Abstract

背景技术
具有旋转、振动或摆动的刷的动力皮肤清洁装置是已知的,但是当与手洗或用浴布洗相比时可能是比较强力的。此外,装置趋向于将比希望的更多的振动传送到使用者拿装置的手上。
因此,存在对在清洁皮肤时更柔和并且向拿装置的手传送更少振动的动力皮肤护理装置的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种动力皮肤护理装置,具有振动阻尼器、相对温和的振动源和在结构布置上相对柔软的刷毛,以使得在清洁皮肤时装置更柔和。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种动力皮肤护理装置,具有阻尼器、相对温和的振动源和在结构布置上柔软的刷毛,以使得装置将显著更少的振动传送到拿装置的手上,从而使得装置对于使用者更舒服。
因此,动力皮肤护理装置提供在装置的包括振动电机的头部支撑平台和手柄之间的振动阻尼器。因此,振动电机以相对柔和的频率提供振动并且刷头部提供有相对柔软的刷毛。

具体实施方式
现在参照图1-9,根据本发明的动力皮肤护理装置总体上以参考数字2示出。装置包括具有中空的近端6和封闭的远端8的壳体4。从近端6到远端8限定纵向轴线10。远端8形成手柄12。壳体4封装连接至电池16的电子电路14(图4)。近端6限定沿相对于纵向轴线10由图4中的轴线20表示的斜角定向的开口18(轴线22表示开口18位于其中的平面)。开口限定向内指向的环形表面24(图4)。
头部支撑平台(参见图4、8和9)限定外支承表面28和内表面30。裙部32从平台26的内表面30悬垂。裙部限定向外指向的环形表面34,尺寸形成为能以间隔的关系被接收在壳体4的近端6的开口18内。裙部进一步限定腔室36。至少一个驱动支撑结构38位于裙部32上或位于腔室36内的平台的内表面30上。在所示的实施例中,驱动支撑结构38是裙部32内的肩部。
振动阻尼器40以由弹性顺应性材料制成的弹力环的形式提供。阻尼器40将壳体4内的开口18的向内指向的环形表面24连接至平台26的向外指向的环形表面34。阻尼器40弹力地固定壳体4的中空的近端6的开口18内的裙部32,以使得平台的外支承表面28定位在开口18的外侧。阻尼器40用于减少从平台26向壳体4的振动的传送从而减小在手柄12处的振动。
机动的振动机构42被固定至平台26上的驱动支撑结构38。振动机构可以包括具有安装在电机轴上的偏心锤的电动机,或者振动机构可以是压电机构或其他适当的振动发生器。振动机构42操作地连接到电子电路14并且通过电路14连接到电池16。当电力从电池16供给时,振动机构42能产生频率大约为80Hz至250Hz的振动。振动机构42被固定至驱动支撑结构38以致使得平台以上述频率振动。电子电路14上的开关44选择性地可操作以从电池16向振动机构42提供电力。
壳体、阻尼器和头部支撑平台被组装以使得壳体是防水的。在电池、开关、电子电路和振动电机被安装在壳体内后,壳体壳部件、阻尼器和头部支撑以防水的方式通过声焊或胶合被组装和固定在一起。替代地,阻尼器、壳体和头部支撑平台可以被双重注射模制以形成防水单元。
动力皮肤护理装置2具有椭圆或卵形的皮肤护理头部46(替代地在本文称为刷头部),皮肤护理头部46具有基部48,基部48包括具有表面52的第一侧50。基部48的第二侧54(图5、6和7)适于选择性地可固定到头部支撑平台26。表面52适用于接触和清洁皮肤。头部46具有以束56提供的多个刷毛55。每个束56通过压配、网衣装网法或粘附固定至基部48的第一侧50束孔62内。刷毛的自由端58限定表面52。在所示实施例中,部分表面52位于由轴线60所示的平面内,轴线60平行于开口18位于其中的由轴线22所示的平面。但是可以理解,表面52可以位于任何希望的平面内,或者可以是有角度的,或者是相对于由轴线60所示的平面凸形或凹形地弯曲的。
在所示实施例中,表面52包括至少两个部分(图3和4)。第一部分64位于由轴线60所示的第一平面(其平行于开口18位于其中的由轴线22所示的平面,即平行于基部48的第一侧50)内,并且第二部分68位于由轴线66所示的第二平面内并且与第一部分形成钝角(参见图3)。
因此刷头部具有由第一部分64中的具有相等长度的刷毛限定的第一平面,并且第二部分68中的刷毛(由束的阴影示出)在一定距离上在长度上增量地渐减以限定由轴线66所示的第二平面的钝角。第一部分64的刷毛由于其更长的长度而更柔软。第二部分的刷毛由于刷毛长度朝向刷的尖端减小而展现渐增的硬度。第一部分64的更长、更柔软的刷毛对于清洁诸如像在使用者的脸颊或前额上的更敏感皮肤是理想的。第二部分68的更短、更硬的刷毛更好地适合用于诸如像邻近鼻子或邻近眼睛的鸦脚形区域的油的、较不敏感皮肤的更强力的清洁。
成束56的刷毛由尼龙或其他合适的合成或天然材料制成,诸如像聚酰胺、PBT、聚酯、天然纤维或其他合适的材料。尼龙优选用于相对更柔和的清洁而聚酯优选用于相对更强力的清洁。刷毛可以由抗菌材料制成,或提供有抗菌成分、特性或涂层。
刷毛具有从基部48的第一侧50到自由端58测量的范围为3mm到30mm的长度。对于柔和清洁,第一部分64的刷毛优选地具有大约12mm的长度,而第二部分68的刷毛优选地具有大约12mm渐减到9mm的长度。对于更强力的清洁,如在粉刺清洁方式中,第一部分64的刷毛优选具有大约9mm的长度,而第二部分68的刷毛具有从9mm至6mm增量地渐减的长度。刷毛具有范围为0.01mm至1.0mm的直径,但对于柔和的清洁,刷毛优选地具有范围为大约0.075mm至0.125mm的直径。对于更强力的清洁,刷毛优选地具有范围为大约0.075mm至0.1mm的直径。
替代地,或是对改变刷毛的长度的附加,刷头部可以具有包括“硬度差别”的不同刷毛区域,即每个区域将包括具有与其他区域不同硬度的刷毛。通过在刷中提供不同硬度区域,刷将能更好地清洁不同皮肤类型或不同皮肤区域。第一多个刷毛以固定至基部48的第一侧50的束56提供在对应于表面52的第一部分64的第一刷毛区域中。第二多个刷毛以固定至基部48的第一侧50的束56提供在对应于表面52的第二部分68(由束的阴影示出)的第二刷毛区域中。所述第一多个刷毛的至少一些具有第一硬度并且所述第二多个刷毛的至少一些具有比第一硬度大的第二硬度以限定第一部分64和第二部分68之间的硬度差。为了实现硬度差,第一多个刷毛可以具有比第二多个刷毛的长度长的第一长度,如上所述。较短长度的刷毛将产生比更长的刷毛更大的硬度。替代地,第一多个刷毛可以具有比第二多个刷毛的至少一些的直径小的第一直径。第二多个刷毛的更大的直径会产生第一部分和第二部分之间的硬度差。替代地,刷毛可以在表面的第一部分和第二部分中以不同的材料提供。例如,第一部分可以是天然刷毛而第二部分是尼龙或聚酯。或者第一部分可以是TPE而第二部分是尼龙。作为另一个替代方案,硬度差可以由第一多个刷毛中的至少一些和第二多个刷毛中的至少一些之间长度、直径和材料中至少之一中的差异提供。
作为示例,适用于柔和清洁的刷头部的第一实施例在表面52的第一部分64中具有长度为12mm以及直径为0.075mm的尼龙刷毛。表面52的第二部分68包括具有从12mm到9mm增量地渐减的长度和0.125mm直径的尼龙刷毛。
意图用于更强力清洁的第二实施例包括在表面52的第一部分64内的具有9mm的长度和0.075mm的直径的聚酯刷毛(PBT),并且在表面52的第二部分68中的聚酯刷毛具有从9mm到6mm增量地渐减的长度。
头部支撑平台26的外支承表面28可以包括具有至少一个狭槽72和至少一个凹口74的边缘70。刷头部46的第二侧54适合于被固定至头部支撑平台26的外支承表面28。至少一个弹性臂76从刷头部46的第二侧54悬垂。臂76终止于钩78内。钩78的尺寸形成为并适合被接收到狭槽72中以选择性地将头部保持在平台26上。凸耳80(图5、6和7)从刷头部46的基部48的第二侧54悬垂。凸耳80的尺寸形成为并适合被接收在头部支撑平台26的支承表面28中的凹口74中。凸耳80被接收在凹口74中用于定向刷头部46和头部支撑平台26以使得椭圆形头部的长尺寸沿壳体4的纵向轴线10,即以优选的定向相对于手柄对准,为了使用者的方便。
壳体和头部支撑平台优选地由注射模制塑性材料制成,诸如像ABS或PP。阻尼器由弹力的弹性体材料制成,诸如像TPE或其他天然或合成橡胶或硅树脂。TPE还用作所谓的“软触摸”材料,其可以提供在手柄区域中以及开关上,以改善使用者的触摸和抓握(未示出)。
本发明的优点是显而易见的。动力皮肤护理装置提供有在装置的头部支撑平台26(其还承载振动机构42)和手柄12之间的振动阻尼器,以最小化从振动机构向装置的手柄的振动的传送。此外,阻尼器最小化了来自振动机构的噪声,由此进一步改善了使用者体验。此外,振动电机的操作频率已被选择以提供相对柔和频率的振动,并且刷头部提供有相对柔软的刷毛以进一步为使用者提供柔和但有效的皮肤清洁体验。
能理解的是可以对各个部分的特定形式和结构进行各种修改和改变,而不脱离后面的权利要求的范围。
Claims (15)
1.一种动力皮肤护理装置,包括:
壳体,具有中空的近端和封闭的远端,从近端到远端限定的纵向轴线,远端形成手柄,壳体封装连接到电池的电子电路,近端限定相对于纵向轴线以斜角定向的开口,开口限定向内指向的环形表面;
头部支撑平台,限定外支承表面和内表面;
从平台的内表面悬垂的裙部,裙部限定尺寸形成为以间隔的关系被接收在壳体的近端的开口内的向外指向的环形表面,裙部进一步限定腔室;
至少一个驱动支撑结构,定位在裙部上或腔室内的平台的内表面上;
由弹性顺应性材料制成的弹力环形式的振动阻尼器,阻尼器将壳体的向内指向的环形表面连接到平台的向外指向的环形表面以弹力地固定壳体的中空的近端的开口内的裙部,以使得平台的外支撑表面定位在开口的外侧;
固定到至少一个驱动支撑并操作地连接到电子电路和电池的机动的振动机构,当从电池供给电力时机构能产生约80Hz至250Hz的频率的振动,振动机构固定至驱动支撑以致引起平台振动;以及
电子电路中的开关,能操作以选择性地从电池向振动机构提供电力。
2.如权利要求1所述的动力皮肤护理装置,进一步包括具有基部的皮肤护理头部,基部具有支撑表面的第一侧和适合能选择性地固定到头部支撑平台的第二侧,表面适合接触和清洁皮肤。
3.如权利要求2所述的动力皮肤护理装置,其中头部进一步包括以束提供的多个刷毛,每个束固定至基部的第一侧,并且刷毛的自由端限定表面。
4.如权利要求3所述的动力皮肤护理装置,其中刷毛具有范围为3mm至30mm的长度。

12.如权利要求9所述的动力皮肤护理装置,其中第一部分的刷毛具有0.075mm的直径以及12mm的长度,并且第二部分的刷毛具有0.125mm的直径和从12mm至9mm增量地渐减的长度。
