L'extraction du produit, ne posant pas de problème au début d'utilisation, devient beaucoup plus incommode dés qu'il en reste un tiers ou moins. A nos jours, malgré quelques propositions déjà faites, rien n'est suffisamment accepté par le public pour se trouver dans les grandes surfaces. Le dispositif, grâce à sa fente dont la largeur dépasse légèrement l'épaisseur de deux parois du tube, fait accumuler des restes du produit dans l'extrémité du tube.
