Abstract

背景技术
染发，具体地由使用者在家染发可提供满意的结果，然而可能是笨重的且在一些情况下导致未预料或者不满意的结果。这通常是耗时的且需要清理时间。常规的家用过程，也可由专业人员或者在发廊里使用，包括一系列具体步骤，包括打开一个或多个容器以及混合其容纳物以产生要求的颜色配方的使用者步骤。接着由使用者将该配方提供至头发，包括将其揉进头发区域且接着对其进行梳理。在过程的完成之后，需要将工具清洁和收纳。
需要一种单次使用的消耗品形式的可在家使用的染色装置，其产生可预测的颜色结果。
发明内容
因此，单次使用一次性染发装置包括：用于染发配方的容器组件，该容器组件具有能够从染发配方的源接收染发配方的端口元件；刷头/分配器元件，其附接至容器且与其流体连通；其中在容器中的染发配方通过在容器上的使用者操作或者通过在容器上的泵操作而被引导至刷头/分配器，其中该组合在结构上被尺寸设置成以及被配置成用于单次使用染发事件且还可在单次使用后被使用者抛弃。

具体实施方式
图1示出了单次使用染发装置10的实施方式。在图1中，选定颜色的预混合染发配方被提供在可连接至容器12的存储部件或混合装置14中。
在图1的实施方式中，容器12具有大约70ml的容量，足以用于单次染发使用。在这种实施方式中，容器的容量范围可从约40至140ml。尽管根据待染色的头发的量、染发配方和装置的数量，容量可在不同容器之间改变，然而大于70ml的容量足以用于大部分单次染发情况。
容器12的近端18包括端口连接件20，其中具有阀22。该端口20以流体密封关系牢固地配合至颜料配方存储单元或者配方混合装置14的近端25中的匹配端口连接件24。当容器12和存储单元14被牢固地配合时，颜料配方可从存储单元14流入容器12。
在容器12的远端26是刷头/分配器27。该刷头/分配器27经由流体路径28与容器的内部容积流体连通。在所示实施方式中的刷头包括多个单独的齿29，其数量可以变化，且在所示的实施方式中包括四个单独的齿。齿可以均匀间隔或者不均匀间隔，线性或非线性布置。在使用中颜料配方从齿流出进入头发。在多个实施方式中，齿的长度范围从约0.5英寸至约1.5英寸。在所示的实施方式中，齿大约为0.7英寸长，各齿具有开口30，在其末端的直径大约为0.1英寸。在多个实施方式中，一个或多个齿29包括沿着其长度的多个开口，以允许染料配方的横向输送。在多个实施方式中，齿29的横截面可具有多种形状、配置或几何形状，包括圆形、多边形、圆锥形、规则或不规则形状等等。
在多个实施方式中，单次使用的染发涂抹器10包括一个或多个结构元件，其由金属、陶瓷、聚合物、复合材料等制成。聚合物材料的非限制示例包括聚氯乙烯、聚酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯或聚烯烃，或者均聚物(nomopolymers)或其共聚物。
在单独的齿29之间以及在刷头的端部处是单独的刷毛簇31。该刷毛簇31延伸超出齿一距离，用作齿相对于使用者的头皮的隔挡(standoff)。在所示的实施方式中，刷毛簇通常包括10簇刷毛，其中所述簇具有大约0.1英寸的直径，然而这些直径是可以改变的。
容器12包括挠性材料，其中当该容器被使用者挤压时，在容器中的染料配方被移动通过刷头且从刷头挤出。接着，使用者移动刷头，以发际线、发根和头发的剩余部分的常规顺序染发。接着，该容器可被抛弃。存储单元可保存以在将来使用，或者被抛弃。
图2示出了染料的源的另一个实施方式，总体以32指示，该染料源包括染料包组件，可用于图1的实施方式的容器12。图2的染料包组件32示出了三个单独的染料包33、34、35，其各具有单独的染料，例如，金色、红色和棕色。然而，也可使用其它数量的包，包括单色包。尽管在单次使用装置中不需要显色剂包装，然而所示的实施方式还可包括显色剂包36。各包包括其本身的单独的泵37-40。该泵由单独的电机(未示出)驱动，其相应地由染料编程单元控制。该单独的电机和泵被控制以产生由使用者选择的期望颜色且通过可由编程单元读取的卡、条码等与编程单元通信。在所示的实施方式中，来自单独包的染料配方被引导至组合染料管线46，而显色剂配方被引导朝向显色剂管线48。该两条管线在连接混合管线48中相遇，其中设置有混合元件50以产生期望颜色。
在本发明的受让人所持有的标题为“Hair Coloring Appliance”的共同待审申请中更具体地描述了图2的组件。在此通过引用结合该申请的内容。源单元32终止于连接元件52，其以流体密封关系连接至容器。无论期望染料颜色改变或者保持相同，该包组件32都可被保留以用于其它单次使用容器。
图3-5示出了单次使用容器的另一个实施方式。在该情况下，单次使用容器56容纳在壳体58中，该壳体58包括下壳体元件60和上壳体元件62，其中上壳体元件62在63处铰接至下壳体元件60。单次使用容器可方便地设置在壳体58中以及从其移除。单次使用容器包括容纳有期望的染料的染料源小袋64，和刷头/分配器单元66。该小袋可单次使用或者在一种变形中可经由连接填充管线65(图4A、4B)再填充。具有齿58的刷头66可被配置成与图1所示的相似。该刷头66经由连接管68与小袋64流体连通。由驱动轴74驱动的曲柄组件70设置在刷头组件上。驱动轴74由电机73(图5)经由两部件式驱动链接组件76驱动，其中一个部件在壳体58中且另一个部件在刷头组件66的下表面上。
曲轴组件包括连接杆77，其连接至刷头组件的可移动部分81。随着连接杆的一端79进行圆周运动而另一端80驱动可移动部分81在一选定距离上线性移动，该选定距离通常是齿68之间的距离的0.5-1.5倍，可移动部分通过连接杆的作用而往复滑动。O形环82围绕可移动部分，用作防止流体泄露的密封件。驱动轴74和电机73还驱动设置在曲轴组件下方的泵84，其将染料从小袋64经由管线68移动进入刷头且从齿排出。因此泵的动作和刷头的运动联接在一起，然而在一些变形实施方式中，曲轴组件和泵可以是独立的。该装置还包括开/关按钮90，控制微处理器92和电池94。在图3-5的实施方式中，当单次使用事件结束时，小袋和连接刷头单元可作为单次使用消耗品而抛弃。另一个小袋/刷头组件可插入壳体中用于下一个单次使用事件。
因此，已公开了单次使用装置的几个实施方式，其进行单次染色事件，且单次消耗品可在该事件完成后抛弃。
尽管为了示意的目的公开了包括本发明的优选实施方式的多个实施方式，然而应理解可将多种改变、修改和替换结合到本发明中而不偏离由所附权利要求限定的本发明的实质。

Claims (17)

1.一种单次使用一次性染发装置，包括：
用于染发配方的容器组件，该容器组件具有能从所述染发配方的源接收染发配方的端口元件；
刷头/分配器元件，其附接至所述容器且与所述容器流体连通；
其中所述容器中的染发配方通过在所述容器上的使用者操作或者通过在所述容器上的泵操作而被引导至刷头/分配器，其中所述容器组件和所述刷头/分配器的组合在结构上被尺寸设置和配置成用于单次使用染色事件且还能在单次使用后被使用者抛弃。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置，其中所述容器被尺寸设置成用于一次染发事件，或者被配置成再填充以完成一次染发事件。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置，其中所述刷头包括在其末端具有开口的多个齿，其中在操作中所述染料配方从所述容器组件移动通过所述齿进入头发。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置，其中齿为规则地间隔开的。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置，其中所述刷头包括多个齿，所述齿具有沿着其长度的开口。
6.如权利要求3所述的装置，包括设置在所述齿之间的刷毛簇，或者接近所述齿另外地设置的刷毛簇，该刷毛簇延伸稍稍超过所述齿，用作所述齿与头皮的隔挡。
7.如权利要求1所述的装置，所述染料配方的源被预混合且其中在染料配方的源与容器组件之间具有流体密封连接，包括在所述容器组件中的阀元件以控制进入所述容器的染料配方的流动。
8.如权利要求1所述的装置，其中所述容器组件包括挠性壳体，从而使用者通过向所述壳体施加挤压力而将其中的染料配方挤入刷头元件。
9.如权利要求1所述的装置，其中所述染发配方的源是包组件，所述包组件包括至少一个头发染料包，不包括显色剂包或者包括一个显色剂包，包括混合器组件和用于将所述包组件连接至容器组件的连接元件，该连接元件包括用于控制染料配方进入容器的移动的阀。
10.如权利要求9所述的装置，其中所述包组件包括不同染料配方的两个或更多个包，和一个显色剂材料包，其中所述显色剂材料和所述染料配方材料从所述混合器组件流入染料配方的源。
11.如权利要求1所述的装置，其中所述染料配方的源与所述容器集成，且其中染料配方的源包括用于从外部源接收染料配方的填充元件。
12.如权利要求1所述的装置，包括泵，所述泵由电机驱动用于将染料配方从容器移动至刷头/分配器。
13.如权利要求12所述的装置，包括用于将刷头/分配器在横向往复移动的驱动组件，其中横向移动的距离大于相邻的齿之间的距离的一半但不大于相邻的齿之间的距离的两倍。
14.如权利要求1所述的装置，其中所述装置能装配在壳体中且能从壳体移除。
15.如权利要求13所述的装置，其中所述泵和所述驱动组件由单个驱动电机组件驱动。
16.如权利要求13所述的装置，其中所述驱动组件包括曲轴和连杆元件，其响应于驱动电机以移动刷头。
