Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of a toothbrush according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the present application, the surface on which the toothbrush is implanted is the front surface, and the opposite surface is the back surface. In addition, the width in the longitudinal direction of each component constituting the toothbrush is described as “length”, and the width in the short direction is described as “width”.
<Embodiment 1>
1A and 1B are diagrams for explaining a toothbrush 1 according to the first embodiment, in which FIG. 1A is a plan view, FIG. 1B is a front view, and FIG. 1C is a left side view. As shown in FIG. 1, the toothbrush 1 includes a brush part 10 and a grip part 20. In the toothbrush 1, the brushed part 10 in which hair is implanted and the gripping part 20 extending from the brush part 10 are integrally formed. The toothbrush 1 can be formed using materials in the prior art such as nylon, plastic, and rubber.
The brush part 10 includes a head part 11, a neck part 12 and a connecting part 13. The head portion 11 is formed by flocking a single surface (surface) on a substantially rectangular plate-like main body having rounded corners. The neck portion 12 extends from the head portion 11 and is formed in a thin rod shape having a substantially square cross section. The connecting portion 13 is formed in a substantially isosceles triangular shape having a width widened from the neck portion 12 and having the neck portion 12 as a vertex.
For example, when brushing the back teeth, the head portion 11 is inserted between the upper and lower teeth to brush the occlusal surface of the back teeth, or inserted into the oral cavity from between the upper and lower teeth to brush the lingual side of the back teeth. There is a need. Therefore, it is desirable to form the neck 12 thin and thin. However, if the neck portion 12 is formed thin, the strength may be reduced. Therefore, here, this is avoided by forming the connecting portion 13 wider than the neck portion 12. In particular, if the ring-shaped first finger-hanging portion 21 is provided on the gripping portion 20 as will be described later, the connecting portion with the first finger-hanging portion 21 becomes fragile and easily damaged. Can be prevented.
The grip portion 20 includes a ring-shaped first finger hook portion 21 provided with a through hole for passing a finger, a second finger hook portion 22 formed to extend to the first finger hook portion 21, and a second finger hook portion. 22 and a grip portion 23 formed to extend to 22. The grip part 20 is formed in a flat shape in which the width of the back surface, which is the surface on the same side as the surface on which the flocking is performed in the brush part 1, and the opposite surface is wider than both side surfaces between the front surface and the back surface. Is done.
The first finger rest portion 21 is formed to extend to the connecting portion 13. The through hole 24 of the first finger hook portion 21 shown in FIG. 1A is formed in a substantially circular shape. The first finger-hanging portion 21 is formed with a size that allows for the insertion of not only the fingertips such as the index finger and the thumb but also the base of the finger. Appropriate values are different for infants, children, and adults, and the first finger hook portion 21 preferably has a maximum inner diameter width Dn of about 13 mm to 35 mm and an outer edge maximum width Dg of about 20 to 40 mm. Thereby, the freedom degree of the whole hand holding the toothbrush 1 can be raised.
The second finger hanging portion 22 is formed to extend to the first finger hanging portion 21. The second finger hanging portion 22 includes a pair of concave portions 25 and a pair of convex portions 26. The pair of recesses 25 are a pair of recesses that are formed to extend from the outer edges of the first finger-hanging part 21 and are opposed to each other. The pair of convex portions 26 are convex portions that extend from the pair of concave portions 25 and face each other.
As an example, as shown in FIG. 1, the second finger hanging portion 22 is formed in a shape that is narrowed and then further narrowed from the outer edge of the first finger hanging portion 21. As a result, a pair of concave portions 25 that are constricted depressions and a pair of convex portions 26 having a “h” shape are formed on both side surfaces. The second finger hook portion 22 is formed so that the maximum width W formed between both convex portions 26 is wider than the maximum width of the outer edge of the first finger hook portion 21. Preferably, the maximum width W of the second finger hanging portion 22 is about 30 mm to 60 mm, and is wider than the outer edge of the first finger hanging portion 21.
The grip portion 23 is formed to extend to the second finger hanging portion 22. The grip portion 23 is formed in a shape with a rounded end portion.
As an example, the toothbrush 1 is formed symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal center line L. Alternatively, the toothbrush 1 may be formed so that the concave portion 25 on the side where the thumb is applied becomes deeper than the concave portion 25 on the side where the middle finger is applied when the index finger is passed through the first finger-hanging portion in accordance with the dominant hand. .
Further, in FIG. 1, the convex portion 26 is formed in a “he” shape, but is not limited to this, and for example, is formed so as to project from both side surfaces in a “冂” shape. Also good.
FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining an example of the usage state of the toothbrush 1. As shown in FIG. 2A, the user can hold the toothbrush 1 such that the index finger is passed through the first finger rest part 21 and the thumb and middle finger are respectively put on the second finger rest part 22. Further, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the toothbrush 1 can be grasped so that the thumb passes through the first finger-hanging portion 21 and the index finger and the middle finger respectively touch the second finger-hanging portion. Thus, the user can firmly hold the toothbrush 1 even with a weak force, and can adjust the angle of the brush portion required for brushing.
In other words, the toothbrush 1 includes the first finger hook part and the second finger hook part, so that the user passes the finger through the first finger hook part and touches the finger with the second finger hook part, so that the toothbrush can be firmly attached even with a weak force. 1 can be gripped. In addition, since the maximum width of the second finger-hanging portion is wider than that of the first finger-hanging portion, a natural gripping mode is achieved, and since the three-point support is provided, a stable grip can be achieved. In addition, by including a concave portion and a convex portion in the second finger-hanging portion, the toothbrush 1 is rotated in the major axis direction by twisting the toothbrush 1 with the convex portion, and the angle of the brush portion Can be adjusted. Further, since the width between the convex portions (the maximum width of the second finger-hanging portion) is wide, the effect of changing the angle of the brush portion can be sufficiently obtained even with a small twist.
<Embodiment 2>
3A and 3B are diagrams for explaining the toothbrush 1a according to the second embodiment, in which FIG. 3A is a plan view and FIG. 3B is a front view. As shown in FIG. 3, the toothbrush 1a is provided with the brush part 10a and the holding part 20a. In the following, the same components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
The brush part 10a includes a head part 11, a neck part 12, and a connecting part 13a. Since the brush part 10a is the same as that of Embodiment 1 except that the connection part 13a is formed in a rod shape, the description thereof is omitted.
The grip portion 20a includes a ring-shaped first finger hook portion 21 provided with a through-hole for passing a finger, a second finger hook portion 22a formed to extend to the first finger hook portion 21, and a second finger hook portion. And a grip portion 23a formed to extend to 22a.
The second finger hanging portion 22 a is formed to extend to the first finger hanging portion 21. The second finger hanging portion 22a includes a pair of concave portions 25a and a pair of convex portions 26a. The pair of recesses 25a are a pair of recesses that are formed to extend from the outer edges of the first finger-hanging part 21 and are opposed to each other. The pair of convex portions 26a are convex portions that extend from the pair of concave portions 25a and face each other.
As an example, as shown in FIG. 3, the second finger hanging portion 22 a has a pair of concave portions 25 a that extend to the outer edges of the first finger hanging portion 21 and is formed in a constricted shape, and the pair of convex portions 26 a has a pair of concave portions. Each of them extends to 25a and is formed into a rounded convex shape.
Further, the second finger hanging portion 22a is formed so that the maximum width W, that is, the width of the portion between the both convex portions 26a is wider than the maximum width of the outer edge of the first finger hanging portion 21. Preferably, the maximum width W of the second finger hanging portion 22a is about 30 mm to 60 mm.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the second finger-hanging portion 22a has a substantially diamond-shaped cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal center line L of the toothbrush 1a.
The grip portion 23a is formed to extend to the second finger hanging portion 22a. The grip portion 23a has a substantially elliptical cross-sectional shape at least at the end portion thereof, which is perpendicular to the center line L.
As a result, the contact surface that hits the palm forms a substantially spherical fulcrum, and by operating the position of the finger that hits the second finger-hanging part, the entire gripping part is easy to rotate, and the vicinity of the tip of the toothbrush (head part) tends to rotate It becomes easier to properly control the tip of the brush that hits the teeth.
FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining an example of the usage state of the toothbrush 1a. As shown in the figure, the user can hold the toothbrush 1a such that the index finger passes through the first finger-hanging portion 21 and the thumb and middle finger respectively touch the second finger-holding portion 22a. Further, the angle of the brush portion 10a can be adjusted by twisting the toothbrush 1a at the convex portion 26a with the thumb and the middle finger.
Thus, in addition to the effects described in the first embodiment, the toothbrush 1a further has the convex portion 26a having a rounded convex shape, the cross-sectional shape of the second finger hanging portion 22a is substantially rhombus, and the end portion of the grip portion 23a. By making the cross-sectional shape substantially elliptical, the toothbrush 1a can be easily twisted at the convex portion 26a, and the angle of the brush portion can be easily adjusted by rotating the toothbrush 1 in the major axis direction.
Here, the brush part 10a may be formed to be detachable from the grip part 20a in the connecting part 13a. Thereby, only the brush part 10a which is easy to wear can be replaced, and the replacement cost of the toothbrush can be reduced. In addition, since the gripping part can be used repeatedly, it is possible to obtain a user-friendly one that is expensive for the gripping part.
In the above description, the brush portion and the grip portion are described as being formed in a straight line. However, a curved portion is provided, the brush portion is formed obliquely with respect to the grip portion, or the tip is gripped with the brush portion. The part may be formed obliquely.
<Modification 1 of Embodiment 2>
The toothbrush 1b according to the first modification of the second embodiment is different from the toothbrush 1a according to the second embodiment only in the first finger hook portion 21b of the grip portion 20b. The through-hole 24b of the first finger hook portion 21b is formed in a substantially elliptical shape with the width in the short direction of the toothbrush 1b being wider than the width in the longitudinal direction.
This makes it easier for the toothbrush 1b to tilt the finger passed through the first finger-hanging portion 21b, and further to adjust the angle of the brush portion.
<Embodiment 3>
6A and 6B are views for explaining the toothbrush 1c according to the third embodiment, in which FIG. 6A is a plan view and FIG. 6B is a front view. In the following, the same components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted. As shown in FIG. 6, the toothbrush 1 c includes a brush part 10 c and a grip part 20 c. As for the toothbrush 1c, the brush part 10c and the holding part 20c are formed separately.
The brush part 10c includes a head part 11, a neck part 12, and a connecting part 13c. The connecting portion 13c is formed in a cylindrical shape with the neck portion closed, and a shaft portion 27c of a gripping portion 20c described later is articulated. The connecting portion 13c is provided with a locking hole 14c.
The gripping part 20c includes a first finger hanging part 21, a shaft part 27c formed to project from the first finger hanging part 21, and a grip part 23c. The shaft portion 27c is a portion that is covered by the connecting portion 13c, and is provided with a stopper 28c. The connecting portion 13c is brought into contact with the shaft portion 27c so that the head portion 11 is at a predetermined angle in the major axis direction with respect to the grip portion 23c, and the stopper 28c is locked in the locking hole 14c. Accordingly, the brush portion 10c can be gripped while being rotated in the long axis direction.
The grip portion 23 c is formed extending from the first finger-hanging portion 21. The grip portion 23c is formed wide. The width V of the grip portion 23c is desirably 15 mm or more. More desirably, the width V of the grip portion 23c is in the range of 15 mm to 24 mm.
FIG. 7 is a diagram for explaining an example of the usage state of the toothbrush 1c. For example, the user can hold the gripping part 23c by passing the index finger through the first finger-hanging part 21 and gripping the grip part 23c with other fingers. Further, by rotating the brush portion 10c in the major axis direction in this state, the brushing can be performed while adjusting the angle at which the head portion 11c contacts the teeth without changing the gripping manner for gripping the toothbrush 1c.
That is, if the toothbrush 1c is used, the user can firmly grip the toothbrush even with a weak force, and can comfortably brush while adjusting the brushing angle without changing the gripping mode.
In addition, the structure which rotates a brush part in a major axis direction is only an example, for example, it can be set as the following Examples, and is not limited thereto.
<Modification 1 of Embodiment 3>
FIG. 8 is a view for explaining a toothbrush 1d according to the first modification of the third embodiment. Here, components similar to those in the third embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted. As shown in FIG. 8, the toothbrush 1d includes a brush portion 10d and a grip portion 20d. As for the toothbrush 1d, the brush part 10d and the holding part 20d are formed separately.
The brush part 10d includes a head part 11, a neck part 12, and a connecting part 13d. 13 d of connection parts are formed in the cylinder shape which the neck part side obstruct | occluded, and the several groove part 15d is provided. The groove part 15d is a substantially U-shaped groove cut from the opening side (gripping part side) of the connecting part 13d. The groove 15d shown in FIG. 8 is a groove that penetrates the wall (thickness) of the connecting portion 13d, but is not limited to this, and the groove 15d does not penetrate the wall (thickness) of the connecting portion 13d. Thus, it can form from the inner peripheral side to a predetermined thickness part.
The gripping part 20d includes a first finger hanging part 21, a shaft part 27d formed to project from the first finger hanging part 21, and a grip part 23c. A pin 28d is provided on the shaft portion 27d. The brush portion 10d and the gripping portion 20d are connected by passing the pin 28d through the predetermined groove portion 15d to connect the shaft portion 27d and the connecting portion 13d. Further, the brush portion 10d can be rotated with respect to the grip portion 20d by pulling out the brush portion 10d and fitting the shaft portion 27d into the connecting portion 13d so that the pin 28d fits into the different groove portion 15d.
Thus, by providing the groove portion 15d and the pin 28d, the brush portion 10d can be rotated and fixed more easily.
Although not shown, the connecting portion is formed in a rod shape in the brush portion, and a rib is provided radially on the outer periphery to form a male portion, and the gripping portion is provided with a cylindrical portion instead of a shaft portion, and a female covering the same. It may be configured so that both are fitted. Alternatively, the brush part may be provided with the male part and the grip part may be provided with the female part. If the brush part and the grip part can be appropriately fitted and removed, other configurations may be employed. Good. Further, although not shown, a latch mechanism may be provided in which the brush portion stops rotating when twisted with a slightly strong force.
<Embodiment 4>
9A and 9B are diagrams for explaining the toothbrush 1e according to the fourth embodiment. FIG. 9A is a plan view, and FIG. 9B is a diagram for explaining an example of the usage state. Below, about the structure similar to Embodiment 1 and 3, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted. As shown in FIG. 9, the toothbrush 1e includes a brush portion 10e and a grip portion 20e. As for the toothbrush 1e, the brush part 10e and the holding part 20e are formed separately.
The brush part 10e includes a head part 11, a neck part 12, and a connecting part 13e. The connecting portion 13e is provided with a cylindrical shaft hole 16e for inserting and connecting the shaft portion 27e of the grip portion 20. Moreover, the window part 17e is provided in the connection part 13e.
The grip portion 20 e includes a first finger hook portion 21, a shaft portion 27 e that is formed to project from the first finger hook portion 21, a second finger hook portion 22, and a grip portion 23. A torsion spring 29e is inserted into the shaft portion 27e, and the brush portion 10e and the grip portion 20e are connected by inserting and connecting the shaft portion 27e to the connecting portion 13e.
As shown in FIG. 9B, for example, the user can hold the toothbrush 1e with his / her index finger through the first finger-hanging portion 21 and the other fingers. Further, in this state, by rotating the brush portion 10e in the major axis direction, brushing can be performed while adjusting the angle at which the head portion 11 abuts the teeth without changing the gripping manner for gripping the toothbrush 1e.
As described above, when the user uses the toothbrush 1e, the user can firmly hold the toothbrush 1e even with a weak force by passing the finger through the first finger-hanging portion and placing the finger on the second finger-hanging portion. In addition, since the maximum width of the second finger-hanging portion is wider than that of the first finger-hanging portion, a natural gripping mode is achieved, and since the three-point support is provided, a stable grip can be achieved. Further, by including the concave portion and the convex portion in the second finger-hanging portion, the angle of the brush portion can be adjusted by twisting the toothbrush with the convex portion with the finger placed on the concave portion. Further, since the width between the convex portions (the maximum width of the second finger-hanging portion) is wide, the effect of changing the angle of the brush portion can be obtained even with a small twist. Further, by rotating the brush portion 10e in the major axis direction, brushing can be performed while adjusting the angle at which the head portion 11 abuts the teeth without changing the gripping manner for gripping the toothbrush 1e.
Further, by using the torsion spring 29e, the head portion 11 can be easily returned to a certain position, and the brushing can be performed more comfortably.
As mentioned above, although the embodiment of the toothbrush which concerns on this invention was described, these are only examples of embodiment of this invention, and this invention is not limited to these. The present invention includes a combination of the above embodiments and various modifications.
Although not shown, in each embodiment, the brush part may be formed to be bendable with respect to the grip part. This makes it possible to brush more comfortably. Further, the first finger-hanging portion may be formed in a triangular shape, a quadrangular shape, or the like provided with a through-hole such as a triangular shape or a quadrangular shape.
