Abstract

A combination grill brush includes a brush head and a brush handle, in which brush head contains a hair portion and a cover portion and both are in form of stationary combination. The front end of the brush head becomes an overhang and the rear end provides the springy clasping edge. The brush handle is a hollow tube with one end enclosed and one hook ring on the end. The said brush head can be repeatedly pushed in and pulled out of the brush rod with the springy clasping edge, providing brush head replacement for damaged one.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention [0001]
  • The invention relates to a structure of grill brush, which includes a brush head and a brush handle being designed to be detachable each other to hereby provide the individual replacement of either damaged part. [0002]
  • 2. Description of the Background Art [0003]
  • In occasion of grill, the grill brush used to dip sauce and paint food is one of the indispensable tools. As a result of the functions of dipping sauce and painting food, grill brush must have portion similar to brush hairs and handle capable of fastening hairs facilitating operation. In view of this, the traditional paint brush for wall painting has been alternatively applied to be the grill brush. When viewing the structure of the existing paint brush [0004] 1 (as shown in FIG. 1), it consists of a hair portion 10 and a brush handle portion 11 connected and wrapped with thin iron plate 12. The front end of thin iron plate 12 is formed with clipping structure 13 to fasten the hair portion 10, and nail 14 is used to go through thin iron plate 12, fastening the hair portion over the front end of brush handle portion 11.
  • As mentioned in the said [0005] traditional paint brush 1, the hair portion 10 and brush handle portion 11 is combined indirectly by thin iron plate 12 instead of being directly combined each other. Besides, the thin iron plate 12 covers around the hair portion 10 and brush handle 11 in way of envelope. Hence after operation a while, the wrapping structure of thin iron plate 12 gets loose, thus causing unfastened between hair portion 10 and brush handle 11, further affecting the controllability of brush handle 11 toward hair portion 10 and consequently failing to paint superior surface as wish. The traditional paint brush 1 has another problem that hair portion 10 absorbs paint after long while and water as well, making the glue in the end binding the hairs brittle and hair falling off gradually accordingly. When the hairs are falling off and the brush no longer works properly, brush handle may still as good as new one. It is wasteful if discarding the whole brush, while it is useless to keep the brush handle. Judging from all the drawbacks of traditional paint brush, the grill brush taking over the structure certainly comes into the same issue.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Two drawbacks that happen in traditional grill brush are that the unsteady coupling of brush handle and hair generates slackness between hair and handle after operating a while, making the brush no longer have effective operation control, also hairs easily tend to go off due to operation environment; it is quite wasteful and doesn't fulfill environmental protection if simply discarding the whole grill brush. In view of this, the invention provides a grill brush with new structure that is composed of a brush head and a brush handle, in which the brush head also includes a hair portion and a cover portion in permanent binding state. The cover portion is formed with a blocking overhang over one end installed with hair and the opposite end provided with springy clasping edge capable of properly having radial contraction. With the said clasping edge of the cover portion of the said brush, the brush head and brush rod can be easily assembled or taken apart, thus allowing to replace the damaged part with new one and keep the working part through simple disassembling to fulfill the environment protection and cost saving when either one of the brush head or brush handle is ruined. Moreover, the hairs of the invention are fixed at the cover portion and then use cover portion to cap the brush handle. As such, the brush can be deemed as the direct combination of the brush head and brush handle capable of providing better structure in strength than the traditional grill brush and making the operation more handy.[0006]
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 relates to the partial front cross sectional diagram of traditional grill brush. [0007]
  • FIG. 2 relates to the 3D diagram of structure decomposition associated with the invention. [0008]
  • FIG. 3 relates to the font cross sectional diagram of the structure assembly portion associated with the invention.[0009]
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • The better implementation structure of the invention as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is constituted by a [0010] brush head 2 and a brush handle 3, in which brush head 2 also includes a hair portion 21 and a cover portion 22 that are bonded with glue or formed as one body when forming the cover portion 22. One end of the cover portion 22 is the blocking overhang 221 and the other end is clasping edge 222. The clasping edge 222 uses the several axial grooves 223 to provide radial contraction and recovery elasticity and to form a slightly bulgy overhang 224. The brush handle is a tube where the tail end is enclosed and is put a hang ring 31.
  • In accordance with the said structure, [0011] brush head 2 directly pushes in the open end of the brush handle 3 up to the overhang 221 and is locked over the open end 32 of brush handle 3. When pushing in the clasping edge 222 will have slight radial contraction. Together with the declined design of the cover portion 22 after clocking overhang, cover portion can smoothly push inside brush handle against the inner wall of brush handle 3 by means of bouncing force of the clasping edge 222 so that brush head 2 can be securely pushed in the brush handle 3. For the combined structure of brush head 2 and brush handle 3, the slightly bulgy overhand 224 over the tail end of the cover portion 22 of the brush head 2 allows the cover portion 22 to fully combine with the inner wall of brush handle 3 without having to sacrifice the combined stability. When pulling out the brush head 2, the slightly bulgy overhang 224 can also allow pull easily when pulling off the brush head 2. Such function helps conduct individual part replacement when either one of the brush head 2 or brush handle 3 is broken. In addition, brush head 2 combining the brush hair portion 21 and cover portion 22 as a whole further combines with brush handle 3 loosely with brush head 2, hence brush hair portion 21 can firmly connect with brush handle 3 with cover portion 22, resolving the unsteady phenomenon obviously found in structure of the brush hairs and brush handle of the traditional grill brush.
