺酸、羧酸或其盐、酮基、酯基和酰胺基团;R3独立的选自:甲基、乙基、丙基、苯基、萘基和氢。
4、根据权利要求3的用途,其中R3是CH3或C2H5。
5、根据权利要求3或4的用途,其中R1=R2=R5=H和R4是CH3或C2H5,R3是选自下列基团:CH3、C2H5、C3H7和C2H4COOM,其中M是H、碱金属或碱土金属。
6、根据权利要求1的用途,其中非膦酸酯螯合剂是3-羟基-1,2-二甲基-4-吡啶酮。
7、根据前述任一权利要求所述的用途,其中组合物含有0.001-5wt%另外的螯合剂,该另外的螯合剂不同于权利要求1定义的螯合剂。
8、根据权利要求7的用途,其中另外的螯合剂是膦酸酯螯合剂。
9、根据权利要求8的用途,其中另外的螯合剂选自Dequest 2060至2069,2010至2019,2040至2049。
10、含非膦酸酯螯合剂的组合物的用途,该非膦酸酯螯合剂如权利要求1-6中任意一项所定义,其中该用途包括如下步骤:
(i)将带污物的纺织品在水性介质中处理,该水性介质含有包含以下的组合物:0.005-0.2g/L的非膦酸酯螯合剂,0.1g/L-4g/L的表面活性剂,水性介质的pH值为7-12;
(ii)将纺织品在水性介质中漂洗;和
(iii)干燥纺织品。
11、根据权利要求10所述的用途,其中另外的螯合剂在水性介质中的存在量为0.005-0.2g/L,该另外的螯合剂是膦酸酯。
