Abstract

The labeled toothbrush capable of indicating the user's name and other personal information according to the invention includes a bristle, a transparent tube-shaped handle, a stuffing column member and a waterproof ring. The stuffing column member inserted into the housing at the handle is for indicating the user's name and other personal information, thereby clearly labeling information such as the user's name, blood type, and age.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • (a) Field of the Invention [0001]
  • The invention relates to a labeled toothbrush capable of indicating personal information, and more particularly, to a labeled toothbrush indicating personal information that displays personal information at the handle thereof using a transparent tube as a stuffing column member thereof inserted into the handle. [0002]
  • (b) Description of the Related Art [0003]
  • Toothbrushes are commodities for dental care in everyone's daily life, and a bristle and a handle of an existing toothbrush are generally formed as an integral. To avoid orally transmitted diseases, everyone has an exclusive toothbrush. However, models and colors of present toothbrushes are rather too similar for distinguishing them from one another, especially for people who live in a community such as schools, sports teams or group tours. If one uses someone else's toothbrush for personal dental care, one is prone to feel agitated. Therefore, a toothbrush on which a name can be written has been developed, wherein the handle thereof is designed as a hollow tube for placing a card with a name written on it, and a small cover is used for sealing the opening thereof, and thus the toothbrush achieves an identification purpose. Nevertheless, the cover and the contact area of the cover and the handle thereof are too small that the toothbrush is insecure during usage and further looses the functions intended. [0004]
  • Therefore, the design in accordance with the invention is provided to overcome the above shortcomings. The invention relates to a labeled toothbrush, and more particularly, to a labeled toothbrush capable of indicating the user's name and other personal information. The labeled toothbrush in accordance with the invention comprises a hollow tube as a housing and a stuffing column member labeled with information for inserting into the hollow tube. [0005]
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • An object of the invention is to provided a toothbrush capable of labeling the user's name and other personal information, wherein the handle of the toothbrush is a transparent and hollow tube for housing a stuffing column member further provided with a label portion for labeling the user's name and other personal information, thereby avoiding misuses or misplacements.[0006]

  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Referring to FIGS. 1A, 1B and [0029] 6A disclosing an elevational schematic view, an exploded elevational schematic view, and a sectional schematic view of the first embodiment according to the invention, respectively, the toothbrush in accordance with the invention comprises a bristle 1, a stuffing column member 3 and a waterproof ring 6; wherein the bristle 1 has an extended handle 2 as a transparent hollow tube that forms a housing 21 for accommodating a label portion 31 and a stuffing column crown 32; and the stuffing column member 3 is consisted of a label portion 31 and a stuffing column crown 32, wherein the surface of the label portion is for labeling information, and the stuffing column crown 32 is enveloped with the waterproof ring 6 as a waterproof design during the combination of the stuffing column member 3 and the handle 2.
  • Referring to FIGS. 2A and 2B disclosing an elevational schematic view, an exploded elevational schematic view of the second embodiment according to the invention, respectively, the labeled toothbrush in accordance with the invention comprises a [0030] bristle 1, a handle 2, a stuffing column member 3 and a waterproof ring 6; wherein the handle 2 is a transparent hollow tube having one open terminal and forms a housing 21 for accommodating a label portion 31 and a stuffing column crown 32 of the stuffing column member 3; the stuffing column member 3 is an extended pillar from the bristle 1 and is consisted of a label portion 31 and a stuffing column crown 32, wherein the surface of the label portion 31 is for labeling information and the stuffing column crown 32 is enveloped with the waterproof ring 6 acting as a waterproof design during the combination of the stuffing column member 3 and the handle 2, thus completing another embodiment of a labeled toothbrush.
  • Referring to FIGS. 3A and 3B disclosing exploded elevational schematic views of the third and fourth embodiments according to the invention, respectively, as well as the referring to FIG. 6B showing a sectional schematic view, the labeled toothbrush in accordance with the invention comprises a [0031] bristle 1, a handle 2, a stuffing column member 3 and a waterproof ring 6; wherein the stuffing column member 3 is a rectangular pillar having a tetrahedral label portion 31 whose surface is for labeling information.
  • Referring to FIGS. 4A and 4B disclosing exploded elevational schematic views of the fifth and sixth embodiments according to the invention, respectively, as well as the referring to FIG. 6C showing a sectional schematic view, the labeled toothbrush in accordance with the invention comprises a [0032] bristle 1, a handle 2, a stuffing column member 3 and a waterproof ring 6; wherein the stuffing column member 3 is a triangular pillar having a trihedral label portion 31 whose surface is for labeling information.
  • Referring to FIGS. 5A and 5B disclosing exploded elevational schematic views of the seventh and eighth embodiments according to the invention, respectively, as well as the referring to FIG. 6C showing a sectional schematic view, the labeled toothbrush in accordance with the invention comprises a [0033] bristle 1, a handle 2, a stuffing column member 3 and a waterproof ring 6; wherein the stuffing column member 3 is a cylindrical pillar having a cambered label portion 31 whose surface is for labeling information.
  • Please refer to FIGS. 1A, 1B, and [0034] 7A to 7J disclosing sectional schematic views illustrating combinations of several types of geometric handles. Referring to FIG. 7A showing the handle 2 as a cylindrical hollow tube, the interior of the handle 2 is provided with a bar-shaped housing 21 for inserting the label portion 31 of the stuffing column member 3. Referring to FIG. 7B, when the handle 2 is a triangular hollow tube, a bar-shaped housing 21 is also provided for inserting the label portion 31 of the stuffing column member 3. Referring to FIGS. 7C to 7J, when the handle 2 is a hollow tube of geometric shapes such as a rectangle, a rhombus or a pentagon, a bar-shaped housing 21 is also provided for inserting the label portion 31 of the stuffing column member 3.
  • Referring to FIG. 8, the [0035] bristle 1 is extended for forming a handle 2 that is a transparent hollow tube provided with a housing 21 for accommodating the label portion 31 and the stuffing column crown 32 of the stuffing column member 31. The rear terminal of the stuffing column member 3 is also extended for forming a handle.
  • Referring to FIG. 9, the labeled toothbrush in accordance with the invention comprises a [0036] bristle 1, a handle 2, a stuffing column member 3, a label piece 4, a toothpaste 5 and a waterproof ring 6; wherein the stuffing column 3 is a transparent hollow tube provided with an insertion housing 33, and at a terminal thereof is also provided with a stuffing column crown 32 and the waterproof ring 6. The insertion housing 33 is for accommodating the label piece 4 and the toothpaste 5, thus making the toothbrush more readily carried when traveling.
  • Referring to FIGS. 10, 11A, [0037] 11B and 11C, the labeled toothbrush in accordance with the invention comprises a bristle 1, a handle 2, a stuffing column member 3, and a waterproof ring 6; wherein the handle 2 is a transparent hollow tube provided with an open terminal and a housing 21 for accommodating a label piece 4 and a stuffing column crown 32; the stuffing column crown 32 is an extension from the bristle 1 and is enveloped with the waterproof ring 6 as a waterproof design during the combination of the stuffing column crown 32 and the handle 2.
  • The [0038] handle 2 is a transparent hollow tube having an open terminal, and the interior of the transparent tube is provided with a rectangular housing 21 and a fastening slot 22. Wherein, the housing 21 is for accommodating a label piece 4 and the fastening slot 22 is for inserting and fastening a protrusion 33 of the stuffing column member 3; the stuffing column member 3 forms an integral with the bristle 1 and further comprises a stuffing column crown 32 and a protrusion 33, and the stuffing column crown 32 and the protrusion 33 are also formed as an integral; at an appropriate position of the protrusion 33 is provided with a waterproof ring 6, and the protrusion 33 is for fastening with the fastening slot 22 provided at the handle 2, thus completing a labeled toothbrush capable of not only labeling information but also placing toothpaste.
  • It is of course to be understood that the embodiment described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims. Claims (3)

What is claimed is:
1. A labeled toothbrush comprising a bristle, a handle, a stuffing column member and a waterproof ring; wherein
the handle is a transparent hollow tube for forming a housing;
the stuffing column member is a pillar of a formed integral consisted of a stuffing column crown and a label portion, and the surface of the label portion is for labeling information; and
the waterproof ring is a plastic ring provided at one terminal of the stuffing column member.
2. The labeled toothbrush according to claim 1, wherein the handle may be a transparent hollow tube of geometric shapes such as rectangles, circles, or rhombuses.
3. The labeled toothbrush according to claim 1, wherein the housing provided within the handle may be a housing of geometric shapes such as bars, circles, and triangles, and the corresponding stuffing column member shall be implemented according to the housing.
