Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Bürsten, insbesondere Zahnbürsten.The invention relates to a method for producing brushes, in particular toothbrushes.
Traditionell erfolgt die Befestigung von Borstenbündeln oder Faserbündeln an Bürstenkörpern mittels Schlingen oder metallischen Ankerplättchen. Bei Verfahren, die ohne Schlingen oder Ankerplättchen auskommen, werden Faserbündel an Trägerplättchen befestigt, indem ihre Befestigungsenden in Löcher des Trägerplättchens eingeführt und auf dessen Rückseite verschmolzen werden. Mit diesem "ankerlosen" Verfahren können Faserbündel in nahezu beliebiger Querschnittsform verarbeitet werden. Es besteht vielfach der Wunsch, außer den üblichen Borsten und Faserbündeln auch Reinigungselemente in das Borstenfeld zu integrieren (z.B. Reinigungselemente aus weichelastischem Material, Stifte, Stäbchen, Plättchen usw.). Zu diesem Zweck werden die Trägerplättchen mit zusätzlichen Löchern oder Aussparungen versehen, in die das weichelastische Material mit einer Spritzgießtechnik eingebracht wird. Je höher die Ansprüche an die Gestaltung und Funktionalität der Bürsten sind, desto komplexer und aufwendiger wird ihre Herstellung.Traditionally, the attachment of bristle bundles or fiber bundles to brush bodies by means of slings or metallic anchor plates. The higher the demands on the design and functionality of the brushes, the more complex and expensive their production becomes.
