The first group includes toothbrushes, toothpaste through a canal leading from a toothpaste container a neck of the toothbrush to the bristles on the head of the Toothbrush leads, is promoted. Such objects are for example in US-A-4199270 and US-A-4068974 described. This group of toothbrushes proves to be very user-friendly, but brings problems regarding toothpaste storage. For example, it may be due to an open channel end on the head the toothbrush to dehydrate or leak the Toothpaste come. In document US-A-4068974 this is Problem solved by the use of valves. The However, manufacturing this embodiment is expensive and higher costs.
In the second group of toothbrushes, the Toothpaste container for applying the toothpaste to the Bristle the head from a toothbrush body Toothbrush isolated. Such items are for example in US-A-6325076 and US-A-6227209 described. After applying the toothpaste is the Toothpaste container again with the toothbrush body connected. Unlike the first group, there is no channel in the neck of the toothbrush for the guidance of the toothpaste Head needed.
In document FR-A-2658400 a toothbrush is disclosed, in which a toothpaste tube has an end portion of the handle of Toothbrush forms. The toothpaste tube is through Screwing its dispensing head into a threaded hole on free end of a handle part with the handle firmly connected. After unscrewing the exposed Toothpaste tube, can by pressure on the toothpaste tube Toothpaste on the bristles of a head of the toothbrush to be brought.
Unlike a toothbrush with an exposed one Toothpaste tube is disclosed in document US-A-6227209 Toothbrush describe where the toothpaste container in a solid, cylinder-like sleeve, which with a Recess and provided at both ends with lids is located. The stable sleeve takes the loads brushing her teeth and guiding her over with her connected handle part and a neck to the head of the Toothbrush on. The recess comprises part of the Sleeve and a slot-like part in, the handle part facing lid. The recess serves on the one hand, insert the toothpaste container into the sleeve, and on the other hand, by means of a finger, through the Recess in the sleeve can engage, pressure on the exercise soft-elastic toothpaste container and thereby to push out the toothpaste. A detachable connection between the handle portion and that surrounded by the sleeve Toothpaste container is about an interaction of a through the recess part in the cover cross-thread on Dispensing head of the toothpaste container with a threaded hole in the ensured free end of the handle portion of the toothbrush. However, the screw connection proves itself in everyday life as impractical to handle.
This raises the task, a toothbrush with a easy to insert and remove toothpaste container to provide a simple structure with a has minimal number of items and cost is to produce.

Particularly preferred embodiments of the toothbrush are specified in the dependent claims.
The basic idea of the toothbrush according to the invention exists in it, a toothbrush with a toothbrush body and a toothpaste container usable therein to provide at a handle of the Toothbrush body a cup-like container mount is formed, which is inserted in the handle part Toothpaste container a container body partially encloses, and the container body over the Container mount protruding, stable handle shell part having. The handle shell part forms together with the Handle the surface of a handle of the toothbrush. Preferably, the container holder gives the Toothpaste container a one-to-one position in the handle. The handle retains its shape under loads that occur during brushing, regardless of Level of Zahnpastabehälter essentially at. The Holder of the toothpaste container in the handle part of the Toothbrush body allows a lot at the same time easy and quick removal and opening of the Toothpaste container. Preferably, the handle part with equipped with a locking pin, so that in the Handle part inserted toothpaste container a denser Closure of the toothpaste container is ensured. Out the removed from the handle part toothpaste container is it by means of a light finger pressure on one weakened, soft-elastic zone of the toothpaste container possible to push out the toothpaste. This weakened Zone is for example a recess on the Toothpaste container, on which the wall thickness of Toothpaste container is lower than the rest of the Container. The weakened zone is at one in the Handle part inserted toothpaste container of the Container socket covered.

Griffschalenteil 22 selbst gebildet. Auf der
gegenüberliegenden oberen, Borsten 14 tragenden Seite der

Die nahezu stufenlose Fortsetzung der Griffoberfläche
verhindert das Eindringen von Wasser, anderen flüssigen

vorteilhaft und verhindert beim Zähneputzen ein Auftreten
von Druckstellen auf der Handinnenfläche. The almost stepless continuation of the grip surface

In case of load (normally plaster pressure from 2N to

In Fig. 3 ist eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform des
Zahnpastabehälters 10 dargestellt. Er weist eine
tropfenartige Grundform auf, über die der Griffschalenteil

umlaufende Stirnfläche 43 liegt bei eingesetztem
Zahnpastabehälter 10 vorzugsweise nahezu passgenau auf
einer entsprechenden stirnseitigen Fläche der
Behälterfassung 20 auf. Als Material für den
Zahnpastabehälter 10 können Polyethylenterephthalat (PET),

Polyethylen (PE), eingesetzt werden. In Fig. 3 is a preferred embodiment of
Ebenfalls in
beim Einsetzen.The
Der Zahnpastabehälter 10 kann wiederholt in den Griffteil

des beinhalteten Verbrauchsmittels Zahnpasta 26, ist der
Zahnpastabehälter 10 vom Benutzer nachzufüllen oder es
kann ein Ersatzbehälter (Refill) erworben werden. The
Die Wandstärke des Zahnpastabehälters 10 kann über den
gesamten Umfang variieren. Um nach dem Herausnehmen des
Zahnpastabehälters 10 ein Herausdrücken der Zahnpasta 26
zu ermöglichen, beträgt die Wandstärke des Behälterkörpers
42 vorzugsweise an wenigstes einigen Stellen weniger als
2mm.
Fig. 11 näher beschrieben
werden. Die Wandstärke des Griffschalenteils 22 ist
vorzugsweise grösser als die des verbleibenden
Behälterkörpers 42, um die Stabilität der Gestalt während
der Benutzung zu garantieren. Unterstützt sein kann die
Formstabilität durch zusätzlich am Zahnpastabehälter 10
ausgeformte oder aufgebrachte Rippen 78. Der
Zahnpastabehälter 10 selbst ist ein Hohlkörper, der
beispielsweise mittels Spritzgiessen, Spritzblasen,
Extrusionsblasformen, Rotationsformen etc. hergestellt

Je nach dem gewählten Herstellungsverfahren, insbesondere
jedoch beim Extrusionsblasen, können an einer
Formtrennungslinie des Zahnpastabehälters 10 Brauen
entstehen.
Depending on the chosen manufacturing process, in particular

100mm. Das Verhältnis des Durchmessers zur Länge ist
kleiner als 1:2, vorzugsweise 1:4.The outer dimensions of the

The geometry, the wall thickness, and the material of the

Alternativ
kann, wie in Fig. 5 dargestellt, der Zahnpastabehälter 10

Fig. 6 zeigt einen Zahnbürstenkörper 5 mit einem
aufgespritzte weich-elastische Elemente erfolgen. Die
Einbuchtungen 52 und oder die Markierungen der
Einbuchtungen 52 können eine zusätzliche Haftfunktion
besitzen. Die Haftfunktion zur Halterung des
Zahnpastabehälters 10 im Griffteil 18 wird durch ein
Zusammenwirken der Haftelemente mit der Innenwandung der
Behälterfassung 20 bzw. dort angebrachten Haftelementen
ermöglicht.Fig. 6 shows a

In Fig. 7 is a holder by a cooperation

Fig. 8 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform einer Halterung
Fig. 8 shows a further embodiment of a holder

Die Behälterfassung 20 kann weiterhin über Zentrierhilfen
für ein leichteres Einsetzen des Zahnpastabehälters 10 in
die Behälterfassung 20 verfügen. In Fig. 9 ist eine
derartige Zentrierhilfe dargestellt. Dabei ist in einen
offenen Einschnitt 70 im freien Endbereich der
schaufelartigen Behälterfassung 20 ein in Längsrichtung
verlaufender, schienenartiger Steg 68 des
Zahnpastabehälters 10 verschiebbar geführt. Es ist
möglich, diese Form der Zentrierung so weiterzuentwickeln,
dass sie durch Selbsthemmung, beispielsweise durch eine
keilartige Verjüngung des Einschnitts 70, gleichzeitig der
Arretierung des eingesetzten Zahnpastabehälters 10 in der
Behälterfassung 20 dient.The
ausgebildet. Ein Verschluss, beispielsweise eine Folie 48
oder eine Membran 50, wie in Fig. 4 bzw. Fig. 5 gezeigt,
Another form of centering can, as in Fig. 10

So
befindet sich eine Abgabekopfdichtung 86 zum dichten
Verschliessen der Austrittsöffnung 34 des
Zahnpastabehälters 10 in der Behälterfassung 20 des
Griffteils 18.
The embodiment shown in Fig. 10 is also with

Preferably, all soft-elastic elements are such formed and arranged or by channels with each other connected to it via a single injection point in a single step in injection molding can be produced.
Der Zahnpastabehälter 10 kann entsprechend Fig. 11 mit
einer Füllstandsanzeige 72 ausgestattet sein. Zu diesem
Zweck ist der Zahnpastabehälter 10 aus durchsichtigem oder
durchscheinendem Kunststoff gefertigt, was einen
Rückschluss auf die noch im Zahnpastabehälter 10
befindliche Menge Zahnpasta 26 zulässt. Durch Vergleich
von einer vorzugsweise am Zahnpastabehälter 10
angebrachten Skala 76 mit der im Zahnpastabehälter 10
sichtbaren Menge an Zahnpasta 26, kann näherungsweise die
Anzahl der noch mit der im Zahnpastabehälter 10
befindlichen Menge an Zahnpasta 26 durchzuführenden
The
In addition to the
To the user the first use of the

bestehen. Die Wände 84 sind vorzugsweise aus Gummi,
thermoplastischen Elastomeren (TPE) oder anderen
elastischen Kunststoffen gefertigt.
Fig. 14 gezeigt, mit einem Durchmesser kleiner 0.175mm,
vorzugsweise kleiner als 0.15mm bestehen. Die
Rückhalteelemente 24 sind mindestens teilweise von Borsten

haben an ihren Öffnungen zum umgebenden Borstenfeld
vorzugsweise mindestens eine Breite von 1.5mm. Die
maximale Höhe der Rückhalteelemente 24 ist vorzugsweise
kleiner als 12mm. Sie sind, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, somit
kleiner als die längsten Borsten 14. Die Rückhalteelemente
24 sind für den Konsumenten sichtbar gekennzeichnet,
beispielsweise durch eine farbliche Markierung. Die
weichelastischen Wände 84 bzw. die Büschel 82 können

Die Herstellung der erfindungsgemässen Zahnbürste erfolgt
vorzugsweise automatisiert in einer Spritzgussanlage,
welche mit einem Schwingförderer, insbesondere zum
Transport der verschlossen Zahnpastabehälter 10,
ausgestattet ist. Die Zahnpastabehälter 10 können an einem
separaten Ort hergestellt, mit Zahnpasta 26 befüllt und
verschlossen werden. Das Einsetzen der Zahnpastabehälter
10 in den Griffteil 18 erfolgt vorzugsweise ebenfalls
automatisch, direkt an der Spritzgussanlage. Alternativ
Spritzgussanlage anschliessenden, automatisch belieferten
Beborstungsanlage montiert werden. Siegel 92, Etiketten
