Da der Spender 1 mit dem Kolbenstößel 4 gegen die Anschlagflächen 21 stößt, wird durch die auf den Druckknopf 22 ausgeübte Schubbewegung der Kolbenstößel 4 niedergedrückt und damit die Austragvorrichtung 3 betätigt. Die Befestigung des Druckknopfes 22 an dem Zahnbürstengriff 16 kann mittels einer Schraubkappe 23 erfolgen.
