Description
- Le bord et la jupe précités sont globalement cylindriques alors que l'effort exercé par la jupe sur le verseur est centrifuge par rapport à un axe de symétrie du bord précité.
- Dans la première position, le bourrelet est disposé en regard du bord du goulot, l'effort exercé par le bourrelet tendant à comprimer une partie du verseur contre ce bord. Cette compression du verseur tire parti de son caractère déformable et assure l'étanchéité recherchée.
- La jupe est équipée de deux bourrelets externes d'appui contre la surface radiale interne du verseur, le second bourrelet étant prévu pour assurer le clipsage entre le capuchon et le verseur après la première utilisation du récipient. On peut également prévoir que le diamètre extérieur nominal du ou des bourrelets est supérieur ou égal au diamètre de la surface radiale interne du verseur au niveau du bord précité. Ceci garantit que la jupe du capuchon tend à expandre radialement le verseur dès sa mise en place à l'intérieur du verseur, cette expansion se produisant de façon préférentielle au niveau du bord du goulot, ce qui permet de comprimer efficacement le verseur entre le bourrelet et le goulot.
- La jupe est formée d'une seule pièce avec le capuchon, dans un matériau plus dur que le matériau du verseur. Le caractère monobloc du capuchon et de la jupe leur confère une solidité et une rigidité satisfaisantes alors que le fait que le matériau constitutif de la jupe est plus dur que celui du verseur permet de privilégier une déformation du verseur lors de l'appui de la jupe contre le verseur.
- Le goulot, le verseur et le capuchon sont réalisés en matériau plastique. Dans ce cas, on peut prévoir que le goulot et le capuchon sont réalisé en polyéthylène haute ou moyenne densité alors que le verseur est réalisé en polyéthylène basse densité.
- La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une partie supérieure d'une bouteille de lait conforme à l'invention, équipée d'un dispositif de bouchage conforme à son principe dont le capuchon est dans une première position ;
- La figure 2 est une vue en perspective analogue à la figure 1 alors que le capuchon est dans une seconde position ;
- La figure 3 est une coupe selon la ligne III-III à la figure 1 ;
- La figure 4 est une coupe selon la ligne IV-IV à la figure 1 et
- La figure 5 est une coupe à plus petite échelle selon la ligne V-V à la figure 2.
Claims (10)
- Récipient (1) pourvu d'un goulot (2) et équipé d'un dispositif de bouchage comprenant un verseur (3), apte à être monté de façon définitive sur ledit goulot, et un ensemble (4) formant coiffe apte à être monté sur ledit goulot et/ou ledit verseur et comprenant un capuchon (45) mobile entre une première position où il isole ledit goulot et ledit verseur de l'extérieur et une seconde position où il autorise l'accès audit goulot et audit verseur, ledit verseur étant disposé au moins partiellement à l'intérieur dudit goulot, ledit capuchon étant pourvu d'une jupe (452) s'étendant, dans ladite première position et à partir d'une surface interne (453) dudit capuchon, jusqu'à l'intérieur dudit goulot, caractérisé en ce que ladite jupe (452) porte au moins un bourrelet externe (456) disposé de telle sorte qu'il exerce, dans ladite première position et contre une surface radiale interne (31a) dudit verseur, un effort (F3) centrifuge par rapport à un axe (X3-X'3) de symétrie dudit verseur et tendant à plaquer ledit verseur contre un bord intérieur d'extrémité (22) dudit goulot (2).
- Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit bord (22) et ladite jupe (452) sont globalement cylindriques et en ce que ledit effort (F3) est centrifuge par rapport à un axe (X2-X'2) de symétrie dudit bord.
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans ladite première position, ledit bourrelet (456) est disposé en regard dudit bord (22), ledit effort (F3) tendant à comprimer une partie (31) dudit verseur (3) contre ledit bord.
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite jupe (452) est équipée d'un second bourrelet externe (457) d'appui contre ladite surface radiale interne (31a) dudit verseur (3).
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre extérieur nominal (D1) dudit ou desdits bourrelets (456, 457) est supérieur ou égal au diamètre (D2) de ladite surface radiale interne (31a) dudit verseur (3) au niveau dudit bord (22).
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite jupe (452) est formée d'une seule pièce avec ledit capuchon (45), dans un matériau plus dur que
le matériau dudit verseur. - Récipient selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit goulot (2), ledit verseur (3) et ledit ensemble formant coiffe (4) sont réalisés en matériau plastique.
- Récipient selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit goulot (2) et ledit ensemble formant coiffe (4) sont réalisés en polyéthylène haute ou moyenne densité alors que ledit verseur (3) est réalisé en polyéthylène basse densité.
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il s'agit d'une bouteille en matière plastique.
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit bord (22) dudit goulot (2) est formé par l'extrémité intérieure d'une zone globalement tronconique (21) dudit goulot.
