Description
Technical field
Object of the present invention is a Rolled down and disposable tooth brush for the oral hygiene, in the his varying possibility, it is made up of a thimble consisting of a thin and elastic tubular membrane made of natural and synthetic latex, which can be rolled up and down over a finger and, on its front, corresponding to its closed end or on circular parts of the thimble surface, a cleaning part provided with bristles or barbells on which a substance made of tooth dust or paste or gel is added, or sprinkled or soaked in it, is set
Technical status
Have been stated conceived and produced tooth brushes for the oral hygiene not supplied of the classical necessary rigid handle to be grab and the execution on the teeth of the movement of cleaning, but constituted from a support of flexible element for the cleaning element, and of a lodging element of an or more human fingers to realize the movement of cleaning on the teeth.
In fact to the applicant is known a tooth brush produced from the Molis International GmbH constituted from a device in silicone conformed to thimble to insert on the finger, and dedicated to the use in the children. The device is reusable, but before the use it is necessary sterilize it in hot water for three minutes.
Are also known in commerce even little disposable dental napkins, that are inserted to the finger as thimbles; they are used without water and is not necessary to rinse the mouth after the use.
Is known the demand of Italian patent SS2002A000003 in the name Gian Luca Atzori regarding an elastic tooth brush for the cleaning of the teeth, disposable, to an extremity of which is set the thimble that supports the active part, while from the other an adjustable ring with taking in elastic traction, determinate from the opposite extension of index and thumb, fit to allow a sure taking, that facilitates the brushing. Seems that said patent in his more distinctive part, that is the taking in elastic traction with the index and the thumb, is entirely anticipated by patents foreigners in particular from the FR711954 patent and from the US5875513 patent. In the inventions over finds quoted some drawback or limitations, in fact brush thimble of the Molis firm is not sterile neither disposable.
The little dental napkins not have bristles that allow the inter dental removal of the food residues, they are rubbed simply on the teeth. The brush invented from Mr. Gian Luca Atzori inserts on the first phalanx of the index finger and is held in traction on the thumb with a ring, leaving open all the part remainder of the index finger, that comes into contact with the mouth, results, then, a few hygienic. The purposes of the invention
Purpose of the present invention is realize a device for the dental hygiene and, more generally, of the mouth, capable of obviate to the deficiencies of the preceding technique, to be of small encumbrance and absolutely hygienic, that consents to perform with facility the cleaning of any part of the teeth, to be at once ready in the use, to be of the type " disposable ", usable easily from anyone, adult or child, so economic and functional that can be sold even by automatic machines, installed in places to temporary transit, like hotels, hospitals, schools, stand airport and railway, [etc].
Description of the attached drawings and way in which the invention is realized These and other characteristics as well as advantages will result evident from the following description and from the enclosed drawings furnished to only indicative purposes and not limitative, in which: the fig.1 shows, a realization form, of the applied invention on a finger and ready to the use; the fig. 2 shows, a realization form of the invention in the rolled up position. the fig. 3 shows, in a schematic sight, a realization form of the cleaning mean and of the thimble in latex; the fig 4 shows in schematic sight the cleaning part in partnership indissolubly to the tubular one constituted by bristles or barb and it covers, completely, until almost half the anterior surface of the thimble in latex; the fig 5 shows in schematic sight the cleaning part constituted by bristles or barbels and it covers the anterior surface of the thimble in latex, according to a longitudinal strips , spaced and parallel among them; the fig 6 shows in schematic sight a further form of realization of the present invention the cleaning part in partnership indissolubly to the tubular one constituted by bristles or barbels it covers the anterior surface, according course to a circular rings spaced and parallel among them.
The tooth brush object of the present invention is constituted essentially from a thin and much elastic membrane, of tubular form (1), closed to an extreme, in natural or synthetic latex, which can be rolled up or down to cover the index finger of an adult or of a child according to the formats products, and, anteriorly, in correspondence of its closed extreme or on circular portions of surface of the thimble, is carried out a mean of cleaning supplied of bristles or barbels on which it is add, lost or impregnate a substance constituted to dust or toothpaste or tooth gel. In particular, in a first form of realization the cleaning part associate indissolubiy to the tubular (1 ) is constituted by bristles or barbells, eventually in latex, and it covers, entirely, at least the half of the anterior surface (2) of the thimble in latex; in a second realization of form preferred of the present invention the cleaning part associate indissolubiy to the tubular, which can be rolled or down, is constituted from bristles or barbells, eventually in latex, and it covers the anterior surface of the latex thimble, according to circular rings (3) spaced and parallel among them; in a third form of realization the cleaning part is constituted from bristles or barbells, eventually in latex, and it covers the anterior surface of the latex thimble, according to longitudinal strips (4), spaced and parallel among them; in a fourth form of realization the cleaning part associate indissolubiy to the thimble in natural or synthetic latex is constituted from barbels in cotton twisteded fibers or of silk; in a fifth form of realization the cleaning part associate indissolubly to the thimble in natural or synthetic latex is constituted from barbels in twisted fibers of a spongy polymeric material.
In all these variations of the invention of the tooth brush, the means of cleaning is able non to be provided any position of tooth substance, in lost form, or impregnate in the bristles or in the barbels, but this may be in partnership with the disposable tooth brush within a sealed wrapping in form to compressed dust (tablet), or in paste form or tooth gel. In an other realization form of the present invention, tooth brush disposable for the oral hygiene is constituted from a thin tubular membrane in latex, natural or synthetic, and/or rolled up or down, on which is positioned in correspondence of the peak of the tubular membrane, for perimetric gluing, the cleaning body, constituted from a plaque of circular form (5), square or rectangular, or more generally polygonal, supplied on its bristle surface (6) and of an or more passing holes (7); to the underside of the bristles, mediate among the membrane in latex and cleaning body, in a little knapsack, is set the tooth substance, semisolid or in gel, finally the tubular membrane comes rolled up (8) as a condom and the all manufactured in sealed envelope. The base of the cleaning body can be realized in different materials, in compatible flexible plastics with the latex, in latex same, or in an thick cloth for example of cotton or silk. In all and three the cases the seal of the cleaning body to the underlying membrane happens for perimetric adhesion, by gluing or impregnation in the case of the cloth, so that to be able to insert centrally, in the formed hollow, the tooth substance. If the base of the cleaning body is realized rigid, it may be used, instead of the gluing, a seal ring action to insert the membrane among the ring and the perimeter of the base of the cleaning body.
In a further form of realization of the present invention tooth brush disposable for the oral hygiene is constituted by a thin tubular membrane in latex, natural or synthetic, which can be rolled up or down, on which comes positioned, for gluing or impregnation, the cleaning body, constituted from a plaque of thick cotton cloth or silk, of circular shape, or rectangular or square shape, or polygonal, supplied on its surface of bristles; the position of tooth substance, comes in league with the disposable tooth brush within a sealed pack. In an other preferred version the cleaning body endowed with bristles in latex, it may be realized monolithic with the rolled up membrane, realizing a little cavity among the cleaning portion and the underlying membrane so that to be able to inject in it the tooth substance and then to realize a sealing. Once on the fingertip of the index finger , the circular mouth of the thimble in rolled up latex (8) of the tooth brush, with a simple action of dragging comes unrolled long all the finger (9); the tooth brush in accordance with the invention is ready for the use, enough the practised pressure by the finger that breaks the sealing and makes to up again in the middle of the bristles, crossing the hole or the formed holes on the cleaning up head, the toothpaste, realizing so the classical dental cleaning with tooth brush and toothpaste. In this way the invention can be also usable even for the massage of the gums or the cleaning of the tongue. The tooth position can also contain a frothing substance, or antiseptic, or a product against the halitosis, against the dental tartar and the caries, [etc], or it may be a tablet, or to be injected in forms freeze-dried or in powder and to contact with the water and/or salted obtains in the paste or the tooth emulsion. The invention once unrolled and covered the finger in similar way to an elastic thimble, it guarantees an efficient taking without the danger of disengagement from the finger and a total hygiene because it cover the whole finger. Said invention results have the necessary characteristics convenience and facility of use as well as of resistance to front of the solicitations that happen during the use, therefore it may offer the more ample guarantees of reliability and safety operational; with compact dimension it contains all when need to wash the teeth; it is disposable, it may be used from anyone for the simplicity use, and allows, even out of house, a correct oral hygiene: the bristles, dispose in proximity of the peak of the index finger concur harmonic and anatomical movements that facilitate the correct brushing and favoring a better cleaning that, with the guide of the index finger results more precise and effective arriving even in the less accessible angles, where mostly stagnates the bacterial plate. The invention finds an election use even with the busied military personnel in mission, in the survival [kit], in environments of temporary transit, like restaurants, at home of acquaintances and in the tourist hotels especially in countries with climates favoring the diffusion of the germs, or with the prisoners where the use of the classical tooth brush with handle hard is to dissuade for security motives, and, naturally, in all the applications where the small encumbrance and maximum hygienic safety is desirable.
The invention results easily obtainable using materials of common availability in commerce, what the latex, natural or synthetic, that unfolds well precise physical and chemical in order to satisfy the request for the norms for the devices for human use, besides the invention once sterilized, is rolled up and manufactured in a custody of the type of what is use for the condoms. The all results however of competitive cost. Since previously described and illustrated it may see that the invention reaches the provost purposes.
