To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, ELMER- M. AxNnss, a

citizen of the United States, residing at Montevideo, in the county of Chippewa and State of Minnesota, have invented new and useful Improvements in Toilet Kits, of which the following is a specification.

This invention relates to toilet kits or accessoriesand has for an object the provision of a caseadapted to contain a dentifrice and a tooth brush arranged so as to be conveniently carried in the pocket and to provide a dust and germproof container capable of admitting air to the brush.

.15 With the above and other objects in view, the invention further, includes the following novel features and details of construction, to be hereinafter more fully described, illustrated in the accompanyin drawings and pointed out in the appende claim.

Figure 4 is an enlarged framentary section taken longitudinally of the brush Referring to the drawings in detail wherein like characters of reference denote corresponding parts, the device as illustrated comrises a case 10 which is open at one side and provided with a telescopic cover 11, the latter extending over the open end and the sides of the case. 1

The case is provided with inwardly disposed depressions 12 which extend inwardly from opposite side walls of the case, the walls of the depressions bein s aced apart so as to provide together wit t e cover 11, air passages 13 which open at their top into the case to provide ventilation. The de pressions 12 also divide the case into compartments 14 and 15, the former being adapted to contain a tube 16, of dentifrice while the latter is adapted to contain a tooth brush 17 The handle of the brush is provided with a telesco ic extension 18 which is connected-to the andle proper through the medium of a pin 19 which extends into a slot 20 of the extension.

Byconstructing the case in the manner shown it is adapted for conveniently carrying a tooth brush an a tube of tooth paste, while the ventilati g passages 13 provide proper ventilation for the brush without exposing the latter to dust or germs.

If desired, the cover 11 may be provided with a mirror 21 upon one side thereof.

The invention is susceptible of various changes in its form, proportions and minor details of construction and the right'is herein reserved to make such changes as properly ,65/ fall within the scope of the appended claim.

Having described the invention what is claimed 1s: v r v A toilet kit comprising a case open at one end, a telescopic cover for the case, oppositely located depressions extending inwardly from. opposite sides of the case and defining combined ribs to divide the case mto a dentifrice com artment and a tooth brush compartment an to provide air passages between the case and cover.
