  • the invention is not limited to the embodiment which has just been described with reference to Figures 1 to 4 but it extends, on the contrary, to any other embodiment falling within the scope of the principle defined by the claims appended to this description.
  • the axis 11 could not be driven into the holes 10 of the hinge elements 8 but simply be kept axially in these holes 10, everywhere suitable means.
  • the axis 11 may, for example, have, in its sections housed in the holes 10, a diameter less than that of its sections engaged in the holes 7 of the first hinge elements 6.
  • the holes 10 have a diameter less than that of said sections of the axis 11, the annular recesses thus produced between the parts of different diameters of the axis 11 serve as means axially stopping said axis 11 relative to the second hinge elements 8.

Claims (10)

1. Armbanduhr, umfassend:
-ein Uhrgehäuse (1) aus Kunststoffmaterial mit einem Boden (3a), einem Gehäusering (3b) und einem Glas (4) und
- ein Armband aus Weichmaterial, umfassend zwei Halbbänder (2), welche jeweils mit einem Ende an dem genannten Gehäuse (1) mittels eines Scharniers (5) befestigt sind und jeweils eine Innenseite (2b) aufweisen, dazu bestimmt, mit dem Handgelenk eines Trägers der Uhr in Kontakt zugelangen, sowie eine Außenseite (2c) gegenüber der genannten Innenseite, wobei jedes der genannten Scharniere umfaßt.
a) zwei erste einstückig mit dem genannten Gehäuse (1) ausgebildete äußere Elemente (6E), die von ersten Löchern (7) durchsetzt sind,
b) mindestens ein zweites Element (8), das einstückig mit dem genannten ersten Ende des Halbarmbands (2) ausgebildet ist und von einem zweiten Loch (10) durchsetzt ist, das an beiden Enden mündet, und
c) eine Gelenkachse (11), die gleichzeitig in die genannten ersten und zweiten Löcher eingreift, wobei das genannte Scharnier (5) ferner umfaßt.
d) einerseits mindestens ein erstes, ebenfalls einstückig mit dem Gehäusering (3b) ausgebildetes Zwischenelement (61), das derart angeordnet ist, daß ein Zwischenraum (9) - zwischen zwei benachbarten ersten Elementen (6E oder 61) werbleibt, wobei das oder die erste(n) Zwischenelement(e) (61) gleichermaßen von ersten Löchern (7) durchsetzt ist, wobei die Löcher aller ersten Elemente (6) ausgefluchtet sind und auf den Seitenflächen dieser Elemente (6) münden, und
e) andererseits ebenso viele zweite Elemente (8) wie Zwischenräume (9) zwischen den ersten Elementen (6) vorhanden sind.
2. Armbanduhr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Gelenkachse (11) frei in den genannten ersten Löchern (7) angeordnet ist, während sie in Axialrichtung relativ zu den zweiten Elementen (8) des Scharniers gehalten ist.
3. Armbanduhr nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten Elemente (8) des Scharniers aus Kunststoff bestehen und daß die genannte Gelenkachse (11) in mindestens eines der. genanten zweiten Löcher (10) eingepreßt ist.
4. Armbanduhr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten ersten Scharnierelemente (6) miteinander durch eine Deckwandung (3c) verbunden sind, die einstückig mit dem Gehäusering (3b) ausgebildet ist und sich auf der Seite des Glases (4) befindet sowie derart dimensioniert ist, daß sie in der Draufsicht die genannten ersten Scharnierelemente (6) abdeckt.
5. Armbanduhr nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Deckwandung (3c) eine freie Kante (3d) gegenüber dem Zentrum (1e) des genannten Uhrgehäuses (1) aufweist, daß jedes der genannten zweiten Scharnierelemente (8) quer zu dem zweiten Loch (10) einen geraden Abschnitt besitzt, dessen Umfang auf der Seite nahe der genannten Außenfläche (2c) des Halbarmbandes (2) eine erste Partie in Kreisbogenform (12) aufweist, zentriert auf die geometrische Drehachse (5a) des Scharniers (5) und mit einem Radius (R), der im wesentlichen gleich der Distanz zwischen der genannten Drehachse und der genannten freien Kante (3d) der genannten Deckwandung (3c) ist, daß mindestens eines der genannten zweiten Elemente (8) ferner Anschlagmittel (13, 15) aufweist, die mit Gegenanschlagmitteln (17) des Uhrgehäuses (1) zusammenwirken zum Festlegen einer ersten und einer zweiten Extremdrehlage des Halbarmbandes (2) relativ zum Gehäuse (1), wobei die beiden Extremlagen in Winkelrichtung voneinander um einen bestimmten Winkel beabstandet sind, und daß der genannte Kreisbogen (12) einen Öffnungswinkel besitzt, der mindestens gleich dem genannten bestimmten Winkel ist.
6. Armbanduhr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Zwischenscharnierelemente (61) vorgesehen sind.
7. Armbanduhr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Boden (3a) und der genannte Gehäusering (3b) des Uhrgehäuses (1) ein einziges Kunststoffteil (3) bilden.
8. Armbanduhr nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Gehäusering (3b) aus einem der folgenden Kunststoffmaterialien gefertigt ist: ABS (Acryl-Butadien-Styren), ASA (Acryl-Styren-Acrylester) und SAN (Styren-Acryl-Nitril).
9. Armbanduhr nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Glas (4) des Uhrgehäuses (1) aus Kunststoffmaterial gefertigt ist und abgedichtet auf dem genannten Gehäusering (3b) befestigt ist.
10. Armbanduhr nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten zweiten Scharnierelemente (8) einstückig mit dem Halbarmband (2) gefertigt sind.
