Abstract

The invention relates to a liquid container, especially for drinks or mouthwash, comprising a removable closing element, for example a bottle with a screw top, and at least one volume that is not filled by the liquid. The aim of the invention is to provide one such container which is hygienic and easy to handle, and enables the user to have a frequent dental care routine without being dependent on outlets selling dental care items and on a supply of liquid. To this end, a toothbrush (Z), or at least the head (5) thereof, is provided in a volume of the liquid container (B) or the closing element (3), which is not normally filled with liquid.

The invention relates to a liquid container, in particular for drinks or mouthwashes, with a removable closure, for example bottle with screw cap, with at least one volume not filled by the liquid.

From US Pat. No. 3,880,281 A a toothbrush cup is known, to which a sterile packed toothbrush with already added toothpaste is releasably attached. For dental hygiene, however, the user is dependent on the supply of water. Moreover, the toothbrush attached to the outside of the cup can easily be unintentionally separated from the cup.

Furthermore, a toothbrush arrangement is described in US Pat. No. 6,536,979 B1, in which a toothbrush is attached to a water container and can be supplied with it by means of water for the tooth brushing operation. Also toothpaste can be included. The water tank is purely intended for use in dental hygiene and therefore holds only a very limited amount of water that is not otherwise usable.

Now, however, it is known that after each meal of food, the brushing of the teeth is medically useful, but especially outside of home is hardly performed, since usually the necessary dental care articles are not mitzubringen and are not widely available. The object of the present invention is a simple and practical designed liquid container, which gives the user the ability to clean their teeth at any time regardless of the supply of dental care articles and also independent of the supply of liquid. This object is achieved in that a toothbrush, but at least the head, in a non-liquid-filled volume of the liquid container or the closure is present. According to a first embodiment of the invention, the volume, which is normally not filled with liquid, is provided with the toothbrush and / or the container with dental care products on the closure of the liquid container. If the toothbrush with its head, possibly also the container with dental care products, are arranged in a detachably closed area in or on the closure, the hygienic storage is ensured until use.

For easy access, it is advantageous if the area of the closure with the head of the toothbrush, possibly even with the container with dental care products, covered by a thin film and thus separated from the area with the liquid.

Good space utilization can be achieved in that the closure is designed as a screw, wherein the head of the toothbrush, possibly even the container with dental care products, in the cavity of the closure, which cavity is due to production anyway present and otherwise not used meaningfully.

Optimum accessibility in both manufacture and handling can be ensured in an embodiment of the invention wherein the volume, normally unmedicated, with the toothbrush and / or dental care product container is on the side of the closure opposite the region of the liquid.

An even further simplification in the production and also the handling of the dental care articles is achieved with a further embodiment of the invention, in which a container for the toothbrush, possibly also for the dental care products, placed as a separate component on the closure of the container or attached to the container itself is. Thus, in principle, any liquid container with the dental care articles can be equipped, the use of reusable containers is thus made possible and even the replacement of any damaged or lost dental care articles is easy and quick to carry out.

An easy-to-open variant provides that the toothbrush is firmly connected to the closure or a part of the container placed on the closure and covered by a detachable, preferably by means of screw or bayonet closure, protective tube.

If, furthermore, the screw caps of the closure and the protective tube as well as the closure and the liquid container are dimensioned the same, the protective tube can be used as a handpiece. handle on the closure to be screwed, the closure itself must carry or contain essentially only the head of the toothbrush. In any embodiment of the liquid container, the hygiene and optimal storage of the dental care articles can be ensured until use, if at least the head of the toothbrush, at most the entire toothbrush, is covered by a thin film or a sheath.
