3、 开启开闭模汽缸带动上模板 31缓慢缩回, 刷毛丝束 5随上模板 31—起下行, 刷毛丝束 5边下行、 边熔化于摸型腔 4中, 直至上、 下模板 31、 41合拢。
4、 待上、 下摸板 31、 41完全合拢后, 剪切汽缸动作带动剪切刀具伸出切断刷 毛丝束 5后复位, 同吋下锁紧汽缸复位松开尼龙丝, 上锁紧汽缸动作锁紧尼龙丝 束。
[38] 5、 待以上各汽缸动作完成后, 开闭模汽缸重新伸出带动上模板 31上行至顶点
[39] 6、 当上模板 31上行吋, 刷毛丝束 5保持原地不动, 从各板的孔中穿出, 同吋顶 出已做好的刷头 1, 并重复下一轮制作。

Claims

权利要求书
[1] 一种刷头, 包括基底和刷毛, 所述刷毛设置于所述基底上, 其特征在于: 所述基底与刷毛一体成型。
[2] 如权利要求 1所述的刷头, 其特征在于: 所述基底由所述刷毛材料加热熔融 而成。
[3] 如权利要求 1所述的刷头, 其特征在于: 所述基底设置于一刷座上, 所述基 底与刷座其中一个组件上设置有凹槽, 另一组件上设置有所述凹槽对应的 凸起, 所述凸起嵌于所述凹槽内使所述基底与刷座固定连接。
[4] 如权利要求 1-3任一项所述的刷头, 其特征在于: 所述基底上按照使用需求 排列不同粗细的所述刷毛。
[5] 一种生产如权利要求 1所述刷头的刷头制造装置, 其特征在于: 其包括用于 固定所述刷毛的固定部, 和将所述刷毛与基底一体成型的模型腔, 所述固 定部设置于所述模型腔上方。
[6] 如权利要求 5所述的刷头制造装置, 其特征在于: 所述模型腔设置于一下模 板上, 所述下模板上还设置有可对所述模型腔加热的加热装置, 所述模型 腔形状与所述基底的形状相应。
[7] 如权利要求 6所述的刷头制造装置, 其特征在于: 所述下模板的底部设置有 用于推动所述固定部上下运动的开闭模驱动装置。
[8] 如权利要求 5所述的刷头制造装置, 其特征在于: 所述固定部包括与所述刷 毛高度一致的上模板和用于固定刷毛丝束的锁紧装置, 于所述上模板与锁 紧装置之间设置有用于切断所述刷毛丝束的剪切装置, 所述锁紧装置、 剪 切装置和上模板上设置有用于穿设所述刷毛丝束的通孔, 所述通孔和模型 腔设置于同一轴线上。
[9] 如权利要求 8所述的刷头制造装置, 其特征在于: 所述剪切装置包括剪切板 和设置于所述剪切板底部的剪切刀具, 所述剪切刀具与一剪切驱动装置连 接。
[10] 如权利要求 8所述的刷头制造装置, 其特征在于: 所述锁紧装置包括上锁紧 板和下锁紧板, 于所述上、 下锁紧板之间设置有用于穿设所述刷毛丝束的 喇叭导管, 所述喇叭导管与通孔相连通。
