Abstract

The invention relates to a case for a dental cleaning device and to the corresponding dental cleaning device. More specifically, the invention relates to a dental cleaning device comprising a support bearing a flavoured dental tape. The ends of said tape are connected to wide-open U-shaped arms. The inventive cleaning device, which is made from a flexible material, also comprises a handle-forming projecting element. The distance separating the aforementioned U-shaped arms enables the floss to be moved such as to rub the inner portion of the teeth. According to the invention, the surface of the tape floss is uneven, which facilitates the rubbing action. The dental cleaning device is disposed in a case having a lateral configuration corresponding to the shape of the cleaning device. The case includes a unit-dispensing device with a non-return means comprising a preferably-plastic strap which enables cleaners to be slid out of the case while preventing already-extracted cleaners from being reinserted therein. The invention is suitable for use in the production of dental cleaning devices which are disposed in cases.

The technical sector of this invention is that of dental cleaners. Indication of the prior art.

The dental cleaning device that is formed by a dental floss support is known. There are permanent type, or combined with a handle. In almost all cases they have a thread support configuration so that it allows insertion into the dental interstices.

None of these devices is associated -a-a-supply-that-guarantee-that-the-new-product- is always new, as there could be a risk that by mistake or bad faith, it could be reintegrated a cleaning device used among the new ones. The dental cleaning device is constituted by a flexible body that houses the dental tape or floss, and by its configuration allows it to be grasped along its entire body, providing great precision not only in its use as a cleaning instrument, but which also generates sufficient stability in the hands that guarantees its easy handling, extraction or handling.

The object of the present invention is a case for dental cleaners and corresponding dental cleaner that constitutes a proper dispenser that houses the cleaners for its supply, so that it comprises a hygienic configuration, of easy access, of impossible return of a used instrument, and of simple structure that supposes the economy of purchase, the versatility of use, and that is discarded after the use of its content preventing the eventual contamination that the course of a long time or that recharges of material could produce. It has a fixing base to replace only the disposable part, reinstalling another unit containing new units. In order to make clearer the explanation that will follow, three sheets of drawings are attached that in five figures represent the essence of the present invention.

The toothbrush holder case is configured as a set with the corresponding cleaners, intended to be consumed and discarded, cleaners and case, guaranteeing the hygiene of the set.

The structure of the assembly comprises a case, which is configured by a prismatic body, a mobile inner wall and a fixed cover between which said cleaners are arranged, the mobile wall being pressed by straps that tend to carry the set of cleaners towards the fixed cover 11.

Said fixed cover 11 has at one end a opening 15 cooperating with a notch or recess 14 made in the body of the container, to facilitate the removal of the corresponding cleaner. Inside the cover 11 has a strip 12 separated by its end 13 so that said separation prevents the re-entry of a cleaner removed or partially removed.

The strips 2, 3, can constitute with the container a single body, and they can also be joined by gluing or any arrangement that guarantees its function.

The cleaners, are constituted either in a single body, preferably injection, or by gluing or welding two sheets between which the dental tape 17 is arranged between points 21 and 22 of said cleaner.

A preferred configuration is carried out by the arrangement of an angled material as represented by 19.1 so that greater thinness of the material constitutes a similar stiffness and elasticity, of modb ^~ qtfe ^~ cab ^~ en ^~ mas ^~ e ^" ementσ ^ same volume.

The cleaners are provided with a small deformation 19.1 at a midpoint of the "ü" in the part of the handle. This means that its small elevation pulls during the extraction of a cleaner unit, to the next, partially, until the cleaner removed, exceeds the recess 15, in which when released it stops pulling on said next unit.

Base 24 has conventional devices of wall fixing, such as a double-sided adhesive tape, a simple adhesive coating, or a pair of holes. The union of the base to the case takes place by incorporating prominences complementary to corresponding cavities, or conventional guides.
