Abstract

This invention relates to medical cosmetic composition, which is based on herbal extract, and that includes the whole herbs/or their parts, and that the following herbs: Comfrey - Symphytum officinale, St. John's Wort - Hypericum perforatum, chamomile - Matricaria chamomilla, nettle - Urtica dioica, calendula - Calendula officinalis, sage - Salvia officinalis, milfoil - Achilea millefolium, thyme - Thymus vulgaris, dog rose - Rosa canina, carrot - Daucus carota, Winter savory - Satureja kitaibelii Wierzb. ex Heuff., cucumber - Cucumis sativus, mint - Mentha piperita, Walnut - Juglans regia, parsley - Petroselinum Hortense, broccoli - Brassica oleracea L, Elder - Sambucus nigra, Melissa - Melissa officinalis, lady's mantle - Alchemilla vulgaris, cinnamon - Cinnamomum Zeylanicum, distaff - Equisetum arvense, lady's bedstraw - Galium Verum, pepper - Capsicum annuum L, caraway - Carum carvi L., shepherd's purse - Capsella bursa pastoris, dandelion - Tarxacum officinale, plantain - Plantago major, tomato - Solanum lycopersicum, white horehound - Marrubium vulgare, alfalfa - Medicago sativa, linden - Tilia platyphyllos, basil - Ocimum basilicum, raspberry - Rubus idaeus, Green Tea - Camellia sinensis, and daisy - Bellis perennis, the procedure for obtaining medical-cosmetic composition by extraction in ethanol or glicerine with addition of mineral water, primarily of volcanic origin. The composition is used for treating diseases and disorders of facial and body skin, mucosa, blood vessels, muscle-bone system, reproductive system and thyroid gland., by spraying, i.e. in the form of spray, by which is achieved uniform application and facilitated penetration into the pores, but also in the form of roll-on bottles and wet wipes.

MEDICAL COSMETIC HERBAL COMPOSITION ON THE BASIS OF HERBAL MIXTURE AND THE PROCEDURE FOR ITS OBTENTION

This invention relates to the composition and production of herbal composition for treating the skin in a form of spray, roll-on and wet wipes. In order to obtain this composition, it is necessary to mix the appropriate amount of herbs, ethanol and volcanic mineral water.

This invention also relates to the way of packing herbal composition in the form of spray and application of herbal composition on the skin by spraying, roll-on and wet wipes. Finally, this invention relates to effects of the composition, which can simultaneously effect on different diseases and disorders of facial and body skin, throat, nose, blood vessels, muscle-bone system, male and female reproductive system and thyroid gland.

Technical field

The subject of the invention, in general, refers to the process of obtaining medical cosmetic composition, which represents an extract of herbal mixture that is used as a spray, roll-on and wet wipes. The state of art

There are known various methods and means for the treatment of the above mentioned diseases and disorders. For this purpose, it is used a wide variety of pharmaceutical preparations prepared by different procedures (antibiotics (local, oral and systemic), antihistamines, oral contraceptives, corticosteroids, retinoids, antifungals, antiviral drugs, analgesics, immunosuppressives, keratolyses, antirheumatics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and etc.), while each of these diseases is treated with one or more preparation with use additional invasive methods of treatment (surgical and laser treatments, dermoabrasion, cryotherapy, electrocauterization, chemical peeling, etc.). Using of pharmaceutical preparations and invasive methods of treatment for these disorders and diseases last longer, with a relatively low percentage of healing, a relatively high number of recurrences of a disease, as well as with a variety of side effects. Recently, there is an increased use of phytomedicine, which is based on using preparations based on medicinal herbs and there is great interest and research focused on antioxidants, vitamins, flavonoids, phytoncides, tannins, poliphenolic and other compounds that originated from medicinal plants and their role in the prevention and treatment of diseases. It is known that is necessary to mix more plants for the treatment of almost every disease, were the only problem in finding a recipe that gives the best results, as well as finding the best way of extracting which would preserve the maximum effectiveness of the herbs.

Research in technical litearture and patent documents have shown that there are a number of patents that protect the procedures for obtaining herbal compositions consisting of several species of medicinal plants, as well as the composition themselves for the treatment of individual or part of the above-mentioned diseases (patent application no. P-1173 /86, P-440/97, P-440/97, U.S. 7658957 U.S. 6238707, U.S. 6312736, U.S. 20090291155 and U.S. 20070212432), but there is no patent relating to a herbal composition that is used to treat several types of diseases and disorders (above metioned).

This herbal composition is completely natural and does not contain heavy metals (mercury, lead, etc.), which can be found in creams and sticks. Applying them to the skin, heavy methal enter the body, where they are deposited, and where they permanently damage the organs by their action.

Unlike synthetic drugs and invasive method of treatment, the application of this composition has no side effects such as irritation of the digestive tract and skin, allergic reactions and pain caused by medications, and unlike other herbal preparations, has a wider range and stronger action.

This composition contains a combination of herbal ingredients that is formulated to influence several diseases and disorders with active ingredients that have antioxidant, vazodilatatory, antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, adstringenic, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, antiflogistic, regenerative, stimulatory, haemostatic, cosmetic and other effects. The combination of these agents shows synergistic effect in contact with skin. Unlike other herbal-based compositions, the composition provided by this invention has a greater effect due to the unique combination of herbs and ways of applying this composition by spraying with spray and applying with roll-on and wet wipes, which increases the action of active agents because of their uniform application and facilitate penetration into the pores. Comfrey {Symphytum officinale)

Comfrey contains allantoin, choline, alantron, mucus, tannin, resin, rubber, Asparagine, cinoglosine, symphitine, consolicine and consolidine. Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)

Marigold (Calendula officinalis)

Besides vitamin C, rosehip contains vitamins A, D, E, B, B2, PP and K, fatty acids, flavonoids and some essential oils.

The juice containes three types of polyphenols - tannins, anthocyans and ellagic acid, which is very powerful antioxidants that protect cells on a molecular level from the devastating effects of free radicals.

Rosehip has an effect on regeneration and rejuvenation of the skin, healing scars, burns, stretch marks and removes wrinkles, helps treat hyperpigmentation and acne, eczema and dermatitis.

Broccoli [Brassica oleracea)

The fresh Broccoli contains vitamin A, C, E and B2, manganese, sodium, calcium and iron. Broccoli is an excellent antioxidant. Because of vitamin C termolability, broccoli should be used raw. Cucumber {Cucumis sativus)

Cucumber contains a large amount of mineral substances, of which about half makes potassium, and the other half calcium, phosphorus, sodium, iron, manganese and iodine. Shepherd's-purse contains essential oil, mustard oil, bursine, bursinic acid, disometin, hesperatin, Tyramine, choline, acetylcholine, resin, histamine, rutin, flavonoids, saponins, sulfur, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, sodium, iron, carotene and vitamins C, Bl, B2 and K.

It is abortive, adstrigent, aphrodisiac, antibacteric, antiphlogistic, antioxidant, drastic, detoxicant, chemolytic, hemostyptic, metabolic, regenerator, styptic, stimulant and vasoconstrictor.

Shepherd's-purse squeezes the blood vessels, and therefore it is used to stop bleeding nose, bleeding veins on the legs, continual bleeding, the womb bleeding and too strong menstruation (regulates bleeding in puberty and menopause). It is used for treating atrophy, i.e. dying muscles. Also, shepherd's-purse has effect on gout, rheumatism, neuralgic pains in the back, inflammatory condition of joints and arthritis. Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.)

Essential oils have antibacterial cells, antifungal, antioxidant, antiviral, sedative, narcotic and spasmolytic action. Citral and citronella have a calming effect on the central nervous system. Balm stimulates hormonal activity, and it is used for treatment of thyroid gland disorders. It is used in treatment of skin diseases like herpesa symplex and herpes labialis. It is also used in the face and body cosmetic for skin with various skin impurities.

Pepper (Capsicum annuum L)

Red pepper contains mineral ingredients, vitamin C (the amount depends on the variety), vitamins Bl, B2, PP, P, iron, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, sodium, alkaloids capsaicin (hot taste), carotene and caratenoids, capsanthin and capsorubin (red color), solanine, lutein, solasodine, citrine, xanthophyll, cryptoxanthin and aromatic substances.

Vitamin value of vitamin C is supplemented by vitamin B complex and vitamin P, which is in charge of peripheral circulation. Capiscin, medicinal ingredient of pepper, with bitter taste, which has the highest content in the inner pepper veins, has antiseptic effect. It is believed that pepper has aphrodisiac properties based on its influence on strengthening of the circulation. Cayenne pepper is used to treat rheumatic pain, neuralgia, lumbago, arthritis and various inflammatory processes, early fase of infectious diseases, a consequence of infection with herpes zoster, and hemorrhoids.

Distaff (Equisetum arvense L.)

Distaff contains silicon dioxide, Saponin equisetonin, which dissolves in water, and it hydrolyzes on levulose, arabinose and crystal aglicon equisetogenin. There is more aconitic, oxalic and malic acids, resins, tannins, pectin, flavonoid heterosides, vitamin C, carotenoids and bitter substances.

Distaff has astringent, antiseptic, haemostatic, diuretic and antiinflammatoric effect. Because it is rich in silicon dioxide, distaff is the most used in problems with connective tissue and cartilage. Silicon is an integral part of bone, cartilage and connective tissue, and it is used in the treatment of fractures, for bones healing and ligament injuries. It is known that the amount of silicon in the bones, connective tissue, ligaments, arteries and skin decreases with age. Distaff represents a replacement and one of the natural methods of prevention and natural treatment. Distaff can be used for the healing of bone fractures, injuries of ligaments and the treatment of gout, rheumatism and edema. Distaff is used for treatment of minor injuries to stop bleeding (bites, scratch), menorrhagia, bleeding gums, varicose veins and hemorrhoids. It is used for the treatment of skin diseases and cleansing impure and oily skin (effectively reduces enlarged pores, eliminates acne and pimples and clears and tones the skin).

Daisy (Bellis perenis L.)

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale)

Dandelion contains taraxacin and taraxacerin which are bitter, hydrosoluble heteroside substances that are in the highest ratio in the milky juice. The root contains besides them an enzyme choline, essential oils, resins, fatty acids, a lot of inulin, phytosterols, from which are isolated terpen alcohols: taraxasterol and beta-amyrin. Dandelion root purifies and strengthens the body. It is useful for treating skin diseases (eczema, ulcers and allergies). Helps in treating gout and rheumatism, and for regulating irregular mestruation.

Caraway (Carum carvi L)

The main ingredient is caraway essential oil. There are more fatty oils, proteins, tannins, resins, wax, mucus, color, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, sodium, potassium, zinc, and vitamin A, Bl, B2 and B6. Caraway has, among other things, aromatic, antiseptic and ophthalmic effects. It is used to treat menstrual problems, uterine cramps, stimulate, strengthens and warms the mucosa and has no harmful effects. It is also used for refreshing breath, for treating toothache and carpal-tunnel syndrome, because it reduces pain in the hand.

Linden (Tilia platyphyllos)

Linden contains little essential oil, tannins, and vitamin C. Linden's flower is used for pain mollification as a very mild agent and for healing burns and wounds.

Green Tea (Thea sinensis L)

Green tea leaves are rich with fluorine that prevents harmful effects of caries bacteria in the oral cavitie. Tea also contains important minerals for human health, such as potassium, copper, iron and manganese. It contains theophylline and theobromine. It is used for wounds healing, skin care, oral cavity care, treating growths on the skin, dandruff in hair, burns and acne. Some ingredients of tea (quercetin, kaempferol and myricetin) prevent the development of cancer. The tea has been proven to have antimicrobial activity and deodorant effect.

Lady's bedstraw (Galium Verum L.)

Lady's bedstraw contains galiozin, aucubin, saponins, organic acids, red color and vitamin C. It belongs to a group anticarcinomic, antiinflammatoric, antipyretic, antispasmatic, adstrigenic, detoxicant, diaforetic, diuretics, dermetic, hemostyptic, cosmetics, lymphatic, sedation, secretolitic and toning. It is used to treat skin conditions (different skin impurities, lichen, eczema, psoriasis and skin tumors), and bleeding.

Raspberry (Rubus idaeus)

Raspberry leaf is used to rinse mouth for mucous inflammation, inflammation of the throat, treat menstrual and hormonal disorders, strength the uterus, prevent miscarriage, infertility in women, vitamine deficiency disease and eczema.

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum)

Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum)

Tomato contains minerals (potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, sodium, iron, zinc, copper and sulfur), vitamins (A, Bl, B2, B6, PP, C, E and K) and from other materials it contains organic acids (malic and citric), lycopene, pectin and cellulose. An increased level of lycopene in the tissues reduces their oxidative damage. In particular, lycopene with other antioxidants the free radicals and link together neutralize their harmful effects and improve overall antioxidative status of the whole body. It has a protective effect on the skin and improves the skin tone and can reduce wrinkles, because it contains large quantities of procollagen, which protects the skin elasticity. Alfalfa (Medicago sativa)

Alfalfa is rich in proteins, minerals and trace elements, vitamins C, E, A and B, flavonoids and chlorophyll. It is used for treating of various conditions of arthritis and skin diseases. It has a beneficial effect in the case of frequent bleeding from the nose, strengthens the blood system and has a mild antimicrobial effect. It contributes to the healing of erosion, ulcers, open wounds and helps fight the infection. Alfalfa contributes to reduction of inflammatory process, and because of that, it is used for treatment of arthritis and rheumatism.There is assumption that the active ingredients of alfalfa are able to slow the development of fungi. Alfalfa has a slow and deep effect, and because of that, it can be applied to all chronic diseases.

White horehound (marrubium vulgare)

White horehound is used to treat diseases of female reproductive organs, sterility, and to normalize the menstrual cycle and balance hormones.

The process of obtaining extract of herbal mixture composition, according to this invention, consists of three phases:

1. Maceration - maceration is the first step of preparation, where the plants (can be used fresh and dried) are chopped in small pieces or clips. Plants can be chopped and ground in a blender, mixer and chopper grinder. This step of preparation is very important, because the finer plant is divided, it is the bigger surface exposed to the extraction.

2. Extraction - Extraction is the second step of preparation where the above mentioned herbs are mixed with ethanol-aqueous or glicerol-aqueous media, in order to be extracted. Herbal mix is mixed at a rate of 1:4 to 1:7, preferably from 1:4 to 1:6 with a mixture of 50-90% of 96% ethanol and 10-50% volcanic mineral water, and the preferably 60-80% of 96% ethanol or glycerol and 20-40%, volcanic mineral water.

After mixing, the mixture is poured into oak, acacia, beech, pine, plum, cherry, sour cherry apple, pear, chestnut or mulberry barrels and left to settle for 15-45 days, preferably 20-30 days, with occasionally stirring. This process can be carried out in glass, plastic, metal or wooden vessels filled with evenly spaced wooden palettes (oak, mulberry, beech, acacia, pear, cherry, soar cherry, plum, chestnut, apple, pine and fir) with size of 10x100x1000 mm. Palette contact area with the above mixture is 10-150 cm² / I, preferably 70-100 cm² / I of composition. Wooden slats serve to increase the contact area with the mixture, by which is achieved speeding up the process of forming the final composition. In addition, the dissolution or breakdown of the ingredients that make the basic structure of the wood of which are made slats (lignin, hemicellulose, tannin) creates a series of aromatic alcohols, aldehydes, pentoses, hexoses and tannins that give flavor and color to the composition.

3. Percolation, packaging and storage of composition - After aging is done, the first obtained liquid phase is pouring in a wooden barrels, or glass, metal and plastic with palettes 10x100x1000 mm in order to maintain the necessary contact surface composition - palette of 10-150cm²/l, preferably from 70-80 cm²/' (hereinafter referred to as container), and the rest is extracted with the roller presses with one or more pairs of horizontal or vertical cylinders, screw press with the ability of cooling screw and stator itself, hydraulic, pneumatic and manual presses. The resulting second liquid phase obtained from press is mixed with first liquid phase in the container. Then, the resulting semi-dry residue is placed in filter bags and pressed in hydraulic press with up to 500 bar pressure in the metal chromium nickel perforated container that is made of vertical circular fixed slat each in interval of 2-15 mm, or centrifuge. The third phase obtained is outflowed in the above metioned container and mixed with two other previously obtained liquid phases. This mix is left to age for 30-180 days, where new reactions and natural sedimentation occure, fine deposition of plant sediment and complete of clarification of composition. Vegetable cake obtained from the first and second phase of the pressing is used as an ecological fuel (which is obtained by cakes briquetting) in the densely populated area. Composition obtained in this way is packed is packed in a spray bottle with a micro pump and used in a spray. Bottle-packaging can be made of aluminum, chromium - nickel steel, plastic, or glass (amber, cobalt, or in any other colors that prevents contact of sunlight with the composition). Based on perennial research, it was realized an idea of way of getting a more natural, environmentally acceptable composition, obtained in the natural conditions, related to the one from which it originates and which do not contain heavy metals, chemical detergents and chemical components for the care and treatment of skin, body and mucous membranes. With careful selection of herbs which are extracted in different percentage relationships in aqueous alcohol or aqueous glycerol solvent, carefully selected volcanic mineral water, container and type of materials from which are they made, as well as with contact slats that catalyze with their contact new natural reactions, there were obtained very significant new natural chemical compounds that significantly shape this preparation into natural preparation for the treatment and care of the body, which is used in spray, roll-on and wet wipes. There were performed numerous tests, where the herbal composition is applied at least on 300 people, with very satisfactory results achieved.

In this regard, the composition provided by this invention is used as medical cosmetics for treating various diseases and changes on the skin and body that are grouped here, according to treatment methods, formulation of preparations and their relationship:

1. Face skin disorders and diseases

- Acne vulgaris

Using of composition leads to a balancing of the natural sebum level and the establishment of equilibrium. Subcutaneous pimples (acne) under inflammation treated 3-4 times a day with preparation disappear in a period of 7 days.

Pimples that appear in PMS disappear within 1-2 days with preparation use.

- Acne spots

Treating stains caused by unregular treatment of acnes by preparation 3-4 times within 3-4 days leads to a significant reduction of irregularities. With further treatment stains are equated with healthy skin.

- Erythema (caused by shaving and make up)

Content of herbal mixture to 1000 kg, obtained according to the procedure shown in the invention, which is given in Table 1, is chopped and grinded in a grinder and mixed in at rate 1:6 with a mixture of 60% of 96% ethanol or glycerol, and 40% volcanic mineral water. This process can be carried out in oak barrels or in glass, plastic, metal and wooden vessels which are filled with evenly spaced wooden palettes (oak) with size of 10x100x1000 mm. Content of herbal mixture to 1000 kg, obtained according to the procedure shown in the invention, which is given in Table 1, is chopped and grinded in a grinder and mixed in at rate 1:6 with a mixture of 65% glycerol and 35%, volcanic mineral water. This process can be carried out in oak barrels or in glass, plastic, metal and wooden vessels which are filled with evenly spaced wooden palettes (oak) with size of 10x100x1000 mm. Pallete contact area with the above mixture is 140 cm²/l of composition. After aging is done, the first obtained liquid phase is outflow in wooden barrels, with slats 10x100x1000 mm, in order to maintain the necessary contact area composition - palette of 140 cm²/l (hereinafter referred to as container), and the rest is extracted with the roller press. The resulting second liquid phase obtained from the press is mixed with first liquid phase in the container. Then, the resulting semi-dry residue is placed in filter bags and pressed in hydraulic presses with up to 500 bar pressure in the metal chromium nickel perforiranoj container. In this way obtained third phase is outflowed in the above metioned container and mixed with two other previously obtained liquid phases and is left to age for 30 days. The resultant composition is packed in the form of wet wipes. Wipes are soaked with the composition, folded and packed in waterproof packaging.

Example 3

The process of obtaining a mixture of plant extracts for the treatment of disorders of joints and muscle-bone system

Content of herbal mixture to 1000 kg, obtained according to the procedure shown in the invention, which is given in Table 1, is chopped and grinded in a grinder and mixed in at rate 1:5 with a mixture of 60% of 96% ethanol and 40%, volcanic mineral water.

The procedure of obtaining composition is similar to the procedure in examples 1 and 2, except that are used palettes with the contact area of 150 cm²/' of composition, obtained semi-dry residue is placed in the filter bags and pressed in hydraulic press with up to 500 bar pressure in the metal chromium-nickel perforated container and collected fluid from the three phases is left to age for 50 days.

The resultant composition is packed in a roll-on bottle with a moveable applicator (solid spherical ball on opening the bottle). Table 1.

4. The process according to claim 3, wherein the ratio of herbal mixture and extraction agents is 1:4 to 1:7, preferably 1:4 to 1:6.

5. The process according to claim 4, wherein is specified with that the extraction agent is 50-90% ethanol or glycerol, preferably 60-80% ethanol or glycerol.

6. The process according to claim 3-5, wherein mineral water is added, primarily of volcanic origin in relation to 10-50%, preferably 20-40%.

7. The process according to claim 3-6, wherein a contact area of wooden palettes 10 x 100 x 1000mm is 10-150m2 / I, preferably 70-100 cm 2 / I.

8. The process according to claim 3-6, wherein the duration of the extraction is 15-45 days, preferably 20-30 days.

The process according to claim 3, wherein the natural sedimentation and clarification of the final composition takes place from 30-180 days in wooden barrels, or glass, metal or plastic with palletes (oak, mulberry, beech, acacia, pear, cherry, sour cherry, plum, chestnut, apple, pine and fir), 10x100x1000 mm dimensions in order to maintain the necessary surface contact composition - palette of 10-150cm²/l, preferably from 70-80 cm ²/\.
