13. oral care implement as claimed in claim 12, wherein said hinge is configured such that described shank can be rotated to a position relative to described adhering device, in described position, when described oral care implement is attached to horizontal surface by described adhering device, described head steady is supported on the precalculated position relative to described horizontal surface by described hinge.
14. oral care implement as claimed in claim 13, wherein said hinge is configured such that described shank can be rotated to primary importance relative to described adhering device, in described first position, when described oral care implement is attached to described horizontal surface by described adhering device, described head steady is supported on the precalculated position relative to described horizontal surface when the longitudinal axis of described shank is substantially orthogonal with described horizontal surface by described hinge, and make described shank can be rotated to the second position relative to described adhering device, in described second position, when described oral care implement is attached to described horizontal surface by described adhering device, described head steady is supported on the precalculated position relative to described horizontal surface when the described longitudinal axis of described shank is almost parallel with described horizontal surface by described hinge.

21. the oral care implement as described in any aforementioned claim, the first distance between wherein said hinge and described adhering device is less than 50% of the second distance between described hinge and described head, and optionally wherein said first distance is less than the 25% of described second distance.

28. oral care systems as claimed in claim 27, wherein said hinge is configured such that, when described adapter is connected to described first device, described shank can be rotated to a position relative to described adhering device, in described position, when described oral care implement is attached to described horizontal surface by described adhering device, described head steady is supported on the precalculated position relative to described horizontal surface when the longitudinal axis of described shank becomes predetermined angular with described horizontal surface by described hinge.
29. oral care systems as claimed in claim 28, wherein said hinge is configured such that, when described adapter is connected to described first device, described shank can be rotated to a position relative to described adhering device, in described position, when described oral care implement is attached to described horizontal surface by described adhering device, described head steady is supported on the precalculated position relative to described horizontal surface when the described longitudinal axis of described shank is substantially orthogonal with described horizontal surface by described hinge.
30. the oral care systems as described in claim 28 or claim 29, wherein said hinge is configured such that, when described adapter is connected to described first device, described shank can be rotated to a position relative to described adhering device, in described position, when described oral care implement is attached to described horizontal surface by described adhering device, described head steady is supported on the precalculated position relative to described horizontal surface when the described longitudinal axis of described shank is almost parallel with described horizontal surface by described hinge.
