  • 2. Description of the Prior Art
  • The use of dental hygienic devices is known in the prior art. More specifically, dental hygienic devices heretofore devised and utilized are known to consist basically of familiar, expected and obvious structural configurations, notwithstanding the myriad of designs encompassed by the crowded prior art which have been developed for the fulfillment of countless objectives and requirements.
  • Known prior art includes U.S. Patent No. 2002/0170133; U.S. Pat. No. 5,068,941; U.S. Pat. No. 5,524,764; U.S. Pat. No. 4,831,676; U.S. Pat. No. 5,107,562; and U.S. Pat. No. 5,771,522.
  • While these devices fulfill their respective, particular objectives and requirements, the aforementioned patents do not disclose a new dental hygiene accessories. The prior art includes finger sleeves having scrubbing members disposed about the outer side for scrubbing the user's teeth.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The general purpose of the present invention, which will be described subsequently in greater detail, is to provide a new dental hygiene accessories which has many of the advantages of the dental hygienic devices mentioned heretofore and many novel features that result in a new dental hygiene accessories which is not anticipated, rendered obvious, suggested, or even implied by any of the prior art dental hygienic devices, either alone or in any combination thereof. The present invention includes a disposable packaging member; and also includes a flexible line of dental floss being removably disposed in the disposable packaging member; and further includes a teeth cleaner and scrubber member being removably disposed in the disposable packaging member; and also includes dissolvable strips of material for freshening a user's breath. None of the prior art includes the combination of the elements of the present invention.
  • There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the dental hygiene accessories in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the invention that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.
  • In this respect, before explaining at least one embodiment of the invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of construction and to the arrangements of the components set forth in the following description or illustrated in the drawings. The invention is capable of other embodiments and of being practiced and carried out in various ways. Also, it is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein are for the purpose of description and should not be regarded as limiting.
  • It is an object of the present invention to provide a new dental hygiene accessories which has many of the advantages of the dental hygienic devices mentioned heretofore and many novel features that result in a new dental hygiene accessories which is not anticipated, rendered obvious, suggested, or even implied by any of the prior art dental hygienic devices, either alone or in any combination thereof.
  • Still another object of the present invention is to provide a new dental hygiene accessories for allowing a user to clean and refresh one's teeth while on the go.
  • Still yet another object of the present invention is to provide a new dental hygiene accessories that is easy and convenient for the user to use on the go.
  • Even still another object of the present invention is to provide a new dental hygiene accessories that allows the user to maintain a high level of dental hygiene regardless of where the user may be.
  • These together with other objects of the invention, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the invention, are pointed out with particularity in the claims annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure. For a better understanding of the invention, its operating advantages and the specific objects attained by its uses, reference should be made to the accompanying drawings and descriptive matter in which there are illustrated preferred embodiments of the invention.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The invention will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a new dental hygiene accessories according to the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the present invention.
  • FIG. 3 is a lateral cross-sectional view of the present invention.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 3 thereof, a new dental hygiene accessories embodying the principles and concepts of the present invention and generally designated by the reference numeral 10 will be described.
  • As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 3, the dental hygiene accessories 10 generally comprises a disposable packaging member 11. The disposable packaging member 11 includes a pair of sheets of material 12,13 being conventionally attached to one another, and having a cavity 14 being centrally disposed between the pair of sheets of material 12,13, and also having package- opening strips 29,30 each being conventionally attached at an end edge 25 of a respective one of the sheets of material 12,13.
  • A flexible line of dental floss 16 is removably disposed in the disposable packaging member 11. The flexible line of dental floss 16 is removably disposed in the cavity 14.
  • A teeth cleaner and scrubber member 17 is removably disposed in the disposable packaging member 11. The teeth cleaner and scrubber member 17 has a cylindrical portion of material 18 being removably disposed in the cavity 14 and having an open end 19 through which a user can insert one's index finger into the cylindrical portion of material 18, and also having a flexible handle portion 15 being integrally attached to and extending from the cylindrical portion of material 18 for a user to grasp while cleaning and scrubbing one's teeth. The cylindrical portion of material 18 has a wall 20 having a first semi-cylindrical portion 21 and a second semi-cylindrical portion 22. The teeth cleaner and scrubber member 17 further includes toothpaste 24 being removably and conventionally adhered to an outer side of the wall 20 on the first semi-cylindrical portion 21 for a user to rub the toothpaste upon one's teeth using one's index finger being inserted into the cylindrical portion of material 18. The teeth cleaner and scrubber member 17 also includes a plurality of bristles 23 being conventionally attached to an outer side of the wall 20 on the second semi-cylindrical portion 22 for a user to scrub and brush one's teeth using one's index finger being inserted into the cylindrical portion of material 18.
  • Dissolvable strips of material 31 for freshening a user's breath being removably disposed in said disposable packaging member 11 are impregnated with conventional breath freshening chemicals.
  • In use, the user opens the disposable packaging member 11 using the package-opening strips and removes the teeth cleaner and scrubber member 17. The user then inserts one's index finger into the cylindrical piece of material 18 through the open end 19, and rubs the first semi-cylindrical portion 21 containing the toothpaste 24 upon one's teeth, and then rubs the second semi-cylindrical portion 21 containing the bristles 23 upon one's teeth to scrub one's teeth. Further, the user places a dissolvable strip of material 31 for freshening one's teeth in one's mouth and uses the flexible line of dental floss 16 to floss one's teeth.
