明 細 .書 酸性染毛剤用前処理剤 技術分野 '
本発明は、 酸性染毛剤用前処理剤に関する。 さらに詳しくは、 酸性染毛剤の染 色性および堅牢性を向上させる酸性染毛剤用前処理剤に関する。 背景技術
酸性染毛剤は、 酸化染毛剤と比較して、 一般に染色性が弱いという欠点がある 。 そこで、 かかる欠点を解消するために、 従来、 種々の検討が行われている。 染色性を向上させる方法としては、 例えば、 羊毛の溶剤添加染色法や低温染色 法に用いられる、 酸性染料などを含有した酸性水浴中に、 ベンジルアルコール、
2—べンジルォキシエタノール、 尿素、 フヱノール、 m-クレゾ一ルなどを添加す る方法が知られている ( 「染浴の基礎物理化学」 、 木村光雄著、 繊維研究社、 p 5 1〜5 4 ) 。 前記添加成分のなかでも、 ベンジルアルコールは、 酸性染毛剤に おける浸透促進剤として、 一般に広く使用されている。 しかしながら、 かかる方 法には、 酸性染毛剤として利用した場合、 酸化染毛剤に比較して、 染色性能およ び堅牢性が悪レ、という欠点がある。
また、 染色性を向上させる他の方法として、 2—ベンジルォキシエタノールを 用いることが提案されている (特開平 4一 6 9 3 2 3号公報) 。 しかしながら、 かかる方法には、 上記べンジルアルコールに比較して、 染色性能および堅牢性が 同等、 あるいはそれ以下という欠点がある。
また、 羊毛、 人毛などのケラチン繊維の低温染色法の 1つとして、 あらかじめ 両性界面活性剤でケラチン繊維を処理し、 その後染色する方法 (特開平 2 - 5 0 2 7 4 0号公報)、 この両性界面活性剤の代わりにカチオン界面活性剤を用いる 方法 (特開平 8 - 3 0 1 7 3 8号公報) などが提案されている。 しかしながら、 これらの方法には、 市販酸性染毛剤と組み合わせた場合、 染色性能が向上せず、 特に損傷毛に対する染色性能はかえつて悪くなるという欠点がある。
ところで、 つや、 櫛通り性、 風合いなどを向上させる成分として、 カチオンポ リマーを使用することが提案されている。 なかでも、 ポリエチレンイミンは、 ァ ルカリ性であるため、 アンモニア、 モノエタノールァミン等のアルカリ剤の代わ りに酸化染料を用いた毛髪染色剤に使用することや (特公平 6 - 1 3 4 5 1号公 報) 、 ポリエチレンイミンを第一剤とし、 チロシン、 DL- β - ァラニンなどのメ ラニン前駆体および金属塩を配合した第二剤とする染毛剤 (特公昭 6 1 - 2 0 5 2 3号公報) などが提案されている。
このように、 カチオンポリマーは、 つや、 櫛通り性および風合いの向上剤とし てだけでなく、 染色性を向上させる染色助剤として使用されている。 しかしなが ら、 カチオンポリマーを、 酸性染料に応用した例は報告されていない。
その理由として、 酸性染料は、 その分子中にスルホン基を有しており、 カチォ ンポリマーが存在すると染料のスルホン基とカチオン基との間でイオンコンプレ ックスを形成し、 毛髪内部に効率よく酸性染料を浸透させることができず、 特に ポリエチレンィミンなどのアル力リ性のカチオンポリマーと、 酸性染料とを併用 することができないことなどが挙げられる。
これらの理由から、 従来、 カチオンポリマーと酸性染料とを同時に使用するこ とが困難であると考えられている。 発明の開示
本発明の目的は、 前記従来技術に鑑みてなされたものであり、 酸性染毛剤によ る染色性および堅牢性をより一層向上させる手段を提供することにある。
本発明のもう 1つの目的は、 単なる脱染性だけではなく、 脱染後に酸性染毛剤 で染色したときの染色性および堅牢性に優れ、 すすぎ時のきしみ感がなく、 毛髪 の風合いを適度に保つ染毛剤用前処理剤を提供することにある。 本発明によれば、 アミン系ポリマーおよび第四級アンモニゥム基含有ポリマー からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも 1種のカチオンポリマーを含有してなる酸性 染毛剤用前処理剤が提供される。 図面の簡単な説明

本発明の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤は、 前記したように、 アミン系ポリマーおよび 第四級アンモニゥム基含有ポリマ一からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも 1種の力 チオンポリマーを含有するものである。
本発明の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤には、 このように特定のカチオンポリマーが含 有されているので、 酸性染毛剤で染色する前にこれを用レ、て毛髪を処理した際に 毛髪中にカチオンが導入されるため、 酸性染毛剤による染色性およぴ堅牢性が向 上するのみならず、 毛髪のすすぎ時のきしみ感が減少するという優れた効果が発 現される。 また、 健常毛だけでなく、 損傷毛に対しても上記と同様な優れた効果 が発現される。
アミン系ポリマ一としては、 例えば、 ポリアクリル酸アミ ド、 ポリビニルアミ ン、 ポリエチレンィミン (以下、 P E Iという) またはその誘導体などの第一級 アミンポリマ一;ポリアミン、 P E Iまたはその誘導体などの第二級アミンポリ マー; P E Iまたはその誘導体などの第三級アミンポリマーなどが挙げられ、 こ れらのカチオンポリマーは、 単独でまたは 2種以上混合して使用することができ る。 なお、 P E Iまたはその誘導体は、 第一級ァミノ基、 第二級ァミノ基および 第三級アミノ基を有するので、 第一級ァミンポリマ一、 第二級ァミンポリマーお よび第三級ァミンポリマーのいずれでも使用しうるものである。
これらのアミン系ポリマーのなかでは、 P E Iまたはその誘導体は、 電荷密度 が高く、 分子中に数多くのカチオンチャージを有しているので、 好適に使用しう るものである。
P E Iの誘導体としては、 例えば、 P E Iの第二級ァミノ基または第三級ェチ レンイミノ基に、 ポリオキジエチレン、 ポリオキジプロピレン、 ポリオキシプチ レン、 炭素数 4〜2 2の分子鎖を有するアルキル基などが等モル以上で付加した P E I誘導体などが挙げられる。
P E Iまたはその誘導体の数平均分子量は、 3 0 0〜5 0 0 0 0 0、 好ましく は 3 0 0〜 3 0 0 0 0 0、 より好ましくは 5 0 0〜1 0 0 0 0 0であることが望 ましい。 PE Iの市販品としては、 例えば、 ェポミン SP— 0 03、 ェポミン SP— 0 0 6、 ェポミン SP— 200、 ェポミン P— 1 00 0 〔以上、 (株) 日本触媒製 、 商品名〕 、 Lup a s 01 〔BASF社製、 商品名〕 などが挙げられる。 また、 第四級アンモニゥム基含有ポリマーとしては、 例えば、 ヒドロキシェチ ルセルロース ' ヒドロキシプロピルトリメチルアンモニゥムクロリ ドエ一テル、 ヒドロキシェチルセルロース ' ジメチルジァリルアンモニゥムクロリ ド共重合体 、 グァーガム '塩化ヒドロキシプロピルトリメチルアンモニゥムエーテル、 カチ オン化プルラン、 塩化ジメチルジァリルアンモニゥム■アクリルアミ ド共重合体 、 ジェチル硫酸ビニルピロリ ドン ·Ν , Ν -ジメチルアミノエチルメタクリル酸共 重合体、 塩化ジメチルジァリルアンモニゥムホモポリマー、 塩化ジメチルジァリ ルアンモニゥム ·ァクリル酸共重合体、 アクリルアミ ド 'ァクリル酸 ·塩化ジメ チルジァリルアンモニゥム共重合体、 カチオン化シリコーン共重合体などが挙げ られ、 これらのカチオンポリマ一は、 単独でまたは 2種以上混合して使用するこ とができる。
ヒドロキシェチルセルロース · ヒドロキシプロピルトリメチルアンモニゥムク ロリ ドエ一テルの市販品としては、 例えば、 レオガード G、 レオガード NGP、 レオガード KGP 〔以上、 ライオン (株) 製、 商品名〕 、 カチナール HC— 1 0 0、 力チナ一ル LC_ 1 0 0 〔以上、 東邦化学工業 (株) 製、 商品名〕 〕 などが 挙げられる。 ヒドロキシェチルセルロース■ ジメチルジァリルアンモニゥムクロ リ ド共重合体の市販品としては、 例えば、 セルコート L-200、 セルコート H— 60 〔以上、 ナショナルスターチ社製、 商品名〕 などが挙げられる。 グァーガム ■塩化ヒドロキシプロピルトリメチルアンモニゥムェ一テルの市販品としては、 例えば、 ジャガー C一 1 3— S、 ジャガー C一 1 5 -S 〔以上、 セラニーズ · シ ユタイン ·ホール社製、 商品名〕 などが挙げられる。 塩化ジメチルジァリルアン モニゥム ·アクリルアミ ド共重合体の市販品としては、 例えば、 マーコ一ト 5 5 0 〔カルゴン社製、 商品名〕 などが挙げられる。 ジェチル硫酸ビニルピロリ ドン •N , N-ジメチルアミノエチルメタクリル酸共重合体の市販品としては、 例えば 、 H. ポリマー 5 〔大阪有機化学工業 (株) 製、 商品名〕 、 ガフコート 7 5 5 N
〔 I S P社製、 商品名〕 などが挙げられる。 塩化ジメチルジァリルアンモニゥム ホモポリマーの市販品としては、 例えば、 マ一コート 1 0 0 〔カルゴン社製、 商 品名〕 などが挙げられる。 塩化ジメチルジァリルアンモニゥム ·アクリル共重合 体の市販品としては、 例えば、 マ一コート 2 8 0、 マーコ一ト 2 9 5 〔以上、 力 ルゴン社製、 商品名〕 などが挙げられる。 アクリルアミ ド ·ァクリル酸 ·塩化ジ メチルジアクリルァンモニゥム共重合体の市販品としては、 マーコートプラス 3 3 3 0 〔カルゴン社製、 商品名〕 などが挙げられる。 カチオン化シリコーン重合 体の市販品としては、 S M 8 7 0 4 C 〔東レダウコーニングシリコン社製、 商品 名〕 などが挙げられる。
本発明の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤におけるカチオンポリマーの含有量は、 染色性 能および堅牢性の効果性、 すすぎ時のきしみ感減少および経済性(3 0重量%を 超えて配合しても、 その分だけ余剰分としてすすぎにより洗い流されてしまう) の観点から、 0 . 0 1〜3 0重量%、 好ましくは 0 . 0 5〜2 0重量%でぁるこ とが望ましい。
また、 本発明の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤には、 染色性能および堅牢性をさらに向 上し、 すすぎ時のきしみ感を減少するために、 カチオンポリマー以外の成分とし て、 尿素を含有させることができる。
本発明の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤における尿素の含有量は、 染色性能および堅牢 性の効果性およびすすぎ時のきしみ感減少および経済性 (6 0重量 を超えて配 合しても、 その分だけ余剰分としてすすぎにより洗い流されてしまう) の観点か ら、 0 . 1〜6 0重量%、 好ましくは 0 . 5〜4 0重量%であることが望ましい また、 本発明においては、 カチオンポリマーが毛髪中に浸透するのを促進させ るために、 有機溶媒を用いることが好ましい。 有機溶媒としては、 例えば、 1ーメチルー 2—ピロリ ドン、 1—ェチル— 2— ピロリ ドンなどの N—アルキルピロリ ドン;エチレンカーボネート、 プロピレン カーボネートなどの低級アルキレンカーボネート ;ベンジルアルコール、 2—べ ンジルォキシエタノールなどの芳香属アルコールなどが挙げられる。 さらには、 上記芳香属アルコールと、 低級アルコールを組み合わせて用いるのがより好まし い。
本発明の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤における有機溶媒の含有量は、 毛髪中への有効 成分の十分な浸透促進効果の観点から、 1〜4 0重量%、 好ましくは 5〜2 0重 量%であることが望ましい。 1重量%未満では毛髪中への有効成分の浸透促進効 果が十分でなく、 4 0重量%を超えて配合しても、 それ以上の効果が望めないか らである。
なお、 本発明の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤における前記成分の残部は、 水である。 かかる水としては、 蒸留水、 市水、 精製水などを用いることができる。
本発明の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤の p Hは、 2〜1 1、 好ましくは 7〜1 1であ ることが望ましい。 p Hは、 例えば、 クェン酸、 酢酸、 グリコール酸、 レブリン 酸、 酒石酸等の有機酸、 りん酸緩衝液、 アンモニア、 モノエタノールァミンなど の p H調整剤を用いて容易に調整することができる。
本発明の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤の剤型には、 特に限定がなく、 その例としては 、 例えば、 水溶液、 クリーム、 ゲル、 ディスパ一ジョン、 ェマルジヨン、 エアゾ ールなどが挙げられる。
本発明の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤は、 例えば、 以下のようにして使用することが できる。 まず、 毛髪を本発明の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤中に室温〜 6 0 °Cの温度で 1分〜 1時間程度浸潰させ、 水洗した後、 酸性染毛剤で染色する。
酸性染毛剤としては、 特に限定がなく、 従来、 使用されているものを使用する ことができる。
なお、 p Hが 7〜1 1に調整された酸性染毛剤用前処理剤を用いた場合には、 毛髪がアルカリ性となるため、 酸性染毛剤で染色する前に、 毛髪の p Hが中性付 近となるように処理剤などで毛髪を前処理しておくことが好ましい。
更に、 酸性染毛剤で染色された毛髪の色を変更する場合や に酸性染毛剤で染 色する場合に、 あらかじめ本発明の前処理剤で毛髪の脱染処理を行なうと、 前処 理剤によって毛髪中にカチオンが導入されるので、 酸性染毛剤による染色性およ び堅牢性が向上するのみならず、 毛髪のシャンプーのすすぎの際のきしみ感が低 減するという優れた効果が発現される。 このような優れた効果は、 損傷毛に対し ても発現される。
かくして、 染色された毛髪の脱染を本発明の前処理剤を用いて行なった場合に は、 染毛された毛髪の脱染を効果的に行なうことができる。 さらに、 脱染後に、 再度、 酸性染毛剤で染毛を行なった場合であっても、 その染毛剤の染色性および 堅牢性に優れ、 しかもすすぎ時のきしみ感がなく、 毛髪の風合いを適度に保つと いう優れた効果が発現される。 かかる効果は、 前処理剤による脱染および酸性染 毛剤による染毛を繰り返し行なった場合であっても、 ほとんど低下することがな レ、。 したがって、 酸性染料による染毛および前処理剤による脱染を繰り返して行 なうことができる。 実施例
次に、 本発明を実施例に基づいてさらに詳細に説明するが、 本発明はかかる実 施例のみに限定されるものではない。 実施例 1〜5および比較例 1
表 1に示す成分を表 1に示す濃度となるように、 蒸留水で希釈して酸性染毛剤 用前処理剤を得た。
得られた酸性染毛剤用前処理剤を用いて以下の方法により、 染色性、 堅牢性お よびきしみ感を評価した。 その結果を表 1に示す。 〔染色性〕
乾燥したャクの毛束 1 gを酸性染毛剤用前処理剤中に室温で 1 5分間浸潰し ( 浴比 1 5倍) 、 1分間水洗した後、 キムタオルで毛束中の水分を拭き取った。 次に、 だいだい色 205号の 0. 1重量%水溶液に、 前記で処理したャクの毛 束を室温で 20分間浸潰した後 (浴比 1 5倍) 、 1分間水洗し、 十分に乾燥させ ることにより、 染色毛束を得た。
かくして得られた染色毛束を分光測色計 〔日本電色工業 (株) 製、 商品名: S Ζ-Σ 80、 以下同じ〕 を用いて直接的に測定し、 染色毛束と未染色毛束との色 差 (ΔΕ) を算出し、 染色性を評価した。
なお、 ΔΕ値が大きいほど、 染色性がよいことを表わす。
〔堅牢性およびきしみ感〕
各染色毛束をエマール 20C (ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸ナト リウム (3 E. 0) 、 花王 (株) 製、 商品名) の 1 0重量%水溶液中に 40°Cで 3時間浸潰した後 (浴比 1 5倍) 、 1分間水洗し、 室温にて乾燥させたものを分 光測色計を用いて測定し、 染色毛束と未染色毛束との色差 (ΔΕ) を算出し、 染 色性評価の際に算出した色差 (ΔΕ) と比較することにより、 堅牢性を評価した ο
〔毛束の水洗時のきしみ感〕
毛束の水洗時のきしみ感の減少は、 以下の評価基準に基づいて専門パネラー 5名 により官能評価した。

表 1に示された結果から、 アミン系ポリマーまたは第四級アンモニゥム基含有 ポリマーを含有する酸性染毛剤用前処理剤で処理した場合には (実施例 1〜 5 ) 、 比較例 1 (蒸留水) と対比して、 染色性および堅牢性に優れることがわかる。 なかでも特に、 P E Iを含有する酸性染毛剤用前処理剤で処理した場合には、 染色性がより優れることがわかる。
また、 実施例 1〜5で得られた酸性染毛剤用前処理剤で処理した場合には、 シ ャンプ一すすぎ時におけるきしみ感がなくなり、 良好な施術性が得られることが わかる。 実施例 6〜 9および比較例 2
表 2に示す分子量が異なる P E Iを表 2に示す濃度となるように蒸留水に溶解 し、 酸性染毛剤用前処理剤を調製した。
次に、 得られた酸性染毛剤用前処理剤を用い、 染色性を以下の方法にしたがつ て調べた。 その結果を表 2に示す。
〔染色性〕
乾燥したャクの毛束 1 gを酸性染毛剤用前処理剤に室温で 2 0分間浸潰し (浴 比 1 5倍) 、 1分間水洗した後、 キムタオルで毛束中の水分を拭き取った。 次に、 だいだい色 2 0 5号の 0 . 1重量%水溶液 (4重量%クェン酸含有) に 、 前記で処理したャクの毛束を室温で 2 0分間浸潰した後 (浴比 1 5倍) 、 1分 間水洗し、 十分に乾燥させることにより、 染色毛束を得た。
かくして得られた染色毛束を分光測色計を用いて直接的に測定し、 染色毛束と 未染色毛束との色差 (Δ Ε ) を算出し、 染色性を評価した。
なお、 Δ Ε値が大きいほど、 染色性がよいことを表わす。
表 2に示された結果から、 数平均分子量が 6 00〜70000を有する PE I を含有する酸性染毛剤用前処理剤 (実施例 6〜9) で処理した場合には、 比較例 2 (蒸留水) と対比して、 染色性に優れることがわかる。 実施例 1 0〜2 0および比較例 3〜4
表 3に示す含有量となるように、 P E I、 尿素および 1—メチル— 2—ピロリ ドンを蒸留水に溶解させて酸性染毛剤用前処理剤を得た。
次に、 得られた酸性染毛剤用前処理剤を用いて染色性、 堅牢性およびきしみ感 を評価した。 その結果を表 3に示す。
なお、 染色性は以下の方法にしたがって調べ、 堅牢性およびきしみ感は実施例 1〜5と同様にして調べた。
〔染色性〕
乾燥したャクの毛束 1 gを酸性染毛剤用前処理剤中に 5 0 °Cで 1 5分間浸漬し (浴比 1 5倍) 、 1分間水洗した後、 キムタオルで毛束中の水分を拭き取った。 次に、 だいだい色 2 0 5号の 0 . 1重量%水溶液 (4重量%クェン酸含有) に 室温で 2 0分間浸潰した後 (浴比 1 5倍) 、 1分間水洗し、 十分に乾燥させるこ とにより、 染色毛束を得た。
かくして得られた染色毛束を分光測色計を用いて測定し、 染色毛束と未染色毛 束との色差 (Δ Ε ) を算出し、 染色性を評価した。
なお、 Δ Ε値が大きいほど、 染色性がよいことを表わす。

表 3に示された結果から、 P E Iを 0 . 1 0〜2 0重量 含有する酸性染毛剤 用前処理剤で処理した場合には (実施例 1 0〜2 0 ) 、 比較例 3 ( P E I使用せ ず) と対比して、 染色性および堅牢性に優れていることがわかる。
また、 酸性染毛剤用前処理剤に尿素が含有されている場合には (実施例 1 6〜 2 0 ) 、 P E Iが含有されていない酸性染毛剤用前処理剤を用いた場合 (実施例 1 4 ) と対比して、 堅牢性に優れ、 すすぎ時のきしみ感がないことがわかる。 また、 実施例 1 9と、 実施例 1 4および比較例 4とを対比して、 P E Iの単独 使用あるいは尿素の単独使用よりも、 P E Iと尿素を併用のほうが、 両者併用に よる相乗効果として、 染色性および堅牢性が向上することがわかる。 実施例 2 1〜2 4および比較例 5〜 6
表 4に示す含有量となるように、 P E I、 尿素および 1ーメチルー 2—ピロリ ドンを蒸留水に溶解させて酸性染毛剤用前処理剤を得た。
次に、 得られた酸性染毛剤用前処理剤を用いて染色性、 堅牢性およびきしみ感 を評価した。 その結果を表 4に示す。
なお、 染色性は以下の方法にしたがって調べ、 堅牢性およびきしみ感は実施例 1〜5と同様にして調べた。
〔染色性〕
乾燥した人毛白髪毛束 1 gを酸性染毛剤用前処理剤中に 5 0 °Cで 1 5分間浸漬 し (浴比 1 5倍) 、 1分間水洗した後、 キムタオルで毛束中の水分を拭き取った 次に、 だいだい色 2 0 5号の 0 . 1重量%水溶液 (4重量%クェン酸含有) に 5 0 °Cで 2 0分間浸潰した後 (浴比 1 5倍) 、 1分間水洗し、 十分に乾燥させる ことにより、 染色毛束を得た。
得られた染色毛束を分光測色計を用いて測定し、 染色毛束と未染色毛束との色 差 (Δ Ε ) を算出し、 染色性を評価した。 表 4
表 4に示された結果から、 PE Iを含有する酸性染毛剤用前処理剤 (実施例 2 1〜24)で処理した場合、 比較例 5 (PE Iを含有せず、 図 5) と対比して、 染料の浸透が促進されていることに起因して、 染色性および堅牢性に優れたもの であることがわかる。
また、 PE Iと尿素が併用されている酸性染毛剤用前処理剤 (実施例 23〜2 4、 図 3〜4) は、 PE I単独使用の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤 (実施例 21〜22 、 図 1〜2) と対比して、 染料の浸透が促進されていることに起因して、 染色性 および堅牢性に優れ、 すすぎ時のきしみ感がないことがわかる。
また、 PE Iを含有せず、 尿素を含有する酸性染毛剤用前処理剤 (比較例 6) を用いて処理した場合には (図 6)、 染色性および堅牢性はあまり向上しないが 、 尿素と PE Iとを含有する酸性染毛剤用前処理剤 (実施例 23〜24) を用い で処理した場合には (図 3〜4)、 染色性および堅牢性に優れ、 すすぎ時のきし み感がないことがわかる。 実施例 25〜26および比較例 7〜9
表 5に示す含有量となるように、 PE I、 コ一夕ミン 86W、 尿素および 1一 メチルー 2—ピロリ ドンを蒸留水に溶解させて酸性染毛剤用前処理剤を得た。 次に、 得られた酸性染毛剤用前処理剤を用いて染色性、 堅牢性およびきしみ感 を評価した。 その結果を表 5に示す。
なお、 染色性は以下の方法にしたがって調べ、 堅牢性およびきしみ感は実施例 1〜5と同様にして調べた。
〔染色性〕
乾燥した人毛白髪毛束 1 gを酸性染毛剤用前処理剤中に 50°Cで 15分間浸漬 し (浴比 15倍) 、 1分間水洗した後、 キムタオルで毛束中の水分を拭き取った 次に、 だいだい色 205号の 0. 1重量%水溶液 (4重量%クェン酸含有) に 5 0 °Cで 2 0分間浸漬した後 (浴比 1 5倍) 、 1分間水洗し、 十分に乾燥させる ことにより、 染色毛束を得た。
得られた染色毛束を分光測色計を用いて測定し、 染色毛束と未染色毛束との色 差 (ΔΕ) を算出し、 染色性を評価した。
なお、 ΔΕ値が大きいほど、 染色性がよいことを表わす。
表 5に示された結果から、 数平均分子量 70000の PE Iを含有する酸性染 毛剤用前処理剤 (実施例 25、 図 7)で処理した場合には、 PE Iを含有しない 酸性染毛剤用前処理剤 (比較例 7)で処理した場合と対比して、 染色性および堅 牢性に優れたものであることがわかる。
また、 PE Iの代わりに、 塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモニゥム (低分子量 のカチオン界面活性剤) を含有する酸性染毛剤用前処理剤 (比較例 8〜9)で処 理した場合には、 数平均分子量 70000の PE Iを含有する酸性染毛剤用前処 理剤 (実施例 25)で処理した場合と対比して、 染色性および堅牢性がやや向上 するものの、 きしみ感に劣ることがわかる。
また、 1 [平均分子量 70000の PE Iおよび尿素を含有する酸性染毛剤用前 処理剤 (実施例 26、 図 8)で処理した場合には、 塩化ステアリルトリメチルァ ンモニゥム (低分子量のカチオン界面活性剤) のみを含有する酸性染毛剤用前処 理剤 (比較例 8)で処理した場合と対比して、 堅牢性およびきしみ感に優れるこ とがわかる。 実施例 27〜30および比較例 10〜13
表 6に示す含有量となるように、 PE I、 コータミン 86W、 尿素、 および 1 ーメチル— 2—ピロリ ドンを蒸留水に溶解させて酸性染毛剤用前処理剤を得た。 次に、 得られた酸性染毛剤用前処理剤を用いて、 染色性、 堅牢性およびきしみ 感を評価した。 その結果を表 6に示す。
なお、 染色性は以下の方法にしたがって調べ、 堅牢性およびきしみ感は、 実施 例 1〜5と同様にして調べた。
〔染色性〕
乾燥した白髪毛束 1 gをブリーチ処理 (6%過酸化水素水 (pHl 0. 2)、 7. t. , 1 hr (浴比 1 : 50) ) することにより、 予め損傷毛を作製した。 これら白髪毛束 1 gを酸性染毛剤用前処理剤中に 5 (TCで 1 5分間浸漬し (浴比 1 5倍) 、 1分間水洗した後、 キムタオルで毛束中の水分をふき取った。
次に、 毛束に市販酸性染毛剤 Aを 5 g塗布し、 5 0 °Cで 2 0分間保温した後、 1分間水洗し、 十分に乾燥させることにより、 染色毛束を得た。
得られた染色毛束を分光測色計を用いて測定し、 染色毛束と未染色毛束との色 差 (Δ Ε ) を算出し、 染色性を評価した。
なお、 Δ Ε値が大きいほど、 染色性がよいことを表わす。

表 6に示された結果から、 健常毛に対して、 PE Iおよび尿素を含有する酸性 染毛剤用前処理剤 (実施例 27、 29)で処理した場合には、 前処理をしない場 合 (比較例 10) と対比して、 染色性、 および堅牢性に優れ、 すすぎ時のきしみ 感がないことがわかる。
損傷毛 (ブリーチ処理) に対しても、 PE Iおよび尿素を含有する酸性染毛剤 用前処理剤 (実施例 28、 30)で処理した場合には、 前処理をしない場合 (比 較例 1 1) と対比して、 染色性に優れ、 すすぎ時のきしみ感がないことがわかる 。 特に低分子量 PE Iおよび尿素を含有する酸性染毛剤用前処理剤 (実施例 30 ) で処理した場合には、 前処理をしない場合 (比較例 1 1) と対比して、 堅牢性 に優れたものであることがわかる。
また、 健常毛に対して、 PE Iの代わりに、 塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモ ニゥムおよび尿素を含有する酸性染毛剤用前処理剤 (比較例 12)で処理した場 合には、 前処理をしない場合 (比較例 10) と対比して、 染色性、 および堅牢性 に差がなく、 すすぎ時のきしみ感も改善されないことがわかる。
また、 損傷毛に対して、 PE Iの代わりに、 塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモ ニゥムおよび尿素を含有する酸性染毛剤用前処理剤 (比較例 13)で処理した場 合には、 前処理をしない場合 (比較例 1 1) と対比して、 染色性および堅牢性が 、 かえって悪くなり、 すすぎ時のきしみ感も改善されないことがわかる。 実施例 31、 比較例 14および参考例 1
PE I (SP- 003 )、 尿素および MPを蒸留水に溶解させて表 7に示す組 成からなる前処理剤を調製した。
得られた前処理剤の物性として、 風合い、 脱染性、 染色性、 堅牢性およびきし み感 (シャンプーすすぎ時のきしみ感) を以下の方法によって評価した。 その結 果を表 1に示す。
〔風合い〕 風合いは、 染色毛束を表 1に示す前処理剤に 5 0でで 20分間浸潰し (浴比 1 5倍) 、 1分間水洗した後、 十分に乾燥し、 以下の評価基準に基づいて専門パネ ラ一 5名によつて官能評価した。
(評価基準)
◎:非常に良好 ( 5名中 4〜 5名が風合いがよいと判定)
〇:良好 (5名中 3名が風合いがよいと判定)
△ :やや悪い (5名中 2名が風合いがよいと判定)
X ;悪い (5名中 0〜1名が風合いがよいと判定)
〔脱染性〕
乾燥した人毛白髪毛束 1 gに酸性染毛剤 〔 (株) ピアセラポ製、 商品名:ヘア メイクカラ一リシヱード 030〕 2 gを塗布し、 室温で 1 0分間保温した後、 1 分間水洗し、 十分に乾燥させることにより、 染色毛束を作製した。
次に、 この染色毛束を表 7に示す前処理剤に 5 0°Cで 20分閭浸漬し (浴比 1 5倍) 、 1分間水洗した後、 十分に乾燥させて脱染毛束を得た。
得られた脱染後の毛束の色差 (ΔΕ!)および脱染前の染色毛束の色差 (ΔΕ2) を分光測色計 〔日本電色工業 (株) 製、 商品名: SZ -∑ 80、 以下同じ〕 を用 いて測定し、 式:
〔脱染性〕 = 〔脱染前の染色毛束の色差 (ΔΕ2)〕
- 〔脱染後の毛束の色差 (ΔΕ )〕
にしたがって脱染性を評価した。 なお、 脱染性の数値が大きいほど、 脱染性に優 れる。
また、 参考のため、 染色前の乾燥した人毛白髪毛束 1 gに脱染処理を施さなか つたときの毛束の色差 (ΔΕ: ) を表 7に併記する (参考例 1)。
〔染色性〕
上記で染色毛束に脱染処理を施して得られた毛束 (実施例 3 1および比較例 1 4) およぴ脱染処理が施されていない染色毛束 (参考例 1) に、 酸性染毛剤 〔 ( 株) ピアセラボ製、 商品名:ヘアメイクカラーリシェード 0 3 0〕 2 gを塗布し 、 5 0 °Cで 2 0分間保温した後、 1分間水洗し、 十分に乾燥させることにより、 染色毛束を作製した。
得られた染色毛束の色差 (Δ Ε 3)を分光測色計 〔日本電色工業 (株) 製、 商品 名: S Z—∑ 8 0、 以下同じ〕 を用いて測定した。 なお、 染色毛束の色差 (Δ Ε 3)が大きいほど、 染色性が優れることを示す。
〔堅牢性〕
実施例 3 1および参考例 1について、 前記 〔染色性〕 で得られた染色毛束を処 理液 〔ポリオキシエチレン (ォキシエチレンの付加モル数: 3 ) ラウリルェ一テ ル硫酸ナトリウム (花王 (株) 製、 商品名:エマール 2 0 C ) の 1 0重量%水溶 液〕 中に 4 0 °Cで 3時間浸漬した (後浴比 1 5倍) 。
この染色毛束を 1分間水洗し、 室温で乾燥させた後、 前記処理を行なった後の 毛束の色差 (Δ Ε 4 ) を求めた。
なお、 染色毛束の色差 (Δ Ε 3)と、 前記処理を行なった後の毛束との色差 (Δ Ε 4 ) との差が小さいほど、 堅牢性に優れている。
一方、 前記処理後の処理液には染色毛束から染料が溶出している。 したがって 、 染料の溶出の程度を調べるため、 その処理液を 3 0倍に希釈した溶液の染料溶 出度 (溶液中における溶出した染料濃度、 波長 4 8 7 n mにおける吸光度) を調 ベた。 なお、 染色毛束の染色性能が同程度である場合、 この染料溶出度が小さい ほど、 堅牢性に優れている。
〔シャンプー水洗時のきしみ感〕
実施例 3 1および参考例 1について、 前記 〔染色性〕 で得られた染色毛束を処 理液 〔ポリオキシエチレン (ォキシエチレンの付加モル数: 3 ) ラウリルエーテ ル硫酸ナトリゥム (花王 (株) 製、 商品名:エマール 2 0 C ) の 1 0重量%水溶 液〕 を用いて水洗時のきしみ感を専門パネラー 5名に調べてもらい、 以下の評価 基準に基づいて評価した。 T/JP01/06033

〇:良好 (5名中 3名がきしみ感がないと評価)
△ :やや悪い (5名中 2名がきしみ感がないと評価)

表 7に示された結果から、 P E Iを含有する前処理剤で処理を行なった場合に は (実施例 3 1 )、 P E Iを含有しない前処理剤で処理を行なった場合 (比較例 1 4 ) と対比して、 脱染性および風合いに優れ、 きしみ感 (シャンプー水洗時の きしみ感) がほとんどないという優れた効果が発現されることがわかる。
また、 P E Iを含有する前処理剤で処理を行なった後に染色を行なった場合に は (実施例 3 1 ) 、 脱染処理を施さなかった毛髪に染色を行なった場合と対比し ても (参考例 1 ) 、 染色性及び堅牢性が優れている。 処方例 1 〔ジエルタイプの酸性染毛剤用前処理剤の調製〕
以下の各成分を混合して、 ジ ルタイプの酸性染毛剤用前処理剤を調製した。

本発明の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤は、 酸性染毛剤による染色性およぴ堅牢性をよ り一層向上させるという効果を奏する。

Claims

請求の範囲
1 . アミン系ポリマーおよび第四級アンモニゥム基含有ポリマーからなる群よ り選ばれた少なくとも 1種のカチオンポリマーを含有してなる酸性染毛剤用前処 理剤。
2 . カチオンポリマーの含有量が 0 . 0 1〜3 0重量%である請求項 1記載の 酸性染毛剤用前処理剤。
3 . カチオンポリマーがポリエチレンィミンまたはその誘導体である請求項 1 または 2記載の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤。
4 . ポリエチレンィミンまたはその誘導体の数平均分子量が 3 0 0〜5 0 0 0 0 0である請求項 3記載の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤。
5 . さらに尿素を含有する請求項 1〜 4いずれか記載の酸性染毛剤用前処理剤
6 . 尿素の含有量が 0 . 1〜 6 0重量%である請求項 5記載の酸性染毛剤用前 処理剤。
