The handheld body 10 has an end to which a brush stem 11 is rotatably mounted. The brush stem has an outward-extending outside end to which a brush 12 of a suitable length is mounted. An inside end of the of the brush stem 11, which is fit into an inner bottom end of the body 10, forms a fitting slot to couple with a reduction transmission assembly that is received in the body 10 and is composed of a transmission motor 13 and a reduction device 14. The reduction device 14 has an output end forming a connector 15 for coupling with the fitting slot of the brush stem 11, whereby the brush stem 11 is rotatable in synchronization with the rotation of reduction device 14 to drive synchronous rotation of the brush 12. An opposite end of the transmission motor 13 is structured to have a spindle extending outward for coupling with a weight block 141, which can be formed as a known eccentric flywheel for high speed rotation in unison with the transmission motor 13 so as to realize high speed vibration with eccentric rotation. Thus, the lash brush is made a structure of two-in-one rotation control that simultaneously exhibits rotation and vibration. The transmission motor 13 of the transmission assembly can be directly fixed in a pre-formed cavity inside the body 10, or alternatively and separately retained by a positioning holder 16. An end of the body 10 is closed and sealed by a lid 17. The lid 17 has an interior space for receiving and retaining a battery set 18, or alternatively, the battery set is directly fixed at a predetermined position inside the body 10, to server as a power source. The arrangement of the lid 17 is to facilitate the replacement and use of the battery set 18, which is connected through wiring arrangement to the transmission assembly of the transmission motor 13. The connection wiring arrangement is connected at an intermediate section thereof with a position-switchable actuation switch 19, which serves as switching control for selectively turning on power, whereby through proper arrangement of a control circuit, the switch provides selective switching operation between forward rotation and backward rotation. To use, through the switching operation performed with the actuation switch 19, the transmission motor 13 is actuated and rotates and through the reduction output control effected by the reduction device 14, the brush stem 11 that is rotatably supported is caused to perform slow speed rotation. The user holds the handheld body 10 to perform makeup operation on the eyelashes. The selection of control for forward and backward rotation allows the user to select desired operation for the convenience of operation according to left hand operation or right hand operation. With the simultaneous exhibition of the vibration of the body 10 and the slow rotation of the brush stem 11, the brush 12 can perform special curling operation or uniform application on the eyelashes, whereby both lash curling and uniform coating of liquid lash cosmetics can be done, making the makeup of eyelash with a lash brush uniform, time efficient, and material efficient. For the lash makeup brush container, the present invention features both brush rotation and vibration and is apparently a novel design of commercial products of this kind and also offers practical value.
  • As to the use and design of the vibratory lash brush that also features rotation of brush as provided by the present invention, the design of the transmission motor 13 can be made as a simple speed adjustable motor structure, which can be simply as illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6 by providing a speed adjusting device 191 by the actuation switch 19 to simply follow the practical needs of makeup operations to simultaneously adjust rotation speed and vibration frequency, so that makeup operations performed by the whole lash brush can offer the practical efficacy of being better fit to humanization. As to the structure design of the whole transmission motor 13, besides the two-in-on and coaxial arrangement of rotation/vibration structure shown in the drawings, it is also possible to use two small sized transmission motors 13 respectively coupled to the reduction device 14 and the eccentric weight block 141 to form an arrangement or connection structure, still offering the same operation efficacy of exhibiting both rotation and vibration, and they can respectively work with switching control arrangements to achieve the operation controls of doing simultaneous or independent vibration. Simple replacement of this arrangement is certainly considered within the scope of the present invention.
  • As to the use of the whole lash brush, when not in use, it is deposited inside the container 20 exactly the same as the operation of a regular lash makeup set and no special skill of operation is needed. In use, the body 10 is hand held and the motor 13 is controlled through the actuation switch 19 for starting. With the reduction device 14, the rotational speed is reduced to low speed operation of 30-100 RPM, so as to make the brush stem 11 rotating in a low speed, whereby at the time when the brush 12 is put in contact with eyelashes for makeup operation, the liquid cosmetics may be uniformly applied and there is no need to worry about the liquid flying away due to centrifugal force and excessive vibration frequency and it can also help to curl the eyelash, allowing the eyelash makeup liquid cosmetics attached to the brush 12 to be efficiently conducted to and stay at tips of the brush hairs for continuous application, whereby a practical efficacy of uniformity and convenience of eyelash makeup operation is realized, remarkably improving the makeup quality of eyelash and simplifying the skill dependency of eyelash curling makeup and meeting the needs of safety and comfortableness of lash brush makeup operation. The overall structure depends on electrical rotation control assisted by vibration to provide a practical feature of making makeup operation easy, practical, and convenient, and it is actually an innovated product improvement for eyelash makeup tool.
  • To summarize, the vibratory lash brush with forward/backward control in accordance with the present invention directly couple a brush stem of a lash brush to a transmission reduction arranged inside the handheld body, together with an arrangement of weight block induced rotation controlled vibration on the opposite end, to allow the makeup operation with the brush to feature a practical efficacy of both eyelash curling and uniform and convenient liquid application, ensuring convenience of simple operation of makeup. In view of the practical efficacy of uniform application and simplification of eyelash makeup operation, the present invention surely provides a novel and initial creation of the lash brush.
  • While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.
