 なお、タンニン抽出液は、沸騰させたイオン交換水1200mL中に、日本茶(銘柄:老松)50g、紅茶(ユニリーバ・ジャパン株式会社製、ブリスク ティーバック)5袋、インスタントコーヒー(商品名 ネスカフェ、ネスレ日本株式会社製)12gを入れ一晩放置し、日本茶及び紅茶をろ過にて取り除き作製した。作製したステイン付着HAPの表面の色を分光式色差計(日本電色工業株式会社製、型式:SE-2000)用いて測定し、その値をL1とした。
